Well, I for one don't get excited when it recovers back to ground it has lost while still being down quite a lot. Maybe when it passes double its current price (.0145 was not that long ago).

Nothing less than a quarter will impress me after all the glowing PRs. If they ever hope to get to a better board, the price has to get over $1. And the only way I see that happening as of now, is a reverse split, which they have sworn not to do. Ergo, IMO, this PPS better start skyrocketing pretty soon.

They did close...today...And there won't be any consideration of an R/S until they get close to the American Exchange if at all...but we will know that well in advance...

Just curious...What will it take to get behind this company? Folks have been micromanaging Plasticon and Jim Turek so long they think they're entitled to know things that they are not...So what will it take within reason?

i have to agree with ed, over half a million dollars traded today, and it is still not near a penny. just too many shares out.
700 million shares traded in 10 days...i have to believe the float is not what people think it is. thats like 4.5 million dollars. for a penny stock? i dunno, i sold today...again. just leaves me uneasy...
18% gain is not alot. back in previous run, similar amount of volume doubled the stock. seems to be many more shares out...

well, in my opinion, today was a good day--the last two days were good days and I enjoyed them.
But only a.... very optimistic person, let me put it that way, would assume PLNI achieved anything without a formal declaration (printed pr) from the company. That's just experience talking.
And I agree with others there is no freakin' way the float is only 500 million, given the trading activity of the last week.
I look forward to confirmation by PLNI of the acquisition that it promised to close today. If the deal was closed, there is no reason to keep it a secret.

State... This is what I have...I have a meeting scheduled today for the contract signing. All the principles and attorneys suited up. I have a PR that came out this morning, prior to the contract signing, announcing production to begin. Now that PR said everything except the signed deal and the wording was pretty clear...I agree it did not specifically say the deal was done....but I'm very glad it came out today so that the manufacturing news doesn't get lost in the purchase...do I know other things?
State...if I, or anyone for that matter, had more information than what's been released we could be in trouble...Yes? Do you think anyone in their right mind would post that here? It would be like swimming in a swamp of aligators...I'd have huge chunks taken out of my arse...a feeding frenzy...Even if I or anyone PM'd you guys we'd still get our azzzz chewed...
We will all get the details as management feels it's appropriate and that's the way it should be..If this company goes to the big board we'll all be drinking Miaties (sp) in the Carribian while Turek is still busting his arse building this company...I'll wait for him to decide what and when to say... I agree that trading in inside info is verboten, and should be.
But the pps will collapse, and everybody knows that, if PLNI does not announce what it promised.
I repeat, there is no reason to keep official confirmation of the closing secret if, in fact, the deal has been closed. Turek and company cannot be so stupid as to be unaware of their reputation. It is time for them to act. No excuses. No inferences. No assumptions. Close the deal and tell us you closed it.

And let me add: If PLNI puts out a PR tomorrow about how production has begun at Promold--but without confirmation of the closing, which they have repeatedly trumpeted--it will be big trouble.

I do think there will be an announcement and a few other things right behind it...He left St. Louis and headed to Vegas...pretty busy guy...It is his company and he makes the decisions.. I trust his, Jim Tureks, decisions and bought another million shares two days ago because I do...I'm averaged at .0068 and am absolutely thrilled...exstatic...out of my mind nuts right now...looking towards the future with nothing but excitement...so if I sound that way it's because I am for many many reason...but you know...
We only have two decisions with this company...no more no less... 1. Buy... 2. Sell

No one called the airline to confirm if he got on the plane...we figured he could find his way...Poor basturd must have folks wondering when he hits the head and if it's a number 1 or 2....and if not enough pit stops...well...can't trust him!!!! IMO

The rest is just assumption on anyones part but I can't see any reason to go out there 5 days early other than to sign the Acquisition contract.

Once ProMold officially closes there is no reason to keep the financing details a secret.
Mr. Turek, if you put out a seperate PR for the closing, please PLEASE give details as to the financing and current capital structure. How can we figure out what these things mean if we don't know the costs?
As to those who throw out price projections of 10 to 20 times where it is trading now, you might as well use a random number generator. We don't know what percent of the company each share represents. We don't know the interest costs or possible dilutive provisions of these agreements. We have no control over this and almost no information. Its a total guessing game.
If they stop diluting (VFIN is gone so maybe we're there now) this could be a good swing trading stock. Long term its a gamble. I believe the company could grow considerably, but that won't do shareholders any good if they decide to water down our shares too much.
I bought a little more back yesterday looking to swing out today, but didn't quite reach my price. I hate holding overnight becuase I just don't trust these guys. Any of the missing info on this company can hit without warning, and it might not be pretty.

What scenerio would holding shares play to your advantage when and if something to the share holders advantage happened? Think about it....Are there more than one possibility that would be advantagous to you? Could it even look like dilution? The PPS is rising and the float is getting tight...oooppppsss You'll want documented proof...sheet...Well sorry...not available...
I'm making sure I'm in a stock position every single night at close no matter what...but that's just...IMO

not to be bearer of bad news, but VFIN plopped back on ask with minutes left to trade today...hope he didn't leave just to let it rise for a day, and create baggies. i'm still waiting for an audit. have been for 1.5 years now...

Thanks Stoli for passing on that info. I'll be watching them closely tomorrow. I was at the dentist so didn't see the close.
At least I was doing something less painful than trying to unravel the capital structure mystery.

Vfin, if you guys watched all day was in and out of the mix all throughout the day. Just glad he wasn't taking a lead role in tanking the pps. Maybe he will back off in the am for a gapper up.
