i grew up in the DC area.......had that one for bout 3 years.......STAFFORD, VA is where i caused most of my trouble.......and in the summer's i was up on the Jersey Shore.....im headed back to DC for 4th of July, my folks still live there.....house's are crazy out there....blow's FL out the water, but the weather is way nicer down here.....

yea jersey shore... hot area for sure.. never been tho.. what do u think the next hot spot for real estate will be in florida??

i sold real estate for 3 years down here.......Flagler beach has the #1 growth for real estate in country.....after that it's Vegas......if ya can find anything on the water grab it, quick........

Actually thats not true anymore. Phoenix area is smoking both of them at the moment, specifically Gilbert. I have a friends house that did a 100% flip (new build) in 7 months. 250k to 500k.
We were listed last month as the highest growth real estate area with Vegas being second. 1000 new residents a week or some insane crap like that. Its sick. I bought a little soon to be renter on a weekend job change for less than 200k and its already up 30% since November. I dont plan on staying here but the job offer from an exboss basically required me to move and its has been well worth it.
My nicer, larger, on the golf course, primo pad in Tucson did 30% in 2 years. And that one took 3 months to sell. The houses here are selling with in 24 hours of listings and many for more than the ask.

man that is crazy!!!!!! lol less then seven months and flip a house for 100%!!! crazy.. lol honestly I odn't think that is very good because house prices double, but wages stay the same.. all comes crashing down sooner or later..

I'd be willing to take you up on that bet if you state clearly what it is you're betting. You said before it was that QBID would hit a dollar. That's just impossible in the short term, but in 2052, it might actually be equal to one US dollar. I won't be alive then, however, so I wouldn't be willing to take the bet.

Somewhere it was estimated that QBID has 7 billion shares. 3.5 of which was owned by Frank. If that's the case, then at $1 per share the market cap would be 7 billion. But people have stated that a 24/7 gay network would be worth only 1 billion (and that estimate was purported to be too high anyway).
I could see maybe 2 billion in value with the Q because it has original programming, but it's still in it's infant state. I don't see that changing. Granted, it has a very loyal 15,000 subscriber base to start with, but they're really going to need to get people to sign up and get some major coverage to get this thing off the ground.

I think we could hit a dollar just with a few carriers annoucned... come on how many stocks trade at their real value?? I am looking for a run to a dollar then it will level out to its true value.. also no one really knows the share count since it has never been released.. the story will be told when they are off the pinks.. until then no one really knows...

the market is controled by the investor not the numbers... it all depends on waht someone is willing to pay to be a part of a company.. gay television is like the dot com boom.. JMO

No doubt about the real estate in Va. The prices of houses in Springfield/Alexandria area are sick. If you want to make some money in a few years. Buy a home in that area and sell it in a year or two. That's a guaranteed profit.

QBID will spike according to the charts. Up 20% from .0020 which was the strongest support in a long time. It broke the small resistance and now will spike. It will go past .0035 for what I see.
