Well I have my answer from Pridevision/OUTtv regarding the progress being made to carry the "Q" programming. Remember the last update that I received indicated that Pridevision were waiting to get the "encoder" from Qtelevision so that they could start transmitting. Well here is the update. I received this response from Wendy at PridevisionTV today.

Wendy, are there any updates on Q Television, is the encoder installed yet and are you receiving signals. I am just curious to know if you are still working with the “Q” to get programming for your network?

Skyken!
I own GTEL too!
All I can say is I averaged up while buying more last Friday, the last day they traded on the OTCB just so I could have a nice round figure.
GTE is the most promising stock I've ever seen do a revese split!

Agree we could use some "Q" news, I sent an e-mail to Pridevision today and waiting for an answer regarding programming, I will post the reply.

QBID will do a reverse split,,,
Pretty soon,,,,
Right after Frank sells!
What's the possibility of Frank being forced to R/S in order to sell the company? Does a large O/S hurt QBID when it comes to selling?

Penny, I was hella shocked when I got the reply, she is actually working today. She was working on this week's programming for OUTtv and it looks like she was very busy with that as their schedule was updated with lots of programming. I noticed that she works most week-ends, must never have a day off.

I am surprised you got a message today, everything is closed up here. She must have had to be in to oversee some production work.
Good work Doc and thanks for sharing it.

The MACD is diverging negative and ready to cross negative, however the stochs are flattening out at the bottom and are looking to possibly turn back up ward....The Williams%R is showing oversold and the RSI is a mediocre 44....
I am going to wait before I buy any more until I see some stronger signals on which way she is going to move! I do like the fact that we seem to have settled down at the 20-22 range which is definintely a strong support level... I would guess that the MM's will probably try and test breaking below 20 by pushing through a couple sells at 19, but it will hold up!

Exactly, did you notice that she did not address my other questions but was brief in saying that the encoder is installed.
I also believe that we will get an update on the programming exchange soon, she was just not able to give any more information.

Wow 178 million shares bought after the bell.
one exchange was a buy for 143+ million.
that was aggressive.
the buyback is almost done guys. this last week of June should clear it up in my opinion.

If Frank were to be foced to R/S to sell that too would be excellent news. People that have the clout to buy networks do not buy one that has nothing to offer! It would put a serious value on QBID & keep in mind if Frank sells,,, it won't be at current values!
He could have sold this over a year ago for .02 with no problem! He wants more! He will get it!
Of this I'm sure,,, Frank will sell QBID!
I don't know when, but I do know it will be alot more than what it's trading for today!
Personally, I'm afraid he'll sell in the .38 range. I want a $1.25!

ERICY was pretty nice, too. Wish I hate money to run the GTE split. It'll double within the month after the reverse split, mark my words. Triple within the first year. They are returning to profitability.

We’ll always have Paris On Pride day in Los Angeles, the Grand Marshal will be heralded down the street and it’s…Paris Hilton?

It’s pride season. I know, because I’ve been getting a lot of interview requests. You see, I’m one of the few that will go on record and state that pride events aren’t very prideful things and the activities that go on in abundance actually hurt us more than help.
I’ve been taken to task for this many times publicly, and that’s fine—that’s what debate is all about. One of the most common questions is, if you don’t go any more, how do you know what’s going on?
Two words: Paris Hilton.
Geez lots of the rich and famous are jumping on the bandwagon

Say we get an offer from Viacom (or whoever) to buy the company for $.XX amount per share.
What happens to Qbid shareholders? Should we sell before the merger? Will we get equal value of Viacom stock?
Still new to this whole game. But I got my 2.7 Million of Qbid and I'm waiting to retire!

I think that a lot would have to do with weather or not they wanted to take the company privately owned. it that where the case they would have to buy us all out of our shares.
if they just buy the company, the stock could stay the same and we now have new owners. they could do a number of things then. R/S being one of them. There is no real way of knowing what they would do till the deal is done.
its always a crap shoot.
Whiz can fill you in better on this I would imagine as he has had the most time to think about how this would go down. He is the one that originally stated that Frank will sell the company, and would imagine he has thought out a lot more scenarios then I have.

Or... Frank might not sell. He is not black, so I can see why he sold BET. He is not a Movie, So I can see why he sold TMC. I think Q might be more of a personal thing. Owned and run by gays... not owned and run by gays, then sold to non-gays that will screw up his dream. Just a thought.
