Hey All! A thought just popped into my mind as I was watching these A/H trades go through. Why would MM's need to transfer shares between each other if there was NSS going on? Couldn't they just make up the shares they needed?
Possible answer I came up with was they only NSS on the high side of PPS and since we're expecting a run, they don't NSS since they don't think PPS will decrease much from here. Any thoughts you all have would be appreciated. Thxs.

No response on the email I sent to the firm. So I called instead because I needed to find out two bits of information. First I called Friedman but he was out till the 29th. Then I tried to call Ross but got his secretary instead and she said that he to was out till the 29th "BUT" that she would put me through to another associate that "IS" also working on Triangle (as she called it), his name was Daniel ??? (sorry, I couldn't remember his last name)...I said ok thank you... When he answered I told him who I was and why I was calling. In my attempt to find out the first bit of information, "a confirmation of progress"... I failed, he was very adamant with not giving a comment on anything regarding the progression of their work with "Triangle", in fact, he repeatedly directed all my questions to QTN because of the "CONFIDENTIALITY ASPECT OF IT"... Now that my friends ANSWERED my second question, being: Are you "currently" still representing Tiangle Multi-Media...
Personally I truly believe they are.
In fact, this leads me to believe what I said in my previous post. I think they really do need extra time because of the complexity and the scope of the matter.

If you already have your target amount, don't chase it. I have my nest buy in at .0011. I doubt I will get it but don't really care.If I do then I will consider it a bonus.
