This is interesting someone on IHIB pointed out that if you check the yahoo chart for QBID.PK it only shows the 1d and the 5 day charts, the 1 year and the 2 year charts are gone. Some on IHUB are speculating that this only happens prior to a symbol change...it may just be a simple malfunction..I guess we will see.

Would be cool, but any other pink I put in did the same thing. Try PLNI, or ICAN...

Commercial for QTN. I am watching ER on TNT, and they just showed about a 30 second commercial for QTN. It looked great. It showed Chrisanne, Jack E Jett, what is his first name Cummings. Said to subscribe now on RCN

Anyone here that can confirm it? If we're running ads on MTV, there is something fishy going on. Good, maybe, but it would mean Frank hasn't been forthcoming about our relationship with Viacom. Unless it's just an RCN thing.

I cant' do it anymore. I watched MTV FOR 32 minutes. No QBID ad but it may run at a later time. Oh, and for everyone here, since I can understand you, I can only assume we speak some form of archaic english only used by those over 30 or so. I learned all kinds of new phrases. Like when you talk to a group "representin" must mean something good because everyone on TRL cheered when the dude said "somep'n abou representin" or something like that. Anyway, sorry I couldn't stick it out longer, but I can only take so much idiocy. [Big Grin] ....Will run up to Federal Way to check out Q's office or whatever they have or had up there this afternoon.

I just got back from dinner with some fellow QBID investors. The topic of QBID's future pps popped up...and from our discussion...this is what we came up with...keep in mind that three of the other investors are very conservative engineers...You should have seen the table clothe when we were done...chicken scratch everywhere...lol

1 Year PPS projection

20-30 Million Gays and Lesbians in the US (that are out of the closet...this is a very conservative stat)

3% ROI (marketing effort)= 900,000 subscribers by year 1

900,000 x $9.95 = $8,955,000 x 50% (industry standard...cable companies cut) = $4,477,500/mo or $53,730,000/year

Advertisment/Founding Sponsor program...20 spots at $250,000 per advertiser or $5,000,000/year

Industry average is $2,500.00 per commercial x 8-10 commercials per hour or $20,000 per hour x 8760 hours per year (24/7 programming) = $175,200,000/year

Total Revenue

$53,730,000 (subscription per year based on 900K subscribers by year 1)
$5,000,000 (Founding Sponsor program based on 20 spots)
$175,200,000 (Commercials based on Industry standards of $2500 per commercial/8-10 per hour...24/7 programming)

Total Revenue by year 1

$233,930,000/year

Expenses (assuming 40%)

$93,572,000

Net Operating Income

$140,358,000

Per-share earnings

$140,358,000 / 4.5 Billion (assuming 9 Billion OS...after buyback of 50%) = .0311 earnings per share

assuming a very conservative (S&P) PE ratio of 18 and 20...

P/E of 18 = .56 pps
P/E of 20 = .62 pps

However...QBID is a very speculative stock...and could possibly have a P/E ratio of 30, 40 or 50...

P/E of 30 = .93 pps (our pick by year 1)
P/E of 40 = $1.24 pps
P/E of 50 = $1.55 pps

We agreed that a PE ratio of 30 was very conservative for such a speculative stock...if QBID's soft launch goes off without a hitch...and they PR a major advertiser within one week of the soft launch...our views of QBID being a short term hold will change...we would consider holding a position long term (1-3 years)

.93 x 4.5 Billion = $4.185 Billion Market cap...

At this stage of the game the market cap is the value that the world of stock market investors has placed on the company (at least for today) Much of this perceived value is due to the expectations of a company's future prospects. Market cap is not dictated by how "big" a company is.

Here are some related links on advertising and calculating PE ratios...

http://www.cheap-tv-spots.com/airtime.html
(scroll down to "How much should I spend on air time?)

http://invest-faq.com/articles/analy-pe-ratio.html#

Not bad work for engineers... Next time that person should include a financial analyst at dinner. We are all more stupid after reading that garbage from Big Poppa Pump. We're already past year 1 and I don't see that type of revenue. If that kind of $$$ is flowing through the company and it isn't reporting, the investors will not benefit. Why are they backing programming fees out of Revenue? Why aren't they including the revenue from the production studio in negotiation? What about the film library revenue?

I can see your a little short on the brillance end of life. Read before you create a shoe store within your mouth because presently you have both feet in there.

Wonder if we'll see our scheduled buybacks today. And I won't be able to make it to Federal Way today to check out Q's office. My folks are coming up to visit. I'll try this weekend.
