Rahz. Why would you think about selling now? This is the time to buy.
After holding through many swings, of which if I were a better trader with more time I would have profited from, I'm definitely not going to sell at one of the lowest prices since the initial run. Thats not a good trading strategy. I will wait and exit after the audit.

I agree -- it looks like time to load up. If nothing happens next week then you have averaged down. I just rue the day that we will have to officially welcom Cold into the fray of long-term positive holders.... It ain't gonna happen. Not at 009
Please say iut ain't so.
I sure hope this stays down until Monday EOD so I can give it the loadup it deserves at these levels. Looking at T&S though there don't appear to be too many sellers -- just hope for some panic and ticked off.
Like I said though -- if you don't think this will hit, cut your losses and run. But I am really excited to see today's low volume drop and hope to be able to take advantage of it fully.

Here is an interesting section on the handbook of bashing that I found online. I wonder if cold reads it. I find number 2 and number 6 particulary
Here's a section of the handbook. I find it funny.
Rules for Successful Bashing: 1.) Be anonymous 2.) Use 10% fact. 90% suggestion. The facts will lend credibility to your suggestions. 3.) Let otheres help you learn about the stock. OK so where is NITE getting all of these shares to sell at .0112...They are either shorting the he77 out of it, or there is more dilution going on that we are not being told about...

Suggestion: Enter your below market buy orders NOW!!! There's been spike washouts on Fridays before because a few people panicked and there were no bids below. Then everyone rushed to get their bids in and the stock ran before anyone could take advantage of the cheap prices.
There won't be a washout spike if enough people put in big bids below. Then any MMs who did short this thing expecting typical friday sellers will be forced to cover or risk an announcement on Monday. I've got big scale bids below just in case.

Just emailed Jim to ask some questions. I'll let you know if I get a reply. I guess I have held this stock longer than anyone posting on this board. Bought in June of 2004. Been a long hard road and I feel that in holding this long I damn sure deserve some answers. Tried to call Matt but he was already gone till Monday. I WILL get some answers. The biggest will be how does it take over a year and a half to get an audit out. We'll see. Good Luck All.

I have been in this stock from the old Wicklund days to present. It was a fun ride back then with just a few folks on a message board. Lately, it has become gut wrenching... Not sure what your average is but i am approaching breakeven and not very happy about it. I believe we are finally seeing the long over due retracement but we could also be part of a MM manipulation (for those who like the conspiracy theory)
Anywho,I appreciate your contacting PLNI. I tried a few days ago and Matt was "out of the office"...
Let's hope we bottom out this decline next week. Good luck.

Today's closing PPS: .0112 Last time I posted's closing PPS: .0141
I have never bought a share of PLNI stock, and I do not intend to unless they are audited and fully-reporting. I am not "bashing" this stock in order to get in at a lower PPS, because I don't intend to buy it till its audited.

<<All "..PlastiCons.." please take note..: ..Apparently, there has been a personal loss in Mr. Turek's immediate family.
I'll try getting up with him again tomorrow. This could certainly explain some of the contact difficulties recently. Knowing what we all know about the miniMicroCap Marketplace, and the total slimers operating in it, heightened vigilance regarding any 'new rumors' may be appropriate.
Those of us whom also have fresh wounds in the area of family moving on "..to a much better place.." would suggest appropriate discretion and consideration.

Plasticon International, Inc. in Final Stages of Audit for Uplisting to NASDAQ Bulletin Board (OTCBB) Monday September 19, 8:30 am ET
LEXINGTON, Ken., Sept. 19, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Plasticon International Inc. (Other OTC:PLNI.PK - News) is pleased to announce that the company is now in the final stages of completing its audit, which will allow the company to uplist to the NASDAQ Bulletin Board.
ADVERTISEMENT In an open letter to the shareholders posted on the company's website, Plasticon President and CEO, Jim Turek stated, ``Plasticon is currently in the final stages of its audit. Though we cannot offer an exact date, based on our tireless efforts, our auditors have indicated that the Plasticon audit should be completed in the very near future. Upon completion, the company will file with the NASD to move Plasticon to the NASDAQ Bulletin Board (OTCBB). I acknowledge that this process is taking longer than we expected. However, due to the meticulous nature of audits in this day and age (Sarbanes-Oxley) the audit process has extended beyond our original projections. Let me reassure you that we are doing everything possible to complete the audit, and we are close to the end of this process. We are keenly cognizant that it is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders to complete the audit as expeditiously as possible and move Plasticon to a more transparent exchange: the NASDAQ bulletin board (OTCBB).''
Mr. Turek noted that he is excited about the prospect of moving to a higher, more transparent exchange. ``The value that moving to the OTCBB will add to the company and its shareholders can hardly be overstated. We believe that this will be an important milestone for the company and will bring us that much closer to being on the big boards (AMEX, NASDAQ Small Cap).''

An Open Letter to Plasticon Shareholders from President and CEO, Jim Turek LEXINGTON, Ky., Sept. 19, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) --
Dear Fellow Shareholders:
This is an exciting period in the history of Plasticon International (Pink Sheets:PLNI). Our company began with a vision: to be the global leader of recycled plastic products for the construction industry. Our objectives have never wavered. We remain committed to our customers, our shareholders, our employees and, as always, to innovation.
Since the company's inception, we have been dedicated to being the most cutting-edge, environmentally progressive company in recycled plastic products, a company that strives to develop and promote products which will contribute to a cleaner and safer environment.
I am pleased to announce today that we have made great progress towards our objectives. Our distribution partnership with the largest building materials distribution company in the United States, a Fortune 500 company, continues to give Plasticon a definitive competitive advantage and puts us in a position to be profitable for years to come. Our product innovations have exceeded expectations, sales are brisk, and we recently received patent confirmations for a number of new products, such as the "PAC Chair III". We are encouraged that the company continues on its fast track to growth and prosperity.
There is one very important issue that I am pleased to share with you: Plasticon is currently in the final stages of its audit. Although we cannot offer an exact date, based on our tireless efforts, our auditors have indicated that the Plasticon audit should be completed in the very near future. The management team and employees of Plasticon International are also shareholders like you. We are fully committed to aggressively growing the company and executing our business plan, which we believe will be reflected in the share value.
We are excited about Plasticon's future prospects and opportunities. I look forward to sharing future developments with you as they progress. Once again, thank you for your continued support.
Sincerely, Jim Turek President and CEO Plasticon International, Inc. September 19, 2005

Looks like they replied to all your emails in a PR....seems a bit desperate, but atleast they are addressing the delayed Audit situation, in saying that it has taking much longer than expected...hopefully soon you guys will get the much anticipated PPS jump you have been waiting for.
