MT
I talked about that at the top of this page. A girlfriend has friends in Maine. I told her that I would pay the first 2 months if they would sign up. Explore your friends, family and associates. Why not an investor fund for low income gays that is matched and administered thru a local gay organization in Maine? Lets get creative!

I'll bet Q will make me a LOT more richer then NWPO, especially in one year. I'll keep my Q bet and I think most researched Q investors will too.

on another note, the chart is filling in nicely and the macd is ready to cross over if we get a double uptick...i would like to see it settle in and touch .0014 so the rsi could hit 30 right before it runs...
check back, my charting may be simple, but im 2 for 2 for calling q "mini" runs....

Nah, I got impatient and bumped it up to .0016. It went right through!

I ordered a little over a million. and the order went thru at 15 in about 10 seconds. It makes me wonder where somebody, anybody can get shares to let go of at that price. As far as I know its at the lowest that its been for a long time. I don't know how they can be making money like that.

With all the gay sporting events that Q is involved in, why doesn't Frank start a gay sports network? GSN, The Gay Sports Network a 24/7 gay ESPN!

I think right now the gay games is th only one. probably not enough events with the gay theme to make a show. They do have the behind the scenes show about the chicago games competitors. You didn't lay back and relax for very long.
Thanks for explaining dressed to the nines for me. I don't know if you saw B/Ls definition earlier. I thought it was a 9 inch long miniskirt! I was reaching.

(bashers) Do they want to appear brilliant if their negative opinions come true? ;; Yes, thats part of it, but most of all we dont want to see our money vanish. The only way to win, is to be out of Qbid. Dont let them take your money, play the momentum, if it starts heading north get back in,... True,You guys will be heros if we wake up one morning to a monster gap up. When I see it turn around I'll get back in. I see the original programing as an asset, thats why I'm still here. I Have a few shares but wont buy more . Yet! PS. We are brilliant !

DD1123 go after that .5m, just that much more not being traded!

I agree, not the right time for a sports net, but give it a year or so

Although NWPO appears to be a good company, its PPS is in the dollar range. This board is for stocks under a dime. If you want to encourage people to invest in NWPO, you'll find more interest on the proper board. Most sub-penny investors do not consider a dollar-stock as a logical substitute for their current investments.

Not sure if anyone knows, but please try to answer if you think you know.
Now that TW in Maine is showing Q, what did Q have to show TW that they had for them to be aired over there? I know they are testing things out over there in Maine, but I know that the Q had to show something besides their programming.
What else would they have to show?
Thanks,

Dave

I agree with you PT but I believe we are a long way away from that if it is to be done properly.

Its as simple as this, People on the know should be buying all the stock they can at these prices. Insiders for Q and TW should be buying all they can.
Bottom line Frank should be buying and retiring all he can at these prices.
I agree sometimes a R/S is good (worked for SPRL for a quick run). But for QBID if the owner thinks R/S is the way to go Im out.
The only way to go is buy and retire if Frank honestly thinks the "Q' has a future. Nothing like instilling investor confidence.

By the way Im still predicting Big PR for todays big party. Come on Frankie make my prediction come true.

Reason being is that according to the state law of Washington (which is the state that Qbid is incorporated), a shareholder has the RIGHT to inspect the books and records of the company if 5 business days notice is given:

Here is a copy of the actual law.....
http://www.leg.wa.gov/RCW/index.cfm?section=23B.16.020&fuseaction=section

RCW 23B.16.020
Inspection of records by shareholders.

(1) A shareholder of a corporation is entitled to inspect and copy, during regular business hours at the corporation's principal office, any of the records of the corporation described in RCW 23B.16.010(5) if the shareholder gives the corporation notice of the shareholder's demand at least five business days before the date on which the shareholder wishes to inspect and copy.

(2) A shareholder of a corporation is entitled to inspect and copy, during regular business hours at a reasonable location specified by the corporation, any of the following records of the corporation if the shareholder meets the requirements of subsection (3) of this section and gives the corporation notice of the shareholder's demand at least five business days before the date on which the shareholder wishes to inspect and copy:

(a) Excerpts from minutes of any meeting of the board of directors, records of any action of a committee of the board of directors while exercising the authority of the board of directors, minutes of any meeting of the shareholders, and records of action taken by the shareholders or board of directors without a meeting, to the extent not subject to inspection under subsection (1) of this section;

(b) Accounting records of the corporation; and

(c) The record of shareholders.

(3) A shareholder may inspect and copy the records described in subsection (2) of this section only if:

(a) The shareholder's demand is made in good faith and for a proper purpose;

(b) The shareholder describes with reasonable particularity the shareholder's purpose and the records the shareholder desires to inspect; and

(c) The records are directly connected with the shareholder's purpose.

(4) The right of inspection granted by this section may not be abolished or limited by a corporation's articles of incorporation or bylaws.

(5) This section does not affect:

(a) The right of a shareholder to inspect records under RCW 23B.07.200 or, if the shareholder is in litigation with the corporation, to the same extent as any other litigant; or

(b) The power of a court, independently of this title, to compel the production of corporate records for examination.

(6) For purposes of this section, "shareholder" includes a beneficial owner whose shares are held in a voting trust or by a nominee on the beneficial owner's behalf.

FOT,

I think this is a fantastic idea. A sheet with others names to back it up to accompany your brilliant idea would be excellent support. COunt me in.

EVERYONE: READ THIS!!

Here's the official announcement, which appeared on the RoadRunner page sometime since yesterday (I've been checking it). Total confirmation.

This is just an excerpt from a larger web page. Go see the entire page, with the great big Q logo, and the TW link at the bottom:

http://maine.rr.com/05/news/qtn/default.asp

Here's the excerpt:

Time Warner Cable has officially launched (QTN) on channel 286 in Cumberland and York Counties. QTN is the first 24/7 premium network for the gay and lesbian community. This premium channel is $7.95 for residential customers; $15.95 for commercial.

“All of us in the Q family are very pleased that Time Warner Cable has decided to make Q Television available to its customers, and we thank Time Warner Cable for including Q in its channel lineup,” said Frank Olsen, President, CEO and Founder of Q Television Network. “We are committed to showing the GLBT community quality live programming, and we look forward to being invited into the homes of Time Warner Cable’s customers.”

Q Television will also provide Q Television subscribers in Maine with video on demand content, as part of their subscription. The on-demand portion should be available in about 90 days.

QTN and TWC are hosting a 3-day launch extravaganza.

QTN will broadcast its signature show On Q Live from Buoy Park on Commercial Street in Portland on Thursday July 28th and Friday July 29th from 7pm to 10pm EST. The live broadcast will feature QTN on-air talent and many special guests from the great state of Maine.

good morning to all. I have been reading the posts every day and learning all I can about stocks and Q. Thanks to all for all of your DD. I've been getting excited about everyone looking for ways to help and out of curiosity did a search this morning. I came a cross a gay website that posted that there were 16,104 members online at that time. I then did a search on their website for QTN and came up with nothing. Thats 16,104 potential subscribers. I realize I can't just contact the website owners and tell them to put a Q ad on their site but can we use the chat room or message boards to inform people of the Q? I have only been able to afford a couple thousand shares so want this to go big and want to help all I can to get the word out there.
