Thanks Rich. I know very little about stocks so I can't provide much in the way technical info but i want to help any way I can. I don't even remember how I heard about this stock but remember how excited I was when I did. And I am just as excited now as I was then. The only problem I have with this stock is that I don't have enough of it. Have a great day all!

Welcome to our family Comitrmax. You got in at the right time, IMO. Everyone does what they can even if it is to just support each other. I like the poster idea. If I had 20 Q posters I could put them around town in one day. Anything I can do to help Q I will.

See how the MM's pushed down the pps.! those large blocks traded on the Ask were traded back and forth between the MM's to make it look like someone was dumping Q. The MM's are trying to create fear and panic selling. This is why Frank wants off the Pinks and on a exchange!

PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 2005--

Q Television Network (OTCBB Other: QBID), the first 24/7 premium network for the gay and lesbian community, announced today that it has hired Cory Sher as Director of Affiliate Sales and Relations for Q Television Network's Western Division, which is based in Denver.

Cory Sher joins Q Television Network with over ten years of cable, sales and marketing experience. His cable career started at Jones International Networks, where he served as regional manager for start up networks Knowledge TV, and country music video channel Great American Country. Sher was promoted and served as Director of Distribution for both the Hallmark Network, and Lifetime Television.

He was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, where he currently lives. He received a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He serves on several volunteer organizations, including Denver's Bridge Project, the Anti Defamation League, and Cable Positive, and he is an active member of CTAM.

"I am excited to join Q Television Network and be a part of the growth and success we are set to achieve," said Sher. "The network serves a niche within the GLBT community and offers unique marketing opportunities for cable operators."

"Q Television Network is quite fortunate to have someone with Cory's background and ability on its team," said Frank Olsen, President, CEO and Founder of Q Television Network. "We continue to bring on experienced individuals and build a top-notch management and sales team."

Here is a copy of the actual law.....
http://www.leg.wa.gov/RCW/index.cfm?section=23B.16.020&fuseaction=section

RCW 23B.16.020
Inspection of records by shareholders.

(1) A shareholder of a corporation is entitled to inspect and copy, during regular business hours at the corporation's principal office, any of the records of the corporation described in RCW 23B.16.010(5) if the shareholder gives the corporation notice of the shareholder's demand at least five business days before the date on which the shareholder wishes to inspect and copy.

(2) A shareholder of a corporation is entitled to inspect and copy, during regular business hours at a reasonable location specified by the corporation, any of the following records of the corporation if the shareholder meets the requirements of subsection (3) of this section and gives the corporation notice of the shareholder's demand at least five business days before the date on which the shareholder wishes to inspect and copy:

(a) Excerpts from minutes of any meeting of the board of directors, records of any action of a committee of the board of directors while exercising the authority of the board of directors, minutes of any meeting of the shareholders, and records of action taken by the shareholders or board of directors without a meeting, to the extent not subject to inspection under subsection (1) of this section;

(b) Accounting records of the corporation; and

(c) The record of shareholders.

(3) A shareholder may inspect and copy the records described in subsection (2) of this section only if:

(a) The shareholder's demand is made in good faith and for a proper purpose;

(b) The shareholder describes with reasonable particularity the shareholder's purpose and the records the shareholder desires to inspect; and

(c) The records are directly connected with the shareholder's purpose.

(4) The right of inspection granted by this section may not be abolished or limited by a corporation's articles of incorporation or bylaws.

(5) This section does not affect:

(a) The right of a shareholder to inspect records under RCW 23B.07.200 or, if the shareholder is in litigation with the corporation, to the same extent as any other litigant; or

(b) The power of a court, independently of this title, to compel the production of corporate records for examination.

(6) For purposes of this section, "shareholder" includes a beneficial owner whose shares are held in a voting trust or by a nominee on the beneficial owner's behalf.

FOT,

I think this is a fantastic idea. A sheet with others names to back it up to accompany your brilliant idea would be excellent support. COunt me in.

I have sent an email with a copy of the Washington State law giving QTN mgmt the opportunity to provide the information. We shall see if they respond!

I will post the response right here!

Mr. Frank Olsen, CEO
Triangle Multi Media

Good morning Mr. Olsen

I would like to take a moment of your valuable time and request that QTN produce a promotional poster. I, along with many others, would like to place these in various establishments around the country. We are also investors in QBID. We wish to promote QTN for investment reasons and we also desire to promote gay awareness in our communities.

We believe there are many dedicated investors willing to be part of a grass foots campaign to educate their communities about QTN. This affords another avenue available to QTN for promoting QTN in the Time Warner service area of Maine.

There are many dedicated investors and supporters that are looking for ways to help QTN. Please consider taking advantage of this resource.

