The reasons why MM's buy hundreds of shares to signal moves is actually done on the basis that they are only paying $.35 or less per-trade, while we pay about 5 to 10 bucks or so. So they don't mind spending 17 bucks to buy 500 or 5,000 shares. The idea is that the ONLY person that would make that kind of a purchase would be another MM.
They use it as a way to communicate to each other, without seeing each other. One MM enters the bid with a 5,000 buy and says, "let's gap this thing a little". Then another MM does the same.
The reason why they use 5,000 instead of 500 is because 500 would look *really* suspicious. Or at least that's my best guess. The other thing to keep in mind is that this could all be BS too. But it's not likely that it is.

Now for the part where I sound like a basher, cause I'm once again upset with how Frank abuses PRs to overstate how things are going.

(5) Do most if not all these companies trade for over a dollar a share?
(6) What differentiates my prospect from these other companies?
(7) Do they have a target demographic?
(8) Does that demographic have the means to support the product?
(9) Where does the commercial community stand, do Fortune 500 Companies want to reach the prospect's target demographic?
(10) Can the prospect deliver an effective avenue for the major corporations to reach this market?
(11) Do they have sponsors?
(12) What's the possible impact of their primary competition & will my prospect have the lead in the market?
(13) Does this prospect have management with a proven track record of not only running a company but actually bringing a company to market, making it successful & profiting from this endeavor.
And most importantly one personal question,,,
(14) Do I have the discipline, willingness & conviction to maintain a large core position in this company when I identify it.

Ok the weekend begins and no one ever figured out what the latest georgie post was saying. I only bring it back up because he posted again saying it was a real deal. I have tried most cipher / anagram formulas I know of againts it and I found nothing, So if anyone is bored and likes puzzles here is the original and his now follow up ost:

I had let it go until now, but 3 days later with PPS going up, volume up - reference first thing this morning by George, the after market buys are gone, and andrew (who I normally see as a respected poster) making the comments he is... I have to wonder.
Plus if it can be figured out and it is nonsensical or incorrect I may track George down myself and play a little "riddle me this" on him.

There has been much speculation concerning the share count of Triangle Multi-Media. While the company is still awaiting the final outstanding share count the company will not release un-audited numbers, but they feel confident that the number of shares is closely in line with what was discussed on the last conference call. The 50 billion authorized shares ARE NOT part of the issued outstanding share count. The authorized shares do not affect the float nor the issued O/S and will remain authorized as protection if QTelevison were to require additional equity. The company has significant funding in place and does not see any reason in the forseeable future why it would become necessary for those shares to be issued.

Well it was not a bad day. The month is coming to an end and the time is getting short for the Pink Sheets.
From all the hype it would appear that posters know something but it is probably just speculation Well maybe not, Frank has been busy with the buyback and I feel that he is in a hurry to get to reporting status. After "Q" starts reporting its just a short step to another exchange.
Some have posted that May 18th will be a good day, but it would be more likely to be May 30th or June 01st that something major will happen.
It was a great day to accumulate and I did just that in anticipation of what is to come.
Have a great week-end all you Qbiddians and I will try to post over the week-end. Once again enjoying the sun in Palm Springs for a few days, will be back in Sacto on Monday.

My question, Andrew, if you had "special"...avoiding using the term inside....info...wtf, why didn't you buy in at 22 or 23....inquiring minds want to know...not getting filled at 25....seems a waste.

as many know I am a day trader.. I have had no funds to put into qbid once I found out... I had the choice today to take a profit and sell a stock therefor I had funds to throw into QBID.. I am not really worried about spending a few fractions more with what I know... honestly I wasn't even going to bring it to the boards, but we have all been in this together so I wanted u guys to know something big was on the way..??..?? to me buying in at .002 or .0025 isn't a real big difference unless you are spend $20 g's.. lol would you like to see my bank statements as well??
