HISC never did drop below support line of .065 except a couple phantom trades at .06 that were cancelled. The double bottom has been formed and the chart looks very bullish!
HISC at .25 or above by Oct 16th...you heard it here first!

I believe this one will show .4 or .5. The last two times it made a real run it hit .1+ then eventually dropped in to the .06 range. I was fortunate to buy in both times at the bottom. Once it breakes .2 I believe anything is possible. Im baseing this totally on my magic 8 ball and them showing a good profit this quarter.

Volume does not confirm the positive move unfortunately. Only few early indicators look positive, but that's better than nothing.

I think once the quarterly reports confirm profit and their request to allow exports goes through we will make some money quick. Im in for the long run on this one though.

The NASD has requested data from the stock-lending operations of Wall Street giants in a bid to get to the bottom of what one regulator has called an epidemic of so-called naked shorting.
The requests went out to dealers large and small, from Morgan Stanley to Janney Montgomery Scott.
Naked shorting occurs when a short seller hoping to profit from a decline in a stock's price fails to borrow shares prior to establishing the position.

Sorry to disappoint, but I'm no pro when it comes to stocks.
After being very successful with Real Estate in NYC I jumped in penny stocks. Obviously I got "screwed". Bought HISC at 0.1 and after it went down I got pissed. I never give up, so I went to B&N and purchased Technical Analysis Works by Bruce M. Kamich. Now I perfectly understand why things happened the way they did. Now you know, my comments should not be takes seriously.
To answer your questions I do not own any other Homeland Security stocks. Actually after reading the book all my "fake" portfoli stocked did not fit my newly acquired "skills" so I dropped them.

EXPO REPORT: OVERALL IMPRESSION; VERY, VERY POSITIVE. REST ASSURED, THIS COMPANY IS FOR REAL. I WAS ESPECIALLY IMPRESSED WITH FRANK MOODY.
The crowd was quite thin, however, HISC had a fabulous location...smack in the middle row. There were more people around the booth than any other booth. Their products: Cyber Rad ... Cyber Tracker ..Cyber Noze ... and the robot were prominately displayed and professionaly demonstrated and thorougly explained by extremely capable and knowledgable tech people.
We spent a great deal of time speaking with Frank Moody and Jim Jones, Acct. Executive of Big Apple.
Rumble will give you a very detailed report of all the many, manyh questions asked and answered. (and in my opinion, answered very honestly.) These people know what they're doing.
I do want to add one thing however, I asked Jim Jones of the Big Apple, how long their contract ran. He said they renew it every six months. I also mentioned that we were getting feedback from investors, that they felt their fee was over the top. He then went into a long list of what their relationship entailed...which was a great deal more than just putting out press releases.
I would suggest if anyone can get to the Expo, to take the time, it'll be well worth your while. Tomorrow is the last day.
They had a small cocktail party at 5:00 and I must say, everyone showed up
I'll turn the nitty gritty over to Rumble. He asked very intelligent worthwhile questions and got very direct answers.

Adam Clough (jumping on my line) : it's been like this ALL day...we got here in the morning to set up. there are eleven of us. there were sixteen visitors pressing for information before we opened....i kept saying give us a chance to set up and we'll show you it all. they kept saying,"well,just tell tell me this...and tell me that." it has been unbelievable.
Rumble : it's still unbelievable. your blocking the main isle with all these people. is anybody buying?...
Adam Clough : well the enquiries are all very serious. (the visitors were all wearing suits, ties, and shiny shoes, the sales team were all dressed in stylish-matching white shirts)
judging from a sideline gander...the curious were very serious..there were conversations not just Q&A's....
Thus began the visit of PussyCat2 and Rumblefaith to the HISS booth at the US Maritime Expo
It is going to take time to disseminate all that was culled from this experience. there wasn't a reticent mouth among them. it was exhilarating to talk to any of the team. they are all masters of knowledge of the products the company sells..what one doesn't know..the expert of that product chimes in.... and to experience their excitement and watch from the sidelines the rapport between the team and the visitors just puts one over the top. the booth is as professional as can be...and the product brochures impressive.
From the least of them to the top, Frank Moody, the flow of information and technical knowledge was endless. i am going to spurt this out in segments or else you will wait days to hear anything. i will be duping the posts to the other boards..SI & I-Hub...

