Don't take the contents of one of my post and turn them around for your own personal use without at least giving me credit for the idea. By doing so, you only prove to everyone that you are a follower with little or no imagination.

To the dilution dumbs***s:

With regards to the dilution issue, the answer is right in front of us and very simple. Here is how it goes:

Over the past several months, Q has released PR's announcing stock buyback programs. From what was released, we know at least 3% was bought back by the company. Frank has also released PR's that expressed his displeasure with Q's pps, his intention to investigate manipulation, and the converting of his 53% stake into preferred shares with voting rights. Beyond a reasonable doubt, this would lead the average observer(jury) to believe that Frank is working for the benefit of the companies shareholders. Here is where it gets tricky. Frank converted his common shares into preferred shares with voting rights. While it reduced the float by 53%, it still left Frank with complete controll of the company. It is possible that Frank could sell his stake for a considerable amount of money before Q ever makes a major run. If that were the case we would all be screwed, because the new owner would RS the hell out of Q, or we would end up with a fractional number of the new owners shares. In this scenario we the common shareholders get screwed three ways sideways. Although this scenario is possible, we can pretty much be assured that Frank has no intentions of doing this. By releasing PR's that state his desire to raise pps and aid shareholders, Frank has already built the prosecutions case against him. If he screws us, he is guilty of fraud and there is no way he can win. In the end, he loses hundreds of millions of dollars and his freedom. This same concept can be applied to the dilution issue. Based upon his past PR's, Frank has placed himself in a no win situation. Diluting shares at this point would be fraud, and it would end up being uncovered. Again, Frank would lose hundreds of millions of dollars and his freedom.

On the other hand, if he plays it straight, he makes a few speculators a **** load of money, maintains the ability to cash out for hundreds of millions of dollars(if not more), and spends the rest of his life living in luxury.

Which path would you take?

Some of you out there need to plug your f*****g brains into a power source before you post.

lol about f'in time man! These people are retards. Frank would not PR himself into a corner. He can not dilute this stock without it being fraud! He would get sued like no tomorrow. I would be the first to sue.. lol Trust me!

He has left himself no opening to dilute without it being fraud. He is one smart guy. He is not a scam or fraud. He owns how many night clubs? What movie channel did he start that is still around? How many millions of dollars do you think this guy has? More then then any of us would know what to do with.

So get over it and understand with this many shares the charts and MM's have to be ready for a run. Not us. Buying a billion shares out of the float doesn't do much unless that billion bought isn't sold and another billion is bought. Then you move. We just need to dry up so more of the float and let the MM's get what they want then will will run again. When it ran to .0080 it dropped back down in the next few days. Like all p[inksheet runs do, but you tards say it is dilution! F*CKING RETARDS! Hey! Get Get Get Over it! HEY!

Zman... you are right...
No pinksheets company CEO has ever lied.
Not one has ever been guilty of fraud.
In-fact it is an impossibility for any pinksheets company CEO to commit any illegal act as they obviously know from the get-go they would be caught.
Please continue Zman as I think you are really on to something here.

OMG I laughed my a** off. Nice post Zman and I mean the whole thing, not just the part that made my day.

You are 100% correct. Frank has set his self up to be sued, end up penniless and behind bars should he be diluting this baby. I think the man deserves more credit than that. However, I have he4ard 6 months, 1 year, and even 5 years on pieces of the restricted collateral shares and those could have hit the market some recently. Thats 6 billion for sure. I dont think, or I missed it, we have a definite answer on that one yet.

never owned CMKI/CMKM/CMKX
I was however one of the first on this site to publicly make fun of that company for the share selling scam it was.
Fast forward to today.
CMKI/CMKM/CMKX is a proven scam and many others have taken my place on that lot of threads.

How have you made money off this stock?
Surely not by holding it.
Flipping maybe... but this and any of the countless other QBID threads discourage flipping this stock.
All I ever see is "accumulating"
If you are a flipper then be proud as you are ahead of the game.
I never have said anything bad about flipping it... but don't invest in it.

Fellow posters,

I must get something off my shoulders. Q is currently the only micro penny holding in my portforlio. However, at one time I did own 4 million shares of CMKX. Please forgive me. I was only looking to make a quick buck, but ended up losing a couple grand. Oh well, it was my fault. In parting with the funds lost in CMKX, I learned a lesson and moved on with my life.

