I think they could be done. Maybe the goal was to be done by May 31, and they were off by 54 million shares... Odds are they would not be able to buyback a set number of shares by an exact day because they are at the mercy of the daily volume.

If they are done, tomorrow might be fun [Smile]

If they are not done, maybe they are waiting for a close at a lower pps.

I'd be happy either way.

both sets of trades puts us over the 25% allowed UNLESS there is a stipulation that they can buy at AVG PRICE on the day if it is within certain blocks...it was first time i saw that in mid day trading show up purple on my time and sales..Curious

I don't know why they'd change the way they are doing it today, after doing it the same way 30 days... Someone more up on the rules give your take?

What will we talk about when the pps just keeps going up... how we'll spend the money??

Will there be bashers that say things like.. this stock only went up a penny today... this stock sucks??

Rich!

I'm not sure! It's hard to explain what we're seeing everyday.

I have to believe the six billion restricted shares are being sold & Frank's buying them to maintain control of the company. It's the only way I can make sense of the the above average volume & the very tight control of price of our shares.

It would appear that billions of shares have been exchanged & I'm pretty sure Frank is getting the lions share but he may not be the only buyer! more than this would be pure speculation on my part.

Anyway I haven't bought any in a few weeks & may very well put in an order tomorrow!

whizknock,

I gave you the 5 star rating. Today I started giving people a 5 star rating if they contribute to this thread with posts of value. I’m not sure how much it matters, but you sure do deserve it.

On the other side, I am going to hit that report link on any/all posts that violate the user agreement, and I encourage others to do the same.

I have enough money invested in this to care what happens with it. People that post junk, or in any way try and hurt this company, are also trying to hurt me, and my friends who have also invested. I will take every action I can to hinder their efforts through the process available through this site, and will also solicit the aid of entities outside this site when necessary.

We all wanted a PR, well here is a “PR” just for this thread:

I have decided to volunteer some of my time to help market Q in the NYC and San Francisco areas. My primary goal will be to raise awareness, and encourage the spread of positive word of mouth. The power of word of mouth can be amazingly powerful. My preliminary efforts have shown me that Q is still almost completely unknown. My primary target will be major gay clubs and the surrounding areas. Part of the plan includes the use of paid promoters.

IMO about U4. He bought at the higher rate than now and he is very bitter after much hope. Things didn't happen as fast as he wanted and didn't happened like he imagined and the stock dropped and he became very frustrated. He feels that Frank let him down. He is so mad about this that he wants to get Frank back. So he talks bad out of frustration. He is really hurting. He can't sell because he will lose too much. We should actually feel sorry for him. When the stock goes to a dollar he can be happy again. Then he will be partying with us. He will regain his faith in Frank and be normal again and the world will be a happier place....JMO

Just as a gentle reminder of what can happen when things are all in place. This was written by someone else:

I just got back from dinner with some fellow QBID investors. The topic of QBID's future pps popped up...and from our discussion...this is what we came up with...keep in mind that three of the other investors are very conservative engineers...You should have seen the table clothe when we were done...chicken scratch everywhere...lol

1 Year PPS projection

20-30 Million Gays and Lesbians in the US (that are out of the closet...this is a very conservative stat)

3% ROI (marketing effort)= 900,000 subscribers by year 1

900,000 x $9.95 = $8,955,000 x 50% (industry standard...cable companies cut) = $4,477,500/mo or $53,730,000/year

Advertisment/Founding Sponsor program...20 spots at $250,000 per advertiser or $5,000,000/year

Industry average is $2,500.00 per commercial x 8-10 commercials per hour or $20,000 per hour x 8760 hours per year (24/7 programming) = $175,200,000/year

Total Revenue

$53,730,000 (subscription per year based on 900K subscribers by year 1)
$5,000,000 (Founding Sponsor program based on 20 spots)
$175,200,000 (Commercials based on Industry standards of $2500 per commercial/8-10 per hour...24/7 programming)

Total Revenue by year 1

$233,930,000/year

Expenses (assuming 40%)

$93,572,000

Net Operating Income

$140,358,000

Per-share earnings

$140,358,000 / 4.5 Billion (assuming 9 Billion OS...after buyback of 50%) = .0311 earnings per share

assuming a very conservative (S&P) PE ratio of 18 and 20...

P/E of 18 = .56 pps
P/E of 20 = .62 pps

However...QBID is a very speculative stock...and could possibly have a P/E ratio of 30, 40 or 50...

P/E of 30 = .93 pps (our pick by year 1)
P/E of 40 = $1.24 pps
P/E of 50 = $1.55 pps

We agreed that a PE ratio of 30 was very conservative for such a speculative stock...if QBID's soft launch goes off without a hitch...and they PR a major advertiser within one week of the soft launch...our views of QBID being a short term hold will change...we would consider holding a position long term (1-3 years)

.93 x 4.5 Billion = $4.185 Billion Market cap...

At this stage of the game the market cap is the value that the world of stock market investors has placed on the company (at least for today) Much of this perceived value is due to the expectations of a company's future prospects. Market cap is not dictated by how "big" a company is.

I've had alot of people give me a poor rating because I continued to support this thing in the worst of times. I can't understand why anyone would continue to hold if they no longer believe in their investment. I just try to stay optimistic.

Thanks BW!

I like the P/E of 40 = $1.24 pps! I'm already long with a remaining time horizon of four & a half years. What's funny is that I'm even more conservative than the people that did those calculations. I can see a buck twentyfive in two or more years. However, if everything goes off as planned with only minimum setbacks, who knows? Maybe we see that dollar even faster than I thought!

If I've said it once, I've said it a million times over the past year and a half. I'm not touching my core position until I see $1.25 a share!

And speaking of a million times,,,

"All we ever had to do is launch!"

Stashu asked what if any tie Frank has with U.C.Riverside. None. He was asked by the staff along with other prominate figures in the area. Riverside is a short drive from Palm Springs. Frank could have easily turned it down. Instead he looked at it as an opportunity to impart some of the wisdom life has taught him in the hopes that these young people may not have to go thru some unnecessary pain from the school of hard knocks.

This is interesting someone on IHIB pointed out that if you check the yahoo chart for QBID.PK it only shows the 1d and the 5 day charts, the 1 year and the 2 year charts are gone. Some on IHUB are speculating that this only happens prior to a symbol change...it may just be a simple malfunction..I guess we will see.

Q TELEVSION AGREES TO COVER GAY DAYS WEEKEND EVENTS

ORLANDO - For the first time ever, Gay Days Weekend coverage will be broadcast daily on a **national satellite television network**.

GayDay.com has signed a sponsorship/partnership agreement with Q Television to offer live broadcasts daily from Orlando. Representatives from GayDay.com were recently at the Q Television Network studios in Dallas discussing Gay Day weekend on the network’s live Out on Q show. The network is also considering producing a documentary on the history of the 15-year-old event.

Q Television now covers all of the nation’s gay rodeos and has signed a partnership to televise the Gay Games in Chicago next summer. The network has also recently signed agreements to broadcast in Canada and Australia, with additional plans to be on Direct TV in the near future. The GLBT television company recently signed a nationwide carrier deal, bringing the network’s programming to 16 million potential viewers by June 1.

The agreement, with Products On Demand Channel Inc., will make Q Television's signature programming available to 107 stations. Q Television programming will be shown two hours daily in an effort to continue the national interest shown by carriers as well as potential subscribers. The signature programs available to be shown in its entirety are Q Television's incredibly popular, Q on the Move and In Focus, two programs that are anticipated to be shown on an unscrambled basis.
