The details are that I didn't have very good luck listening to the broadcast last night. Hopefully they will post it without the technical difficulties.

Looks like MM Midas Securities (MDAS)has joined WDCO as a major seller in PLNI. They were heavy on the ask yesterday afternoon. Both MDAS and WDCO are the offers this morning.I still think these guys represent the biggest obstacle to a big advance. Someone must have been issued stock very cheap to be willing to dump so many millions at these prices.
BTW, Midas is out of Korea and may represent a Korean client. WDCO steps in whenever there is news or major buying interest. Clearly they have lots of stock to go. If they're smart, they will let it run a bit first. If the stock price trends higher over time, that in intself will attract extra buying interest(momentum traders), IMO.

Speaking of MDAS, what's an "unpriced quote"? That's what the "u" supposedly stands for next to MDAS's Ask right now (at the pinksheets.com feed at the Plasticon site)

sorry for the extra post--my confusion mainly being, that "unpriced quote" is at .0139, so how unpriced can it be?

From Pinksheets FAQ: What does the "U" mean in the quote montage? If there is a lowercase "u" next to the market maker symbol, it means the quote represents an "unsolicited" customer order. An uppercase "U" in the price column means an "unpriced" quote (market maker shows interest in trading but does not publish a price).
I noticed that in some stocks, e.g. HISC, all the MMs have small "u"s, meaning "unsolicited". This is the first time I've seen just one live quote with as unsolicited. Sometimes they show a "u" when the quote is old, often from the previous day. I did notice that MDAS is new here as of yesterday. If they were around before, I did not notice them.

"Pink Sheets has become increasingly concerned that the unsolicited quote exception in Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11 is being abused by unscrupulous individuals to engage in questionable and possibly fraudulent activities in violation of the federal securities laws. Thus, Pink Sheets requires a broker/dealer to submit an Unsolicited Quote Entry Form (pdf) prior to publishing an unsolicited quote in a security that is not already quoted on the Pink Sheets. On the form, the broker must indicate which of the six conditions listed above that the security they wish to quote meets, and if it is condition #6, they must affirm that adequate current information about the issuer is available on the Pink Sheets News Service."
One condition refers to foreign interests selling, which would make sense being as Midas typically represents Korean interests. But it may also be an indirect way of PLNI raising capital. I would have loved to ask Bill Howe about where the 400 million shares came from when we went from 1.4 billion shares to 1.8 billion shares this year.

The perception that the audit is very close should help support this stock, but questions regarding the capitalization and Semco will probably temper any gains in the meantime, IMO.
Bill Howe said Semco should go through, but he did not sound as certain as I would have liked. They are in negotiations. I was under the impression it was all but a done deal pending the chemical analysis before listening to the webcast.
He also left us hanging on the capitalization issue. I would have liked to hear a reiteration of no r/s or talk of a further reduction in shares. All he did was say the capitalization will be addressed when they apply for OTCBB. This is a given since one requirement to move there is full disclosure.
All in all, webcast was a nice paid Ad for newbies, but not much light for us old timers other than Pro-Mold date of Oct 6. I really like the company and the business model. The numerator [value and prospects of company] is impressive. Its the denominator -- shares, debt -- that concerns me. If they stick to their word of no reverse split, and don't do any funny stuff with convertibles, options, etc... then all will be fine. Now if only I could stop watching and waiting [wake me when we get there].

Evergreen Marketing partners acquired a total of 4.8 million shares through a private market purchase."
Just wondering if it is ever a good thing that GB covers a company?

Getting coverage in Green Barron means the company involved is making a concerted effort to promote itself, and that it meets GBs criteria for being green. Beyond that, it doesn't say much about the value of the company. Some, like PLNI in my opinion, are on a path up and need the exposure to advance its business. With limited cash flow, stock is currency and a higher currency helps them finance acquisitions and other expenses.
Getting on GB doesn't lend much added credibility to what a company says, IMO. GB does a pretty good job of CYA in their disclosure docs regarding DD.
As for thier claim they were not compensated for the webcast, that depends on interpretation. They have a continuing vested interest in promoting the company, but apparently did not receive additional shares or currency in return for the specific webcast. They may have been technically accurate, but a bit misleading.
I haven't looked at all their pics to check on performance, but I am familiar with one, Pender, that did not fare well at all. They were pretty loose regarding the "green" label on that one, given some of their real estate and development interests. The green in Green Barron also stands for money. All IMHO.

WDCO (market maker Wilson-Davis) has been selling this thing heavy for the past couple weeks. Until they run out of stock, or news brings in more significant buying, this thing will languish. Just eyeballing the trades, it appears there are many more buys than sells, but we can't overcome the tens of millions WDCO is distributing for someone. Average daily volume is 20 million shares and the company issued on net about 400 million shares this year. How much of that is being sold into the market is anybody's guess, but it certainly puts a crimp in the PPS.

We have all been banking on PLNI, and talking about how the pps goes down before a big move (MM's know it is coming and try to cash in). Let's hope that is the case here.

At this price, the company should be buying those shares for retirement. Considering where we expect this stock to go, they will never get it cheaper than now, and that would start things off. IMO they need to buy and retire all they can lay their hands on for the move to higher exchange. Just good business.
