TMM had about 9.5bin the float as of the conf. call in Oct. Frank owns 53% of that. TMM bought back 2% in the first buy back. Frank then sold back 1b shares. that was the float prior to this latest buy back. Sorry boyz I'm not too good with numbers. Can some one figure it out?

In Februaru 2004 it was noted that there were 15 billion authorized shares with 7.5 billion of those outstanding
To maintain majority vote, Frank Olsen, president owns 53% of the O/S. 3.975 Billion. This leaves 3.525 billion in the float
After a large increase in PPS, Q Television Network, QTN, dilutes the price and releases 2 billion more shares into the outstanding shares from the authorized shares.
After the dilution there are 9.5 billion outstanding shares. Frank owns 53%, or 5.035 billion, and the float is now 4.465 billion.
To expand, QTN receives a loan to acquire movie deals and rights to broadcast the 2006 Gay Games in Chicago. As collateral, QTN creates 6 billion more outstanding shares. Since the original 15 billion authorized shares were not enough to release 6 billion into the outstanding shares, the authorized shares count was increased to 50 billion.
Outstanding shares are now 15.5 billion. Frank still only owns 5.035 billion and the float is still just 4.465 billion. The 6 billion new shares are just for collateral. These 6 billion are restricted shares.
An announced buyback is completed in late December, 2005. Although the official number of shares bought back is not announced, it is speculated that at least 1 billion were bought back.
Therefore there are 3.465 billion in the float, 5.035 billion owned by Frank, and 6 billion restricted shares. We can assume Frank only wants to own 53% of the shares not including the restricted shares. Therefore he can also reduce his share count by 1.128 billion shares to 3.907 billion.
Thus the total, estimated, outstanding share count would be the 6 billion restricted + 3.907 billion of Franks shares + 3.465 billion in the float. Total = 13.372 billion shares outstanding.
After the loan is repaid and there is no need for collateral the 6 billion restricted shares can be destroyed. Future estimated outstanding share count is then 7.372 billion shares.

in the conference call they elluded to the fact that the 2% was of the a/s in that they mentioned that they where buying back 1 billion and at the time of the CC they where 60% done and stated that they have bought back around 600 million shares.

Wait. 66 billion? If that's including the 50 billion authorized (which aren't actually in use, you just ignore them) that means that we're down to 16 billion from the 22 billion we were at when U4 last posted. That's NOVEMBER levels when they signed the gay games. Get ready to set your exits at .0090!

I will say this again because it deserves more attention.
Frank is BUYING BACK shares with QBID money left over from selling some unused Production Equipment. WHY ????
Why would Frank Spend MILLIONS of DOLLARS on BUYING BACK shares when that MONEY could be used for PERHAPS MORE ADVERTISING. Or More TOP NOTCH Personalities.
Think About it. I have. My oppinion is:

A. He is Buying Back as many SHARES as possible because HE already has a SECOND carrier lined up. And know that this POWDER KEG IS definately GOING TO BLOW !!! So why not BUYBACK as many as he possibly can for that reason. He could easily TURN 4 MILLION DOLLARS into 40 MILLION Dollars and THAT would SECURE QBID's Future for at least the next few YEARS.
OR
B. He is Buying Back SHARES so as to shrink the Float and SELL them at a LATER time to increase QBID's Working Capital.
Either way THIS THING WILL POP !!
NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. CAN YOU SEE IT as CLEAR AS I DO.
Otherwise Why BUYBACK SHARES ? Why waist the millions of dollars. Its a NO BRAINER PEOPLE!
It Doesn't matter how many shares are Outstanding to be on NASDAQ. Just that a certain Dollar amount is attained in the value of each stock. The OB requires that QBID only BE A REPORTING COMPANY. Thats It!

SIRI has an OUTSTANDING SHARE count of over 2 BILLION shares. And ther PPS is at $ 6.00 dollars a shares.
They are NOT MAKING money and are a Radio Broadcast SAT company.
If the OS count for QBID is about 8 BILLION then QBID COULD BE WORTH $ 1.50 a SHARE.

I'm concerned a bit about several of you in here that buy into the myth that these trades at the end of the day are "buybacks". IMHO, they are just shares exchanging hands at the end of the day between MMs. They know better than to give people reason to invest in this stock, and would rather let you sell your shares. They are probably continuing to do this exchanging because they know you forum posters are promoting this idea of a "buyback".
Has anyone considered the SEC rules for dilution? (That Frank could be diluting at the same rate people claim he's "buying" shares?)
I'm not trying to be Mr. Basher, here, but to my knowledge, no one has ever really looked at this stuff. I'd like to see more numbers, names, and dates from Frank. I'm a hopeful long, and IMHO, the PR's haven't always had the meat I expect them to.
For example, this mystery auditing firm. Where are they now? What about Renee saying that an audit couldn't be completed 6 months ago. Obviously that has changed, but *why*? I hear in PMs from individuals that people ask these good questions to PR folks and Frank and never get responses. Why is that?
Anyone here ever gotten an email back from Richard? I haven't. AFAIK, QBID is Frank, a website, and some logos. Now, obviously it isn't, and I hear these great reports of people enthusiastic about QTV, but where is the explanations? Why is Frank happy with being on the pinks? Because it's easier to manipulate the price of the stock? I might be out after the next run. If there's a next run. Sorry guys, this seems too much like a day trader than an investment.
I have to say g-invest, that you always have excellent posts but, they go over like someone that just peed in the pool.

Im a rather new investor. Not a ton of info. Kinda feel lucky about finding this stock. I own about 2.2 million shares at ..0020-.0021 range. My concern with the information gathered is the potential top price of this stock. If Q has 9 billion shares, doesnt that mean the company would be worth lets say for simplicities sake 9 billion dollars if the stock hit a dollar.
Doesnt that mean either A the stock could never hit a dollar because the its just not worth anything close to 9 billion buckeroos. OR B that there at some time in the future needs to be a reverse split.
I know Reverse split sounds horrible but isnt this stock screaming for one. I dont know. Im asking you guys