Respectfully,

GO Discovery GO!v

What else would they have to show?
Thanks,
Are you over 18. Have to check before we get into this.
Actually, I'm not sure. 1 might be that they have reliable signal that they used to talk about a lot. 2.There may have been some subscriber demand that they might have wanted. 3.Proof that they are'nt going to be broke next week or up to a number of years. These are some of my guesses from stuff I picked up following this.

Jennifer
I am still learning how stocks "really" get traded and have to admit I am appalled by some of the "fraud" that government regulators seem to accept as "legal".

I used to think trading stocks was pretty simple: Tell a broker what price you are willing to pay for a stock and let him find someone willing to sell for that price. If your bid matches someone's ask, the trade happens. The broker collects a fee for his services, and everyone is happy.

Apparently this is not the case, especially with pinks. If I understand the process correctly (and I admit I might not), MMs determine trading prices by only allowing trades that benefit them. Even if they have matching bids and asks, they can refuse to process the trade if they don't like the bid and ask price. If I am wrong about this, I welcome hearing from anyone who can help me understand the process correctly.

I accept the fact that we live in a buyer-beware world and prefer little government intervention in my life, but my "simple mind" also says that the playing field should be level and everyone should have the same chance to make money. However, it appears that MMs (and probably others) have a significant advantage over us.

Today's trading activity certainly seems odd, considering recent PRs and tonight's anniversary celebration, which might produce more significant PRs.

I am sure I will get replies "explaining" that MMs are pure of mind, heart and soul and that Q's current PPS is due to Frank's "failures", but I would prefer to have facts I can digest before I form my own opinion about MMs. Help, anyone?

This has been happening for over a year.

A seemingly great PR and then higher volume trading on the selling side, pushing the PPS lower. This is the result of a huge float, with shares used to pay for contracts and services.

The pattern is undeniable. It's not the MMs or the Berlin exchange.

Jennie, are you on the QBID share payroll?

FOT, I like what you are trying to do to get info from Q on the share structure etc. I live in Iowa so I can't go to Q Hdqtr.
It would be nice if the shareholders could be back in the loop about whats going on internally.

Help me understand why you believe this. Any facts to back it up? If not, your opinion is okay but give me more details. When someone yells "fire" I like to know where it is before running.

And I hope you are just "kidding" with Jennifer. Feeling positive about a stock and expressing that opinion does not constitute dishonesty. I think you owe her an apology.

I’ll try to give you my limited knowledge about the Pinks and MM’s
It’s the Wild Wild West! With very little regulation and/or control, if any, by the SEC.
The MM’s “talk” to each other by codes using buys and sells. Why would anyone trade 5000 shares at .0015? Their commission can be more than the share cost. It was a code. Someone here has published their codes and if you each the time and sales you can watch them “talk” and set up the movement they want.
When Q becomes a fully reporting company and goes to an exchange, the SEC gets involved and this should come to an end. The MM’s bet is counter to yours, they make money by driving down the pps. This does afford us the opportunity to buy at these reduced levels
I hope one of the good guys would read this because I’m not totally sure all this is right so don’t take this without verification. I’m just like you; I’m trying to learn as we go.

Hi all, I am new to the Board. I value this board's D and D. Thought I would contribute. I emailed XM Sat Radio Customer Service about offering gay programming.

If you know of anyone with XM Sat Radio...maybe give them a nudge to call or email the programming department about carrying Q

I excerpted two seperate emails between myself and XM Sat Radio...

Message Body: Do you have any plans to offer Gay Programming...
>
>I know that Sirius offers this...
>
>I am specifically interested in
>Qtelevision
>
>Qtelevision.com is their website...
>
>Please let me know if you are considering this programming.

>XM Subscriber: yes
>Account Number: it is in the car..

Sirius Sat Radio does offer gay programming but, XM has not to my knowledge offered it,

Oh Great Dizzy One! I paid for every share myself. I look beyond the pps to what the company is really doing. It’s that old actions speak louder than words thing. You may be one of the short er minded ones, but I look at the big picture and I like what I see.
Mark Twain said:

“Opportunity knocks on every mans door but in all too many cases he is in a neighborhood saloon and does not hear her.”

I’ve heard her
I’ve visited the taping of their shows
I’ve talked to the CFO in his office for 2 hours
To me it all adds up

First of all I had been watching PRs and volume,W/ PPS drops for many months. Some of you that ask for verifiaction, only need to check dates of PRs and look at the corresponding volume spikes and most usually lower PPS.

Secondly, asking a question does not warrant an apology. What did I say that implied that Jenny was dishonest?

Working is not dishonest. Creating a bandwagon is not dishonest. Being creative is not dishonest. "We are a family."
Can't we all be freinds?

There are wolves in sheeps clothing out there. Beware!

