This board is the classic soap opera... the same crap being regurgitated over and over again for months.. you people are bored and have a lot of time on your hands... who cares what everyone on here thinks.. do some research, ask some questions, make a decision, and wait to see if it pays off. How hard is that? Is bickering about it daily for weeks and months going to change anything? If the bashers are right.. then in the end, they will have the last laugh.. if we are right, then we get the last laugh (not to mention a vast improvement in life style).. so... just shut up and WAIT!

woah just to share with the group, something just made my day. i own GNA, accumulated to average around 4.90 per share. never really pay much attention to it being that it hasn't been performing. HA i just left my desk before came back I am up 1200 bucks for the day. WTF I can't sell cause now its after hours!!!! well I have no idea whats up, no news nothing. A million plus vol in the closeing minutes it looks like (vol for the day was around 100,000). why am I sharing this?? well i don't know I am just extremely happy right now. haha and not much else to say about Q, just waitin it out...yet another day closer to qbid moving:) ok adios, have a goodnight ya'll....catch ya in the A.M.

Nobody knows for sure what date the information in the "financials" PR. You would assume its the most recent month but in reading some of the analysis it leads you to believe another.
All audited balance sheets are "as of a prior date" it is never current to the date of their release. They typically state "For the period ending September 30, 2005" or whatever period that was audited.

Guys, seriously, I don't know who started the rumor about audits being done "in the past" but that doesn't happen. Audits are always current. Well David why dont you share that DD with everyone?? My DD says with todays PR we drop down one tick tomorrow, these are Frankie's PRs that kill the share price. History dictates this is what will happen. P.S. I hope your right though.
Also take it for what its worth, but RB is reporting that the "Q" have a meeting scheduled with Time Warner in New York on September 13.

Penny, the O/S is 19.5 billion. It says so in the PR. To argue me is arguing the PR. It's not what I believe, it's involves simply reading the PR.
While it's not as high as 23 billion like I thought, it's sure a heck of a lot closer to 23 billion than 7 billion or whatever that outstanding share theory was before this PR came out.
Now that this PR is out we know exactly what the numbers are. In case you don't understand, I'll explain it again: ----- 1) Triangle Multimedia Limited, Inc. The Math: Feb. 2004 - 7.5 billion shares O/S with Frank owning 53% (3.975 billion). No known restricted stock. FLOAT = 3.525 billion.
Aug. 2005 - 19.5 billion shares O/S, none of the float is owned by Frank. A dilution of about 15.5 billion. FLOAT = 14 billion.
5.5 billion is restricted for 3 to 5 years, so dilution into the float = 10.5 billion ---------
The only thing that really matters to determine market capitalization is the current PR anyway. That states 14 billion in the float.
14 billion * .0014 = 19.6 million. That is undervalued for the Q. I suspect the Q is worth between 50 and 100 million or .0035-.0071. If they turn a profit, higher. If they release an actual audit with the SEC, higher.
If you cannot read the PR and understand the float, I highly advise you rethink investing, because to argue the point is to argue your hopes rather than logic. You will not get even a junior investor at any firm to confirm that QBID has a float of anything other than 14 billion.
Frank will not "confirm" the 14 billion is the float in an investor update, nor likely will Richard, because they are gleefully enjoying the forum drama and desire for you and others to misrepresent the PR for them.
This is not a belief game, it's stocks. There is no "believing" involved when it comes to the data. There is no "my way", there's a right way and wrong way. Audits don't occur to a past date. They are always to a current date. Unless the audit is not GAAS standard, and if its not GAAS standard, then they could say whatever they wanted.
If Richard said that the audit is for a past date, you need to report him to the SEC.

You're not entirely correct with what you're saying. The audit is not yet completed. There are 14 billion o/s and 5.5 restricted shares.
I called Richard and asked him specific questions. Richard himself is not even sure if Franks shares are included in those figures.
It is believed, based on Franks previous wordings, that Franks shares are part of of the 14 billion. It's not set in stone but it is my belief that Franks shares are included. Matt

I am a new investor with 1,2m shares... if I had more money I would buy more. And I'm glad to see that there are so many people who believe as much as I do in QBID.
I think everybody should go to Q's website and they have link there to contact your cable provider telling them that you want them to get QTN:
just wanted to pop in say that im long strong and getting ready to buy again.i feel we are in for the last big shake coming.i hope im wrong i would rather have peace of mind and buy on the way up but i think we may be heading for .001 as the bottom that we catapult off of.this to me would be the top of the reverse head and shoulders if i know how to read those patterns correctly.now of course at any time we could get a pr stating the completion of a buyback or some other awsome news sending this right over a penny.but until this happens if it does i will continue to add to my long position.best of luck to you all sincerely your very own qbidiot.

QTelevision most definitely will be mentioned in the New York Times in the near future.
If you remember a week or so ago I posted a link to Joe Bechely's personal blog(he is one of Qtv's hosts) where he stated that the NYTimes was doing a feature on Qtv. He had even posted pictures that they where going to use.
His blog has since been taken down.
Whether this was at the request of the NYTimes or Qtv, I don't know but I think the exposure will be huge.

I currently own close to 1.1 million shares and am very hopeful. I do not post much as I' rather lurk (as well as not being able to post at work).
Hey Art, can you actually add any worthwhile DD besides "5 stars for you", "great post, LOL", " ". I know you are here alot but it would be helpful if you added something of substance.
