I`m new at this but if this company was not any good why would the CEO of ValCom say that Frank was "way ahead of other in his field. Q Television is a home run."

i am betting 2.4 million shares on this one that we are going to make good bank on this one.
the key here is patience. we are building a network, in the media industry, this doesn't happen over night.
this company has a momentum that is not going to be stopped at this point of the game.
I don't think Frank could screw this one up now if he tried.
this company had been validated buy LOGO's parent company Viacom, in that they are as well looking to get into the race because they see the potential of 600 billions expendable cash in the target audience, and they know that the advertisers want a piece of this.
all we have to do is grab .5 % of that market and we will be worth close to a buck a share.
ya this company is in good shape. and poised to make a large impact on the future of the GLBT market.

QBID isint retiring these shares, they are just going to pump thier stock up then sell the shares they are buying right now back into the market later after the pps is run up. end result QBID will be back to .002s soon, just like the past 3 or 4 runs .028, .0097, .0057, notice how the runs keep getting weaker and smaller as the dilution weakens the runs. im sure you guys all remember what happened shortly after all these runs, QBID was back to the low .002s this is why this stock is a pump and dump. this time sell during the run and dont hold because you know it will be back in .002s

Frank doesn't control the runs. The run stops once the daytraders sell for a profit. Give it time and the daytraders won't even be playing this stock anymore. I'm guessing by the end of summer or early fall we'll be fully reporting on an exchange. You can hate all you want, but I think Penny-Trader and Bottomliner already disproved your theory.

QBID selling more shares into the market at the bid is what walks the price right back down after the runs. what do you think is paying for QBID's $2 million a month expenses to stay a float. it couldnt be more obvious. a tv network isint cheap you know and a failing, unprofitable one is even more costly when there are only 15,000 subscribers.

My guess it that they have a pile of cash sitting around that was as they said earmarked for equipment. they have a deal in the works where they will not need the equipment, so lets spend the money to make the company more appealing to the eventual new owners.
lets face it, if they are being bought out buy someone that already has this new equipment, then why buy the equipment to only have to liquidate it later.
again this is only my opinion and i have nothing to back this up. Just something i have been tossing around in my head.

Well, I know this. I'm just interested in what this new basher's opinion is of dilution or buyback. The same rules for dilution apply for buyback (if I remember correctly). But the big thing is that I've yet to see a basher publicly state that the millions of shares traded in afterhours are dilution. They claim Frank is diluting, but none of them say how.

There are many longs in this that actually deploy the strategy you're talking about. But the thing is, they are only selling on fluffy PRs. Then they buy back in. The only real problem with QBID at this point is the lack of a decision to get off the pinks. They would be a decent OTCBB stock. The next thing is they need a huge carrier. The POD option starting June 1st will probably bring in another 15,000 (minimum) subscribers. That's why everyone is excited about June.
I think it'd be a shame if even the bashers weren't holding something come June 1st. There's also a rumor about a Viacom buyout on June 1st or something, but I really doubt that will happen. I have a feeling that Viacom and Pridevision/Q Television will probably end up being competitors in the future, but as Frank says, how many different Latino channels are there? There's certainly room for two gay TV channels and a 3rd (hereTV) that is pay-per-view.

QBID makes $119,000 a month but QBID spends $2,000,000 a month to make that $119,000. scary thought isint it? and thats just for one month. when this company goes under trust me, there will be no warning to shareholders.

Ok my new horror story just because we are due for a major OT swing (and a few of these people adnd their damn questions that have been answered over and over again are driving me insane) and I am in need of release.
Last Friday I ran out of cigarettes. I borrowed one from one of my nonsmoker (yes theres irony there) friends that always has 1-2. I think quit.
Here are the consequences I have faced since then and obviously some are "duh"s and others arent:
1. Irritability 2. Cant sleep (3am is not uncommon for me now and I am a 10pm kind of guy. 3. I dont eat unless I know physically I really need to 4. I have sores in my mouth that are not visible ue to the years of scorching the mouth and its now healing. They hurt. 5. Listerine makes me want cry it hurts so much. 6. Within 2-3 days my tastebuds went whacked - Rotel cheese dip is too hot - I used to eat peppers from the vine. 7. I sleep walk nightly now and have done damage to my body in numerous areas due to this problem. 8. I have fallen asleep driving 6 times in 5 days. Yet I still cant sleep at night... I even took 30 mgs of Valium at 9pm one night and was up at 2:30 still. Yes, I said 30 mgs. 9. I use the nicorette gum, lozenges, and various other chewables unrelated to nicoteene constantly. So of course my jaw hurts like hell.
I am not stopping, I will continue. I will not smoke again, but I will admit if I knew what I was going to go through I probably wouldnt have quit.
Both my doctor and my dentist (saw both today) believe I am one of the worst cases they have ever seen. Scary crap. Normally they see 1-2 of the harder facets but not all at once. Doctor moved me to Xanax to see if that helps the sleep issue and y wife said she wouls tie me up before bed tonight and leave me there so I couldnt sleepwalk... she is up to something I know it!!!!
To top it all off I started Wellbutrin 18 months ago and went from 1.5 packs to -10 cigs a day already. This is worse than that. I even had a 8 ball a day habit 16 years ago that I kicked quicker and less painfully.
I have a Yoyo, going to the store to find something else in 2 mins also, but I had to share.
If there is anything that can be learned and passed on from this please do so. I have quit before for a couple of months without these issues, but if this had been this way the first time I never would have smoked again. Something to think about....
Also, before the "why are you" question comes up... My 5 year old asked when Daddy was going to die because the ****************** TV told him I was going to for smoking. I am all for eductaion but there has to be a line, yes it served its purpose but I didnt need it screwing with my kids brain either.*** then and DARE. Ah crap got me on a pedestal now..... I am closing this before I cant get off it. Night all may be in off and on.
At least now my kid will have to wait longer to inherit my Q money, serves him right!!! lol

Just an FYI again.... I sold off some SUOG this morning for a small loss and tried to pick up another 180K of The Q. I had a buy order that was open at .0021 from 1pm to 4pm and never filled.
Plenty of buys going thru at that level, but I had no luck!
hopefully tomorrow!

Doc The sad truth about message boards is that some posters probably are just "kids" playing silly games. I remember when I thought prank phone calls were "fun" (pre-callerID days, of course). Today's kids have access to the entire world and can enjoy total anonymity . . . plus parental controls just "ain't what they used to be."
So, some of the "childish" messages appearing lately might actually be coming from children, and our best response should be to ignore them, no matter how obnoxious they get . . .
