If memory serves, when they retired 1 billion shares the pps more than doubled (went up 80% on that Friday and 100% the following Monday. We didn’t close up 100% on Monday, but at several points during the day we were up 100%)

Wendy, I am still wondering when/if you will be carrying the “Q” programming soon. I really would like to see it broadcast in Canada soon. The last time we did an e-mail thing, you indicated that the encoder was set up but that you were still not getting a signal, has that situation changed ?

I hope that all is well with you.

Wayne ********

I feel that we will get some news today and a major PR this week, about what who knows, we can only hope for a great PR. [Big Grin]

As most of us know, Doctoall has the magic power to 'make' PRs come. [Smile]

Not sure why he doesn't use the power more often, but we'll take them when we can get them [Smile]

Good morning all you beautiful longs. I feel very good about my investment in Q. In the past few days I've spent time with the Q on the Move crew. It has been a very special and informative experience. I love their upbeat dedicated enthusiasm. I have not seen any Q broadcast so this was my first exposure to their programming. Last night I was with the crew at the Parliament House in Orlando, Fl. Nick interviewed Jennifer Holliday. Jennifer is dynamic and Nick is the right person for this show and the audience it is directed to. Today is their last day in Orlando and I should be with them again. Like I said, I feel really good about my investment.

I live about a half hour south of Boston and I am thinking about going into the city this weekend to check out Q's presence at the Pride Parade as long as I'm not too busy.

I'll take plenty of pictures to share with all!

The pr on the buyback said theywer buying back shares with money for equipment. It didn't say they were retiring 2 bil shares.
I want them to do something big too, but I don't like reading something into something that wasn't said. People that aren't aware of whats going on don't need to hear speculation as a fact.IMO. What do you think?

Dig,

I didn't think i stated it as a fact. I used the word expectation.

I'll take your advice, and try to be more careful. My intent is never to be misleading.

Well...I have to be honest. There is a good deal of hype here. On the other hand, investing is always a gamble, and the best we can do is drop some dough into something that looks very promising. I picked up some shares because it looks good. But, to be honest, I think I'm gonna make more from CHDT. I'm holding more of that than this, and for good reason. They are much farther along in their readiness to explode. I just think, realistically, this thing isn't gonna pop this week. But I could be wrong.

That's fine. I understand. It's not like I have had a chance to prove myself yet. When it starts moving, I'll tell people of course. You won't get it at the bottom, but it'll be nice enough.

The only problem I have is that when Frank says he's buying back shares, the share price isn't going up. Just do to the nature of the whole idea of holding stock in a company, the price would only increase, not decrease. It would *have* to go up for him to really be buying back shares. Which means he's doing nothing or diluting.

Also, keep this in mind:
quote:
How a Company Can Help a Market Maker Quote Its Stock

A company can help a market maker quote its stock by providing the market maker with information. SEC Rule 15c2-11 requires a broker/dealer to obtain and keep in its files certain information about an issuer before initiating a quote for the issuer. The market maker must have a reasonable basis for believing that the information is accurate and obtained from reliable sources. The required information includes a general business description, location and contact information, officers, total shares outstanding, transfer agent, recent prospectus or offering circular, balance sheet, retained earnings and profit and loss statements.

The NASD monitors compliance with this rule by requiring market makers to file a Form 211 at least 3 days prior to quotation in the Pink Sheets. NASD review may take a considerable amount of time depending, among other things, on whether or not the NASD requests additional information from the market maker and the amount of time required to respond to requests for additional information.

I find it very unlikely that Frank is working to the benefit of long-term holders. Why? Because he has not been giving the MMs any incentive for this to truly run. If he'd at least set a date to get back on an exchange, then he wouldn't be seen or labeled by so many "bashers" in here as a fraud.

I'm concerned a bit about several of you in here that buy into the myth that these trades at the end of the day are "buybacks". IMHO, they are just shares exchanging hands at the end of the day between MMs. They know better than to give people reason to invest in this stock, and would rather let you sell your shares. They are probably continuing to do this exchanging because they know you forum posters are promoting this idea of a "buyback".

Has anyone considered the SEC rules for dilution? (That Frank could be diluting at the same rate people claim he's "buying" shares?)

I'm not trying to be Mr. Basher, here, but to my knowledge, no one has ever really looked at this stuff. I'd like to see more numbers, names, and dates from Frank. I'm a hopeful long, and IMHO, the PR's haven't always had the meat I expect them to.

For example, this mystery auditing firm. Where are they now? What about Renee saying that an audit couldn't be completed 6 months ago. Obviously that has changed, but *why*? I hear in PMs from individuals that people ask these good questions to PR folks and Frank and never get responses. Why is that?

Anyone here ever gotten an email back from Richard? I haven't. AFAIK, QBID is Frank, a website, and some logos. Now, obviously it isn't, and I hear these great reports of people enthusiastic about QTV, but where is the explanations? Why is Frank happy with being on the pinks? Because it's easier to manipulate the price of the stock? I might be out after the next run. If there's a next run. Sorry guys, this seems too much like a day trader than an investment.

--------------------
As a forum poster, it is ironic that you are held to a higher standard than a Pink Sheet CEO.
