If you want me to I can. It's like this
I buy a reverse IPO shell company for $80,000. It does a reverse split, the former CEO keeps %20 ownership, I get %55, and the stockholders have 25%. I then release PR after PR till the stock flies up to .02, then the former CEO starts selling his shares. It drops, and as it drops, I raise the amount of stock I can dilute. So if I had 2 billion authorized shares, I can now sell shares past that amount.
It happens with EVERY pink sheet stock.
The only reason someone would need to raise the A/S count is because they've already hit the limit. So you can be DAMN sure that Jim hit the limit, otherwise, why the hell would he raise the A/S count? It's only a negative thing. No good can come from it.
You have got to stay away from this stock or you will lose your money.

... What makes you think some backwaters stock like PLNI that talks about Plastic rebar (lol) is going to do any better? Can you name a single building with plastic rebar in it?..
Los Alamos [nuclear research] Lab Wright Pat AF Base Chatanooga Aquarium Toronto Skydome Disney Orlando Tampa Convention Center
etc. etc. www.plasticonintl.com available on the website, as well as the brochure sent to shareholders earlier this year.
It's true I haven't taken a sledgehammer to, say, the Tampa Convention Center, which I've been in, to inspect for plastic rebar supports. But I don't think there's any serious question about PLNI's involvement in these projects.
Plasticon is a real company that makes real things. They also have a real distribution agreement with Bluelinx, a major national company. They have that agreement to sell plastic rebar (lol?), which has been certified for use in 50 states. This is not the stuff of a typical pinky shell scam.
There are plenty of reasons to be skeptical about the share situation. But let's not mix fact and fiction.

And I believe also the Chattanooga aquarium has a little Plasticon in it as well. All well and good, but how many available shares are too many available shares?

According to the worthless outwide PR spokesman, Matt Maguire, as reported by anothe poster who spoke with him, they 200 mil were already bought back or retired, I forget which. After which, according to the same conversation, plni went back up to 2billion outstanding shares. meanshile green baron says plni told them the o/s is below 2 billion.
so good luck with all of that

Keep an eye on DOMS. May be the new VFIN (who was the new WDCO). Could just be they handed off the order to a new MM. Tomorrow will get better idea if DOMS is still there and VFIN gone for good.

Not sure of how huge. Most people, including myself, who bought at the new baseline lows will be profit taking near or slightly above a penny. I hope this takes off for everyone, but profit is profit.

Just over a cent and I will be even....Whoooppiee! First round back in May bought at .0168-.019 Lost that round sold at around .014 Round #2 averaged in just above a cent now down over 40% on the new investment. Hopefully JT & BH will be as honest as posssible and do what's right for the company/shareholders. I didn't buy back in to unload at .011-.015 My intention was to hold for a higher PPS range(.03-.05) or swing a couple times. Now we have a lot of 'Fresh Meat' that bought in just recently who will be unloading millions of shares soon for a quick buck. Bawhahahahahahahaha!!!!

I'm about in the same place you are Cold, I expected to go long on this and watch it gain over time. I kept getting more on the lows but now it's going to take a long time to grow close to 02 again. I think I will try to break out even and then try to start over at lower lows...You're right on with the "Fresh Meat" coment....

Bottom appears to have been found as the MACD is turned aound and starting to diverge positive with a cross coming late this week.
RSI & Williams are both oversold and just crossing out.
the indicators are looking positive here for some upward movement! For those that have been waiting to take a long position here, watch for volume and positive movement after 10:30 am. As the last 4 days or so, there has been great positive movement at open with a selloff. Today had pretty good buying pressure all day with a positive close.

O.K. let me say this first, this is my virgin post so go easy on me! Now that said I've been sitting in the shadows watching for the last month watching and waiting for what looked like a good 1st stock to buy, yes 1st stock purchase ever! So all the ranting and raving about all the different stocks over the last month I finally made the trip downtown to the local Scottrade office and got my account in order and bought in for 1mil of PLNI at.006 and 100k of MOTGE at .075, so thanks boys and girls for being out there as a resource. Hopefully these are the first of many days of having green on my account instead of red.

Good news for Plasticon(I think). Bluelinx will no longer be needed for distribution going forward!! Incredible progress has been made! Jim Turek & son have purchased their first delivery truck and are considering purchasing up to 5 more vehicles of simular caliber. The cost savings will be huge. This should also add tremendous value to our shareholders!
BTW- Jim will also be doubling as delivery driver, so this should add even more shareholder value.

Plasticon to Commence Manufacturing at Pro Mold Facility on November 10th Wednesday November 9, 8:30 am ET
LEXINGTON, KY--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 9, 2005 -- Plasticon International Inc. (Other OTC:PLNI.PK - News) announced today that the company will commence manufacturing at the Pro Mold, Inc. production facility in St. Louis, Missouri, on November 10th.
"For the first time in the history of the company, Plasticon will control the manufacturing process from start to finish, which will allow us to control our own destiny through the Pro Mold production facility," said Jim Turek, President and CEO of Plasticon International. "From this point forward, we will no longer rely on contract manufacturing. This is an exciting milestone for Plasticon." Next week, Plasticon will webcast a video tour of the entire plant. Mr. Turek will be present to start the new state-of-the-art 500-ton Toyo molding machine, signaling the beginning of Plasticon's control of the facility. "We will now control the entire manufacturing process, from molding the recycled resins, shaping them into innovative recycled plastic products and delivering the final product to the field," Mr. Turek said.
According to Mr. Turek, there are several major advantages to acquiring the Pro Mold facility. "First, the new plant will allow the company to offer enhanced service to our customer base through faster turnaround times on orders. Secondly, the new plant will give the company more direct supervision of quality control issues. Third, it will allow us to meet increased demand. Demand has been steadily rising for our most recently patented product, the PAC Chair III, as well as our additional recycled plastic rebar support products. The new facility allows us to control the process and effectively meet demand. Additionally, there is currently a $1 million backlog in orders for Pro Mold, which will need to be met as soon as possible. Fourth, the facility will allow us to produce custom-made orders, which will allow for expanded sales opportunities. We are looking forward to getting started on November 10th."
The new production facility allows for $20 million in production and sales annually at present production capacity, and with the addition of several new Toyo machines, production capacity can be pushed to between $25 million to $28 million annually.
Plasticon International (www.plasticonintl.com) designs, produces, and distributes high-quality concrete accessories, transportation signage, plastic lumber, and office supplies which are all produced from recycled and recyclable plastics.
