I like the PR. Shows they are aware of our concerns and won't leave us hanging even though they are hanging with the slow audit. What I don't like is WDCO is back selling a ton of stock. Who do they represent? I suspect either they are selling for someone who received stock from the company or are naked shorting for whatever reason. Who else could sell so many millions of shares higher and still have more to sell down here. They were only on the bid for a day or two a long time ago, and they didn't accumulate nearly as much stock as they've sold.
This thing will go highter when WDCO gets out of the way.

Maybe WDCO reads this board ;-). As soon as I posted they faded their offer and the stock immediately ran. They'll probably be back at some higher price. Maybe the next time there's a good PR giving them something to sell into.
For now, I'm just glad they stepped back and realized this there's some real demand here today.

Nice day to be a MM when the difference between the bid and offer is 20%!! The good news is it tends to be wide on big moves and today its up for a change.
The wide spread probably means most of these MMs are not short. If they were getting squeezed they probably would be happy to buy a little closer to the offer.

oh well that didnt last long. when i read the new pr about releasing the audit jim turek says it will be released very soon. this can mean anything, 1 month to a yr. Wish he could give us an educated guess. Very soon is so vague and has been said many times before.

So I get home to see we went up then right back down. NOTHING is going to move till audit and I told Jim that in my email. No PR..No IBD...just hard facts and numbers. Nothing else will do.

Sorry for the late post... Had to cut the grass, put the kids down and then get comfy....
Matt @ Apple returned my call at about 4ish today.
He seemed to be very busy returning what he said was returing calls from about "1000 shareholders"...He was brief.
I intially called him for status on the Semco acquistion and also to see if the audit had hit a snag that he could comment on.
Now...please...this is only his "opinion" or at least he did not give me the feeling that his statement was absolute. He said that the "unaudited and audited numbers would be completed by the end of the month"...
I know tons of folks from other boards will copy and paste this thinking this is gospel and that is regrettable. I think we are getting very close to the end of the rainbow and I believe that we are within 30-45 days. This is my feeling only.
Also, Matt indicated that the Semco acquisition is (similar to what has been stated by Turek) "in its final stage". He mentioned something about the independent lab doing an extensive study and when the results are completed, they will go right to the attorneys to complete the transaction.
I believe that all the paperwork is in place. I asked Matt what the time frame was to complete this "study". He responded (in my words) that the study would be done when the study is done, but it would be the final item necessary to close the deal.
Sorry for the long winded email.
I was very impressed that he returned my call. I only called him once last week and he made sure that the call was returned. He also added my email address to his distribution....whatever that is.

Many Green Baron members might recognize this symbol because we interviewed the CEO Nyhl Henson earlier this year on March 14. IVCM had been trading between .05 and .10 per share on light volume for the better part of six months until late August. Once it became clear that IVCM was going to the Bulletin Board, the stock shot up to over .40 per share on heavy volume.

Nice buy into the ask at .0137 a few minutes before close.
Although now I see at RB a poster says it was for just 75K shares, so $1027. That's real money to most of us I know, but not significant re the overall market.
Still, a nice day. Yesterday's PR-based effort to prevent panic selling seems to have worked for now.

I often wonder about that last buy on a stock. It seems sometimes that "someone" (probably an MM) is artifically pushing the price up (or down) at the last sec...for what purpose, I don't know. On the following day, the artifical price goes way, back to the trend of the prior day.
But PLNI is a different beast; maybe it is part of a trend. We can hope and wait (and ignore MM manipulation in the meanwhile).

I agree--a small potatoes trade at the end of the day like that, either way, doesn't mean anything. Overall trend is good, even at .013 we were up.

Yeah and u can bet ur as* that if it would have been you or I that tried to dump 2,000,000 shares that close to EOD that they would have dropped it down so low to fill Colds order, but as long as its them its OK!!!

Come on COLD...how many days do you have to Bawhahahahahaa till you understand that you have to move the bid up from .009 to at least .011. It may fall and you might actually get in there but it ain't going to .0009...ain't hapnin' bud! Grab a cold one..move it to .011 or .012 and join the party. I want you in.

Ok..I have never swing traded before and with my bad luck rap with stocks I probably should avoid it all together. Now I'm just being theoretical.....Wednesday's A.M. I pick up shares around .013 or so, going by the charts(I hate believing in these darn charts) it looks as if the current trend is a reversal of the last. So, if charts don't lie, then(in theory) I would be a seller in the .018-.0195 area as long as conditions at that time warrant the sale.
Here's my take. I overpay tomorrow at the open around .014-.0145 and watch it fall like a rock to my original GTC order of .009 My luck is that bad!

By Golly Cold, There is hope for you still! We're going to turn you into a real life Swing Trader before it's all over. I personally want to accumulate millions of shares of Plni, so I have been buying on the dips and selling some on these chart highs. I add a few extra shares each time and then sell and buy back more. These so called scarey dips i just ignore and hold on. Now I wouldn't do that on all the stocks here in pinky land but Plni seems to have a very predictable swing patern with news and i take every opportunity to play the heck out of it. IMO I feel I would be safe in saying this stock will be .50 next year with the greatest of ease. Oh and we all get burned once in a while with stocks. So don't feel you have an albatross around your neck. LOL Good Luck Buddy and hang in there.

Chopper... I tried to get the broadcast and there was so much interest that the site was overloaded and folks programs were freezing up when they asked questions...Now you know I'm technically challanged but this seemed significant to me...
To me sports always works...hahahaha...The ballgame was sold out and folks were lined up in the streets...How's that for high tech? I hear they are going to try and re-broadcast on several sites tomorrow...Man this could be something significant with that many folks interested...Glad I'm all in for now and not in a cash position at open...Let's see if it gaps at open...I bet the L2's at 9:25 tomorrow will be dancing...Of course I've been wrong many times before...IMO