Please don't hold my past against me.

I'm just really low thinking about this right now.

More Silver Oak please!

Zman... the CMKI/CMKM/CMKX fraud caught alot of people... not just you.
A good rule of thumb is:
If any stock trades over a billion shares in one day and doesn't move in price... DON'T BUY IT!!!!!!
QBID used to move BIG TIME when it traded over a billion a day... now... nothing... something is up and it ain't good.

OH MY GOD.

i dont know how to start this.

I just got back from a party up here, just this minute.

I had the most interesting conversation with a very openly gay man.

at this party this individual walked up to our group and asked if he could join us as we where basically the only ones still up and about.

he sat down and started talking and someone noticed that his finger nails where painted and asked him what that was all about.

he came right forward and said I'm openly gay and that we should not worry as he would not be offended by anything we said. right away everyone went a bit quiet. so i broke the ice and started asking him some questions as he stated he was from a small town.

people started throwing jokes around about me talking to him, but that is another story that i wont get into at this point.

as i talked to this gentleman, he asked me why i had such an interest in some of the things i was asking and he commented that i seemed very knowledgeable about the gay lifestyle.

I told him that i was heavily invested in a gay tv station out of the US. (IM IN CANADA)

immediately he said really what is the name of the network.

I told him that it was a start up company that he may not have heard of. I told him it was Q television network. Immediately he said to me get out of here are you serious? I said yes have you heard of it?

Now get this. HE said HEARD OF IT? I LOVE THAT STATION.

I said you must be mistaking my station for something else.

He said no i dont believe so, I watch a talk show every night call On Q Live with Chrisanne Eastwood.

I said no way. are you serious?

he replied back to me YA i love that show.

I asked him how he was getting it and he told me he was getting it on Rogers Digital Cable.

I asked him how much he was paying for it and this is the real kicker.

I'm paying $30 Canadian money. for the channel.

He described the channel and some of the stuff that he has seen on the channel. I asked him is it on for several hours and is it a rebroadcast.

he said no it is live, except for the odd night when they are traveling to go on location somewhere. and it is on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I asked him how it compared to Pride channel. he said Pride channel is all porn now.

I said sorry your right what i meant to ask was how it compared to the new Outtv.

he said honestly there is not comparison, since Q started broadcasting i have gotten rid of Outtv.

I told him that i was having a hard time buying this, he told me that he would tape a segment of the channel and send it to me.

I asked him is it worth the $30 a month you are paying?

he said it is worth every penny of it.

at one point he asked me what i meant by heavily invested in the company? I told him that i had just shy of 3 million shares, and he cracked back and said " OH my god are you married? at this point everyone started laughing. it was a great comeback on his part i thought.

I found this very very interesting and on Monday im going to investigate this even further by making a call to the cable company and asking if i can get this channel and what the broadcast agreements are.

this has totally take me completely by surprise and i thought i would put this all down in a message before i forgot any details. it is like 2:30 am here and i have to work tomorrow but i had to share this with you guys.

I will find out all i can about how he is getting it here in Canada in a small and i mean very small community. He said there are 23 gay men in this town and only 3 of them, including himself, where out.

i have to go to bed I hope i can sleep.

Rod

Ladies and Gentlemen,

It's been fun tonight, but I've got an early tee time in Frank's neck of the woods. I live only 40 minutes from Palm Springs. I have gay clients and gay employees of clients throughout the Coachella Valley. In no way have I been shy about asking if there is a local buzz about what is going on. I have not run into a single gay person down there that doesn't know what Q is. If this were not the case, I would not be here.

Goodnight

he came right forward and said I'm openly gay and that we should not worry as he would not be offended by anything we said. right away everyone went a bit quiet. so i broke the ice and started asking him some questions as he stated he was from a small town.

people started throwing jokes around about me talking to him, but that is another story that i wont get into at this point.

as i talked to this gentleman, he asked me why i had such an interest in some of the things i was asking and he commented that i seemed very knowledgeable about the gay lifestyle.

Rod

Hope this guy sends you that recording of the show! As always, love reading your posts Rod.