Spend your money as you will.

I will not waste my time here any more, at least not for awhile.

Thanks for the advice. Hoping to get more next week. Kids just started football and cheerleading and need back to school clothes as well. Keep reminding myself of the rule "don't invest more than you can afford to lose" But my husband who knows less than I do about stocks and Q tells me we can't afford not to invest more.(in Q) So that's the plan.
Are we really expecting news from this evenings shin dig?

First, thanks for responding to my questions. I understand what you believe has been happening, although I do not agree with you. But you explained your opinions well, so I appreciate that.

Second, I asked if you were "kidding" with Jennifer because I couldn't tell from your question. You are correct about the wolves, which is why I read every post with "suspicion" and thought your question might have sinister overtones.

If you truly feel this board is a waste of time, I won't try to convince you otherwise. But don't leave because I (or others) "challenge" your comments occasionally. Most of my true friends beat the crap out of me a lot for my opinions, but our friendship has endured for many years. We really are a "family" bound by love rather than blood.

Good luck to you whether you stay or not.

WOW, WHAT A IMPACT THE BUYBACKS (ALL 3 OF THEM) ARE HAVING ON QBID AFTER FRANKIE BOY MOVES QBID TO 71-BILLION SHARES. GOSH FRANKIE THE FRAUDSTER, YOU EVEN "RETIRED" SHARES TO HELP WITH THE QBID SHAREHOLDER VALUE. ADD A GAZILLION HOUSEHOLDS, 50,000 HOTLINE MESSAGES, 150,000 INQUIRIES. GUARANTEED FINANCING FOR 5 YEARS AND IF THAT WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH, SECURED A LOAN FOR $2-MILLION FOR 1ST YEAR BROADCAST. NOW ADD MAINE, THE GAY/LESBIAN CAPITAL OF THE WORLD TO THE MIX AND WOW. I SURELY CAN'T WAIT TO BE ONE OF THE FEW IN ALL 50-STATES THAT GIVE FEEDBACK TO FRANKIE THE FRAUDSTER ABOUT HOW TO IMPROVE Q. GOSH, PLACES LIKE MONTANA, VERMONT, IDAHO ARE SURELY GOING TO IMPROVE THE IMPUT OF WHAT'S TO COME.

FRANKIE THE FRAUDSTER, I GOTTA TELL YA, THANK YOU. SEE, BACK IN 2000 ON YOUR FAILED LAUNCH, YOU TOLD US THAT WAS $7-MILLION DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN. FURTHER, YOU TOLD US THAT YOU REDUCED YOUR OPERATING EXPENSES TO $33,000/MONTH WHICH ADDED ANOTHER $1.5 MILLION (GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT YOU WERE SPENDING PRIOR TO YOUR "REDUCTION."

NOW YOUR SPENDING $800,000/MONTH WHICH MEANS ALMOST $10-MILLION DOLLARS FOR THE PAST YEAR.

IT IS SO NICE TO KNOW THAT THE INVISIBLE BANK OF NOWHERE HAS FORGOTTEN (DON'T WORRY I WONT TELL) ABOUT THE $7-MILLION IN 2000 AND THE CURRENT $10-MILLION FOR THE PAST YEAR AND ONGOING $800,000/MONTH.

THANK GOODNESS FOR YOUR CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE NOT A LICK OF SENSE ABOUT BUSINESS AND COULDN'T EVEN OPEN A SIMPLY SUBWAY AND RUN IT ($125,000) OR SECURE A LOAN FOR THAT MATTER CAN SIT AND RA RA RA FOR SOME STOCK THAT DEFIES ALL BUSINESS SENSE ON OPERATION. GOSH, FRANKIE, WHERE WOULD YOU BE WITHOUT ALL THOSE PEOPLE.

Q IS ON THE MOVE!

Last Trade: 0.0015
Day's Range: 0.0014 - 0.0016

Are we really expecting news from this evenings shin dig?

We are anticipating something from the shindig. Most of the cable companies in the US including the largest ones that there are will be represented there.
In my opinion everything points to some very great progress coming out of the event. If not tonight , then soon. [Big Grin]
I don't know when the next news will be, it is forthcoming.

As you say, actions speak louder then words or the proof is in the pudding.

No need to apologize for the name calling.
This was a red flag for me , that someone that seems as intelligent as you, would resort to something so childish, and so quickly. What are you afraid of?

The truth will set you free!

I was only trying to warn folks that it may be sometime before QBID's PPS will ever be what they hope.

Bye BYE.

Thanks, Clyde. I have to get L2s someday.

Now, what does this tell us? Lots of people hoping to buy at 14, lots of people hoping to sell at 16. Sizable disagreement. Any opinions on what might happen next?
