If frank is not selling shares into the market then why is there no price movement on over a billion shares traded in one day?... please explain.

4art... simply repeating a denial is not proof. Over a billion shares traded and no movement. How can this be? Name any other stock that has ever traded over a billion shares in one day and not moved in price?

tqn If you have any contact with skunk and zues (zeus?), encourage them to come back to allstocks. I've heard that a regular QBID poster "chased" them away, but I was a bit disappointed that they would give up so easily, considering that most of us supported them strongly and publicly. I didn't know either one until they showed up one day, but I enjoyed their commentary . . . even if it did sound a little like a Sunday afternoon quilting bee at times (just joking, everyone). So . . . skunk and zeus, if you are lurking, say "Hey" once in awhile. OK?

I just talked to Frank and he says he is... Now how believable is that? Probably just as believable as you saying you talked to Richard. Proof is in the price. Over a billion shares traded in one day and no price movement.

DiQ I promised myself I would never respond to one of your posts again . . . but what the hell.
You are correct that simply repeating ANYTHING is not proof. However, asking the same question over and over also is not proof, especially when you don't have an answer for the question.
The bottomline is that NONE OF US knows what is happening. You may "assume" anything you want. Others may "assume" the opposite. And none of you can prove your case. We just do not have enough facts yet.
I do not believe Frank is doing anything detrimental to me as a QBID shareholder, and I will continue to believe that until I see proof to the contrary. "If" proof ever materializes, I will provide the rope and select the tree to lynch him. However, at this time, there are only two actions shareholders can take: 1) Hold their shares and wait for news, or 2) Sell their shares and move on.
Both are pretty simple actions. Just do it and quit whining about it. Is this the first stock you've ever owned? Is this the only time in your life you've taken a chance? Is this the only time you've had to make a decision? Buying and selling stocks is not rocket science. You buy when you think the price is right and . . . if you are lucky . . . you sell a little higher.
Oh yes . . . and you learn from your mistakes.
By the way, the reason I promised myself I would never reply to you again is that I know you have an agenda that doesn't allow for logic or facts. So I've just wasted several minutes of my rather valuable time . . . unless I've convinced others to ignore your posts in the future.

... Or, (as in DeportTheWitless's case), 3) Attempt to bash the price down to .0001 so they can buy a million shares with their paycheck from Chuck E. Cheese's.
LOL
Well said, Bottomliner!

4Art Ever try to quiet a whiney child? You ignore him. Only action that works consistently.
And remember: Everyone posts on message boards for self-serving reasons. He has an agenda, and truth isn't one of the major points. So, let's consider our time spent responding to him as cheap entertainment and move on.
I will be away for a few days, and I hope to return to some really good news. Therefore, I am putting you in charge of my entire fortune. Take good care of it.

Geez man, take it easy. I was just skimming over it on a Saturday night and was just throwing something together in my head and when I saw someone mention share count I zipped off a message. No need to be hostile.

quote:Originally posted by DeportTheWitless: Please note that all on this thread have seen Frank's work. The moment this stock touched .0014 there was an influx of new pumpers... Remember that skunk chick who suddenly appeared and posted the minute to minute developments on QTV? Notice she and her friend disappeared moments after the price spike was over? It isn't the "bashers" you should worry about... it's the paid pumpers. I don't want you to sell... don't want you to buy either.. just looking for healthy debate about an unknown.
Skunks got run off, please dont try to turn her appearance / dissappearance into something it wasnt. Skunks used to post 100s of times a week on IHUB. There was a huge blow out there, she and a few others went into a member only post area for a while, I pretty much left IHUB due to one of the wannabe moderators telling me my opinion meant nothing until I paid for a membership which was one of the group in contention with Skunks (Skunksyard is her IHUB name). Is she a pumper? Yes but I dont believe in the way you are referring... she is just really high on Q and does all she can to pass on information. Does she have inside connections? /shrug Maybe, but her information was almost never 100% speculative and it was all pretty much always verifiable that I recall.
I may have had a spat once or twice towards her but I dont want to see her name damaged undeservingly. Shes still a good person in my book and I wish she had hung out longer and just a little less posting lol yeah I am one of the ones that wasnt a big fan of the play by play and 100 post a day deal. Which is what she did at IHUB every single day, it had nothing to do with spikes and falls in pps. She was the Q queen of marketing and info on IHUB daily.
If you recall when she got her I said I expected the antiSkunks crowd to come harass her, it only took 48 hours after that for it to happen and her to leave. Some of them are some of our favoirte bashers here still, some of them I suspect are our quieter bashers in new names.

so going by the CC if the count is 9.5B and he did a 3% buyback and retired 53% does that meen we only have a float of 3,962,450,000 ???? and is that a good thing?
im still very new to this so im still trying to learn..(my first investment is QBID and hope it does me proud )
also does anyone know if there is a standard on how much divies the company gives to its shareholders based on its earnings? or does it vary?
cause i remember reading someone saying there was a 600B target (whether thats for the Company or not i donno)and if thats the case then even 1% of that 600B would be awesome(if they even give you that much)
anyway as i said im an idiot when it comes to stocks(for now)

Please be Gentle
We were all idiots when we first started and we all get burned from time to time in pennyland ... or any other exchange for that matter. The pr about frank retiring 53% of the authorized shares was fluff, as those shares were his and never in-play. Good luck in the market.

In the big exchanges divies are varried depending on the company. Divies? in pennyland? If it happens it is too good to be true. The only ones I've seen were scams. Kinda like when CMKX offered dividend shares of one of their sister companies... those shares never had any value...

I'm afraid it doesn't work like that. Positive earnings reports do tend to increase the PPS however it is not a direct effect. Investors see a positive earnings report ad feel that the company is moving in the right direction... they then buy shares, which in-turn increases the price. Price per share is purely a supply and demand issue.
