Since we're on the topic I figure I'll ask my millionaire questions.
Most long investors in QBID have surely thought about it. How much money would it take for your to retire the way you want to retire? At what amount of money how would you retire? Would you put the money in cd's, safer forms of investments, perhaps simply take the money out as you need to keep the lifestyle you want.
What is everyones thoughts? Perhaps I don't need as high an exit point if there are certain possibilities I haven't thought of. Matt

Matt, I would change jobs if I got my first million. Retire at my 2nd. Put most of the money in cd's and draw from them. I would use a little to buy more stocks,but not anymore risky pinks. Been burnt too many times.Can't wait to get on an exchange! Still would like to see this at a dollar or more in a year or so!

for me Matt my plan is simple... I am gonna take out $300k and buy a different car.. pay off the house.. keep some around for fun... of my 300k 50k I am gonna put into some dividend paying stocks.. linclon life is one of them.. then I will put another 30k into my day tradin account and make some more money... the rest of the money in Qbid I will take out from time to time and invest in different things... my dream is to have my own street of rental properties in a nice hood..

That's odd Rich. My thoughts were if I was gauranteed many several grand a year from CD's, for example, my thinking is I would be more inclined to try risky pennies. That way if I hit big again then I just keep growing and growing like that. My thoughts are to make a considerable increase to your wealth after you earn a million or two, you'd need to risk a large chunk of your new nest egg to make some noticeable results.

my parents bought a house two years ago that i found for them.. the lady was in foreclosure and about to lose the house and she wanted 146k and i told them to hit her at 130k and they got it.. now they are sellin it.. they had it on the market for one day and sold it for 211k and they were asking 205.. can u say almost 80k profit in two years!!! lol bling bling!!

i own one house in northern VA that has almost doubled in value and 2 down here that are up 25% to 30% ..........it's all about the investment's........daytradin' is the spendin' cash......comes in handy....

if ya really wanna know .......i bought it for $112.000 and now it would go for over $300,000 in one day........more like $320.000 ....i know that is over 100% but i knock on wood as we speak.......it's 30 miles south of DC and 40 miles north of Richmond.......i'll be holdin' it for a minute........got me some great renter's in there........god bless the good renter's.....lol