The company has plenty of CASH to get to the short term goal of the Nasdaq Small Cap Market...this is not a printing error...the..OTCBB..is just a stepping stone to the Small Cap Market..Frank expects to have the AUDIT...in his hands this FRIDAY, Sept 23...it then will go to the ATTORNEYS..where it will be scrutinized. to lessen the SEC QUIZ-BACK that Companies get...Frank says he wants less than 100 questions coming back from the SEC....the AVG is 100....he knows the importance of getting to the bigger markets...and regrets not having started on the...BB...He expects to submit the application to the...OTCBB by October 1, 2005. Powerhouse DC insiders..BRACEWELL & JUILIANI...LLC are actively pursuing their resources in the Govt to get the White Paper released so HISS can pursue the Ports. Though the company can pursue the Ports as independants..the company is playing the politics...i was given the address for the DC office..but misplaced it...IT CAN BE FOUND...
IF any have gotten a sense along the way..of a COMPANY that has the SAVVY to be successful..ONE visit to their sales booth and their well learned sales team will put one over the top.... this is ONE-CLASS-OPERATION and it is organized to function effectively...and it does...and they are nice people who love their work......wait til you all see the products....the Cyber Tracker- DEBUT'd today, the Cyber Rad, the Implant Sniffer, the new Robot they are repping...it seems endless for such a small company..but there it all is...REAL PRODUCTS with REAL CUSTOMERS..clamoring to get the demonstrations...you have to see the CYBER TRACKER in action...they had it in a vehicle trapsing through Manhattan streets and into Queens County...you can watch it crossing the Triborough Bridge into Queens..see the..PING POINTS..and the DATA FEED coming up on the points....INCREDIBLE.... everything that has been touted and more...in a very goodlooking see-through case....you get the data you wish to view at every PING POINT....

I got in this morning for 160k shares of CESY, at this price(.0029), it's not much of a risk, I'll cross my fingers with this one - see what happens...
How LOW will HISC go?? I wish I followed the dips so would be able to buy in at this price, it dropped to .061 before - holy crow!

Something is up, I think it will be driven down some more before next month's conference. MM's want our shares, cyclekitty you are correct I am clearing some money to buy more HISC soon, something is really up. Don't be amazed if next week this sees .03 cents then by October 18, 2005 we are back to .15
MM's scaring people into selling fast, something is up. I wouldn't be surprised if move to OTCBB is announced soon.

Post opinions here, This is just my reccomendation, if you bought higher than today's prices, and have more money wait for it to settle for at least three days, buy at that moment, that would bring your average price lower, so when it does go up you can actually make a better profit.

yeah.. i went to the conference too. those guys are so legit, the cybertracker is awesome and unique. there were dudes from all countries there, when i was there there was a guy from israel asking questions and such. i talked to the VP of product development... i asked him why the hell they chose the pinksheets instead of going to direct private funding, and they said it was bad advice and they regret it. he also told me that those companies that apply for the uplisting, almost automatically get in, because all you have to do is have your finances right, and they do. now as soon as cyber tracker goes ahead, they'll be generating some cash flow for the time period where the company can't do certain operations, and then they are uplisted. for every pinksheet investor there are ten OTCBB investors... i don't like this stock, i like this company. so just the fact that the price is falling is even better, you'll just snap some up at a good price. the sad thing though is that still at 0.05, this stock is still waaaaay overpriced, considering that it only has 2MILL in assets, and its trading at 35MILL (0.05 x OS)... so let it go down for a bit more.
