Press Release Source: Plasticon International, Inc.

Plasticon to Commence Manufacturing at Pro Mold Facility on November 10th
Wednesday November 9, 8:30 am ET

LEXINGTON, KY--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 9, 2005 -- Plasticon International Inc. (Other OTC:PLNI.PK - News) announced today that the company will commence manufacturing at the Pro Mold, Inc. production facility in St. Louis, Missouri, on November 10th.

"For the first time in the history of the company, Plasticon will control the manufacturing process from start to finish, which will allow us to control our own destiny through the Pro Mold production facility," said Jim Turek, President and CEO of Plasticon International. "From this point forward, we will no longer rely on contract manufacturing. This is an exciting milestone for Plasticon." Next week, Plasticon will webcast a video tour of the entire plant. Mr. Turek will be present to start the new state-of-the-art 500-ton Toyo molding machine, signaling the beginning of Plasticon's control of the facility. "We will now control the entire manufacturing process, from molding the recycled resins, shaping them into innovative recycled plastic products and delivering the final product to the field," Mr. Turek said.

According to Mr. Turek, there are several major advantages to acquiring the Pro Mold facility. "First, the new plant will allow the company to offer enhanced service to our customer base through faster turnaround times on orders. Secondly, the new plant will give the company more direct supervision of quality control issues. Third, it will allow us to meet increased demand. Demand has been steadily rising for our most recently patented product, the PAC Chair III, as well as our additional recycled plastic rebar support products. The new facility allows us to control the process and effectively meet demand. Additionally, there is currently a $1 million backlog in orders for Pro Mold, which will need to be met as soon as possible. Fourth, the facility will allow us to produce custom-made orders, which will allow for expanded sales opportunities. We are looking forward to getting started on November 10th."

The new production facility allows for $20 million in production and sales annually at present production capacity, and with the addition of several new Toyo machines, production capacity can be pushed to between $25 million to $28 million annually.

We still don't know if/when they will actually close the deal. The PR, like most of thier PRs, implies something but does not spell it out. They do not state that they own the facility today. If they did close already they would have said so, IMO. The financing may still not be complete.

If I were new to this stock, I would assume the deal is closed and signed. But having been around the block a few times with these guys I ask 'how would a lawyer write this if trying to give a particular impression without being liable for false statements?' I want to know how they are financing these deals. What is the debt and what is the capitalization structure they leave us with?

I think that is a nice little P.R.
Maybe we could get ole' Dougy from ICMH to read it and understand what a good release is. (definately, absolutely, maybe?)

The deal is supposed to close TODAY. Which means, as the PR implies, that it WILL be done, and that they take over TOMORROW. I like it. I'm happy. I'd be happy if I could recoup some of my losses here.

Do you need it spelled out??? That is what the whole story is talking about. Read it again..

Yes, I need it spelled out. When they announced the 200 million share retirement, but left out the capitalization structure, I needed that spelled out too. They implied, and Matt verbally stated, that the a/s was 2.0 billion and we know that to be wrong. But nothing in print so they were not liable for fraudulent statements. They also updated the o/s and number of shareholders for pinksheets, but conveniently failed to update the a/s at that time. It was implied that it did not change. Oops.

If its not in print, I take it with a pillar of salt. What did it cost? How was it financed? What is the capitalization structure? I cannot determine the impact on the value of the company based on anything in that PR.

Yes, we need it spelled out. I am optimistic about this deal, but there have been too many cute PRs (and missed deadlines) in the past to take anything for granted. It is unnecessarily odd for PLNI to put out a PR like this on the very day they said they would close the deal. That is the most important thing--not where they manufacture--and it is the one thing the PR does not say.

State,

I notice you're from the DC area. With all the spin flowing out there you must get a lot of practice reading between the lines. A bit of an advantage I'd imagine.

Bottom appears to have been found as the MACD is turned aound and starting to diverge positive with a cross coming late this week.

RSI & Williams are both oversold and just crossing out.

the indicators are looking positive here for some upward movement! For those that have been waiting to take a long position here, watch for volume and positive movement after 10:30 am. As the last 4 days or so, there has been great positive movement at open with a selloff. Today had pretty good buying pressure all day with a positive close.

Now is the time to be jumping in!

You may be right. VFIN stopped selling yesterday morning. If those sales were somehow involved in the financing of this deal the timing would make sense. Clearly the selling became more aggressive moving up to this date. It also fits their patern to get as much mileage out of every event, so another PR about the closing tomorrow would fit the patern.

The biggest reason we're rising is VFIN is gone. We've had plenty of retail buying for weeks, but a massive supplier forcing it down.

The problem going forward is we traded over 600 million shares at prices at or below where we are now over the past week. That's more than what the company claims the float is (500 million). Even with the likely sizable increase we've had in the float that's still a big base of investors who can take considerable profits below .01. Its great for the recent buyers and swing traders, but those of us with a higher cost basis need a lot of help to get this back to the levels of last month.

All the Yippees and exclamation marks often mean we're near a short term trading top (and that some people actually have profits down this low). good luck to all.

Im buying as much as i can get right now, this stock is going to go through the roof. With a little news about the pro-mold closing on the 10th, the stock jumps 20%!!!!! Just imagine whats going to happen when they close the deal on the 10th, then close the next deal on the 17th. This could easily hit 05 to 10 by the end of this month.

My yippee is that I'm closer to my avg. price of .013. I've been here for a while, and plan to stay. I really feel that this can be another HISC, and hit a dime or more in a week's time with the right momentum. We'll see.

i agree. This company can only go up. They have been around for awhile but have not had any real breaks. Nothing really to move the company to the next level until now. The stuff thats happening with this company right now is BIG!! This is a penny stock but i can sure see it surpass far from that. I'm not one to stay with a stock and One of the big rules for daytaders is to never get attached to a stock. Well, im breaking that rule now...we are making some gains now (+23%)but i don't think anyone is going to want to cop out too soon on this one.
