regarding the update on the shares filing, i think they just corrected turek's name spelling. the 100 mill preferred shares were there before when it was first discovered. the day it was discovered by posters, i actually downloaded the entire database (link right on the page) and found the 100 mill preferred share count listed in the database, just not on the info page everyone pulls up when doing the search.

not that it makes any difference, but the 100 mill preffered was there initially.

Geeeeezzz....what next? I would really hate to see a company with so much growth potential have their assests seized!! If I were in charge of the PR's, I would release anything of substance after the closing bell. About 4:01pm would be about right.

I have a hard copy of the 10/13/05 filing and it left off the 100 million preferred. The woman who read the 11/21/05 filing on the phone listed both the 5 billion from 10/13 mtg. and the 100 million preferred from the april mtg. both on the same amendment form. I left a msg for them to update the form page to show both. Now it only shows the 5 billion.

What link did you use to download the entire db that showed the 100 million? I had to wait a day for them to dig up the hard copy. Even they couldn't bring it up on their screens. Right now I can only get as far as the one pager you get after hitting the CID # link.

If you are getting more than that off the webpage, please walk me through to the link so I don't have to bother them with digging up and faxing/reading off a hard copy. The docs I'm interested in have a header of "Articles of Amendment" and include 7 numbered points. The second one relates to capital structure.

thanks.

stockhunter -

on the main search page:
http://soswy.state.wy.us/Corp_Search_Main.asp

below the search button is a line that reads "You may also download the entire........." then the "Click Here" is a link to download the database. you need to have foxpro database software to open though. access will actually open a couple of the tables but not all.

and to save you time, i should also note that the download described above doesn't contain what you are looking for. teh only data in the download is what you see on the website search page results plus the 100 mill shares that for some reason don't appear. this data is for all companies submitting to Wyoming so can take a bit of time sorting through it all.

Thanks fast, Just downloaded the file (took 5 minutes for 41 megs - wow). Maybe there's some historical data of interest. If its more complete that is useful in itself. I'll leave figuring out how to open the data with what's on my machine for the weekend - little burned out with all the new stuff coming in today.

have a good weekend.

I think stockhunter and stae780 are paid to bash this stock. Amazing how they post so close to one another and they seem to agree on everything!

Wow, could they be brothers?, lovers? or the same person? hmmmmmmm

BTW your wasting your time looking at the BK info all old news.

And for or new investors and remiders to old. Two lessons we all need to remember when reading ahole posts like this...

Lesson 1: Remember, BASHERS NEVER Bash A BAD STOCK. Check the boards for stocks with no potential. They never have any Bashers. Bashers only go after stocks that are moving up or have excellent potential to do so. Bashers work to bring the price down to either increase their position at the expense of others or help a Short make their bones.

Lesson 2: BASHERS ALWAYS BRING UP OLD NEWS THAT YOU HAVE HEARD MANY TIMES. New startup companies always have a few bits of bad news. The Basher will post this over and over again. Unsophisticated Bashers will try to freshen up old news with a new date or by-line in an attempt to fool you.

Either they "get it" and are trying to get our shares cheaper. Or they are just idiots totally unaware of how business works.

I guess it could be both.

Just some info to break-up the BS today......

CirTran's Iehab Hawatmeh Commends and Joins Blasting of 'Naked Shorting' by Overstock.com President
Business Wire - December 01, 2005 08:15

SALT LAKE CITY, Dec 01, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Iehab J. Hawatmeh, founder and president of CirTran Corp. (OTCBB: CIRT), an international full-service contract manufacturer of IT, consumer and consumer electronics products, today commended and joined with the president of Overstock.com (NASDAQ: OSTK) in his public condemnation of "naked shorting."

"I am delighted to stand shoulder-to-shoulder here in Salt Lake or any place else with Overstock.com President Patrick Byrne in this very important matter," Hawatmeh said, commenting on Byrne's statement yesterday at a public forum on "naked short selling" conducted by the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA).

In his statement, Byrne called naked short selling "a growing problem within the securities markets. The Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. admits that 'failures to deliver' are as high as $6 billion per day. This is an incredible number," Byrne said.

'As Mad as Hell ...'

Hawatmeh concurred and underscored Byrne's anger and frustration with the practice.

"In 1976, the late Peter Finch, as anchorman Howard Beale, won an Academy Award for his performance in 'Network' in which he made his famous 'I'm as mad as hell and I'm not going to take it any more' speech," Hawatmeh said.

"I'd like to think that Mr. Byrne and I are 21st century versions of Howard Beale, and we too are 'as mad as hell' ... about naked short selling," Hawatmeh said. "It isn't fair, it isn't legal, and it's hurting honest, hard-working investors at the expense of scoundrels."

An Illegal Practice

Naked short selling, or naked shorting, is an illegal practice of selling shares that have not been affirmatively determined to exist. Ordinarily, traders must borrow a stock, or determine that it can be borrowed, before they sell it short. However, some investors and hedge funds have taken advantage of loopholes in the rules to sell shares without making any attempt to borrow the stock.

