We are way overdue for a good run. I am getting impatient. QBID needs to move.

I don't trust any post that starts... "My husband's best friend from college who works for..."

But you guys think what you want about that one...

Viacom to Buy Q in June

My husband's best friend from college who works for Viacom in New York said . . .

Is this post back again? It's so obviously a scam that it's laughable. Even I don't believe it, and I am one of the strongest believers in QBID's potential.

By the way, did you know that if you forward an email from Microsoft to ten friends, Bill Gates will send you a personal check for one million dollars? It actually happened to "the husband of my best friend from college."

We don't label you a basher, the time you've spent here denouncing the stock makes it absolutely obvious.

I understand your frustration. In the future you might not want to flip your entire position.

Just keep buying. I believe you still have a little time left & even you can't be so stupid as to not see that we're very close to the bottom of a trading range that seems to have been set in concrete.

I would like to remind you that this is a powder keg and I think the fuse is lit.

Just bought another 110,000 shares this morning. Small beans compared to most of you, but then again, that's half my weekly paycheck. But I have been accumulating for several months now, scrambling to get as much as I can by the middle of next week! Now any chance of getting a few stars?

no i do not expect them to go any longer with only 15,000 subscribers. I fully expect them to be broadcasting on satellite and several carriers in the next month.

why are you so concerned for us? you don't give 2 shiits for us, you are here to bash so that you can pick up more shares at a lower price. I have news for you. You better get them now because these prices, are only for a limited time. I fully suspect that we will be trading well over a penny by the end of June.

If you really cares about what we think, then show us by respecting our request for you to stop telling how stupid we are and how sorry you are for us.

give it a rest and hit the road.

[QUOTE]if QBID knows the ceo owns 53% of the float, they also know how many shares are out.

I agree. They know exactly how many shares are outstanding, the question is, WHY ARE THEY NOT TELLING US?

Do you think the afterhours sales were dilution or buyback? I'm interested in your opinion. Make a decision now, and then we'll use what it really was later on to judge you.

another 25% buyback they dont want to pay anymore then .0021 then is my theroy.

if that is the case they have 3 million dollars that was earmarked for thier equipment. that will buy them back Roughly 1.44 billion shares.

we are almost there.

couple more days maybe at best a week and a half at worst.

Roadrunner, show me how you came to the conclusion of 2 million a month. I have never seen a figure even remotely close to that.No wonder they call you the Village idiot!

15,000 subscribers paying 7.95 a month is only $119,000 a month. frank olsen said in an interview QBID costs of operation was $1.5-2 million a month. and to buy back 1 billion shares at .002 would be $2 million dollars.

G-invest!

Frank told us he was buying! Penny took the time to look up the rules around corporate buy-backs. The pattern of 9 million share blocks just before & after the bell as outlined in those rules as well as the total amount would indicate that Frank is buying!

Sometimes what appears so obvious is very simply exactly what you see!

Why don't they tell us the exact number of shares outstanding? Just my very humble opinion but it might be because they want to finish the buy-back at .0021 a share instead of a dime a share!

In so far as how dumb I might look in the future for throwing my guess out there, I left you enough ammunition over the past year and a half,,,

for those stating that Frank is diluting think about it for a second. he would not stop selling as the price increased. that would be down right counter productive. why stop when the price increases?

your threory goes down the toilet.

they stop buying up as the price goes up as they need to buy a certain amount of shares to satisfy the accountants and lawyers that are working on the reporting and transfering of the exchanges. They need to buy up a certain amount and buy buying over .0021 they will not meet thier goals with the money that they needed to spend.

remember they are using money earmarked for equipment.

this reminds me of a post that i posted about a month ago, that i want to bring forward to tie into the pr we got about buying the studios.

bear with me while i go find it.

here it is think about the fact that we are using the money earmarked for equipment. think about the fact that we just purchases a studio, with all the latest equipment.

now look at the date of my post and the bolded area.

doesn't make sense that they would announce a buyback and flog shares to pay the lawyers. seems rather counter productive to me.

My guess it that they have a pile of cash sitting around that was as they said earmarked for equipment. they have a deal in the works where they will not need the equipment, so lets spend the money to make the company more appealing to the eventual new owners.

lets face it, if they are being bought out buy someone that already has this new equipment, then why buy the equipment to only have to liquidate it later.

again this is only my opinion and i have nothing to back this up. Just something i have been tossing around in my head.