The Securities and Exchange Commission addressed this practice two years ago, on Oct. 29, 2003, by implementing a new rule to ban naked shorting in order to protect thinly traded stocks that are vulnerable to aggressive short selling which would cause the stock price to fall.

by the way, cold, thanks for the extra entertainment, but personally I don't think naked shorting has anything to do with the current pps collapse. IMHO it's a combination of two things--the massive selling as chronicled by stock, by WDCO and VFIN, and a perfectly rational market reaction to not only a lack of news but a lack of explicitly promised news.

Chop, I wouldn't put it past some of these aholes to change the dates to intentionally mislead people into selling. I think that's against SEC regulations if I am right.

I really hadn't thought of that. You could very well be right iwannaride. Any blatent fraudulant info is against the SEC rules, however most skirt the law by a thin margin.

To all, I apologize for re-posting the inaccurate information regarding PLNI being on the SHO list. It was obviously outdated information and I will refrain from doing so in the future. I just got excited about the next month or 2 for PLNI.

Thanks fast. No need to dig further. I'll keep checking WY each day to see if they pop another amendment on us.

The last two meetings (That's JT and his fax machine) occurred on April 11th and October 11th, exactly 6 months apart. If we're still waiting for information next April 11th it would be a good idea to check the WY SOS on that day.

FYI, Pinksheets will be reporting short interest starting sometime next year(within 5 months). I talked with Liz Heese at Pinksheets about this. She said it is a done deal and the comment period is being used to look at ways to accelerate the start date (yeah!). She said the biggest revelation for most pink investors will be just how little naked shorting is going on. I agreed. It seems everyone wants to blame the MMs or some naked shorter every time their dream stock drops a tick. Naked shorting can be seriously abused and is a problem in some stocks, but its not a common problem.

As anyone who's read my posts knows, I'm not the cheerleading type, but for this one I have to say "Three Cheers for Transparancy! Hip, Hip HOORAY!"

http://www.pinksheets.com/about/pr_110705.jsp

Short Interest Reporting in Pink Sheets Securities Coming Soon!

New York, NY, November 7, 2005 -- On Thursday, November 4, 2005, the SEC published for comment a proposed rule change to amend NASD Rule 3360 to expand the short interest reporting requirements to over-the-counter (‘‘OTC’’) equity securities, including securities quoted on the Pink Sheets. The full text of the proposed rule change is available in the Federal Register or online at: http://www.smartpdf.com/register/2005/Nov/03/66875A.pdf.

In January 2005, Pink Sheets petitioned the SEC to cause the amendment of NASD Rule 3360 (http://sec.gov/rules/petitions/petn4-500.pdf). Under the current rule, NASD members are only required to maintain such records and make reports regarding securities included in listed on Nasdaq or on a national securities exchange. This excludes OTC equity securities, thereby denying investors and the markets for these instruments the protections of transparency and regulatory oversight provided by Rule 3360.

NASD will announce the effective date of the proposed rule change in a Notice to Members to be published no later than 60 days following Commission approval. In recognition of the technological and systems changes the proposed rule change may require, the effective date will be 90 days following publication of the Notice to Members announcing Commission approval.

Bear-Buy and all! I have learned a lot by reading these boards. I realize that the value of these boards lies in the integrity and validity of each and every post. After I posted that I looked and found out it was outdated. Hence my apology! While I am a rookie I "feel" that PLNI is a "must buy" right now.

Molson, If everyone thought that responsibly these boards would be much better. Thanks for the correction.

For the most part, these boards are like the bargain basement bins in those big department stores. Most of the stuff is defective or out of date, but if you're willing to dig through the pile you can find some real gems.

Interesting pink-sheet shorting notes, Stock. The more transparency the better, yes. But I also agree with the woman who thinks many will be surprised how little of that manipulation goes on. I've dabbled in pinks off and on for a few years, and seen pps rise and fall on rumors. The fall (so far) of PLNI is probably the most rational walkdown I've witnessed.

Three cheers for Molson as well.

Thanks Stock! While I am a rookie I realize that the ocean I am swimming in is full of sharks. Like you said, the gems lie in the deep stuff.

PLNI is the only soap opera that I watch and I believe this thing is going to win an Emmy!

Just too much good stuff going for it.... DOT approval in all 50 states is one of those things!

Thanks to all the good people here with good intentions!

Thanks worm and welcome aboard. Good DD on the BK info. You and scionist saved me a lot of work by posting it at SI before I dug it out of PACER. BTW, is there going to be a new board formed every day over at SI? That's the problem with a moderated forum. The moderators get the "let me call the plays or I'll take my ball and go home" mentality. Over here you can just scroll down past the nonsense if you don't like it.

I hope more people come over here where you don't have to click a link to read every one line post. RB and SI are maddeningly slow to read at times.
