Seems everybody forgot about this stock for a while until we start shipping. The number of posts in this thread has been minimal. I for one am looking at that as a good thing. We aren't getting huge volume and runs over little news, but I know this is in the back of many people's heads, and there is little doubt about the next few months.

This, IMO creates a really good opportunity to get in while others are off playing other things. We seem to be pretty comfortable in the 79 to 83 range, so hopefully we will stay around there until we are ready to rock, and when we are ready to rock, it will be a great concert [Smile]

News this morning...

ASHEVILLE, N.C., Sept. 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) is set to debut its new Cyber Tracker unit September 20 at the 2005 Maritime Security Expo in New York. Developed in conjunction with U.K.-based Arcom, the Cyber Tracker is on schedule to be delivered for the fourth quarter of this year.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems' patent pending Cyber Tracker is a portable detection device designed to provide real-time GPS tracking of vehicles, people or other mobile or movable objects. Its convenient, rugged design (5`` x 5'' x 1``) makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know an exact location of a person or object. It features ''Push to Talk`` ability and an extended battery life. The Cyber Tracker's unique design and features makes the product ideal for consumer retail, school systems, ports, fleet management, the military, and public safety.

The 2005 Maritime Security Expo is expected to draw more than 3,000 buyers and services from as many as 50 countries.

``The 2005 Maritime Security Expo is the perfect venue to debut the Cyber Tracker,'' said Frank Moody, CEO, Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. ``With a primary application of protecting the world's ports, it was appropriate that this revolutionary unit be unveiled at the only international event covering global maritime security.''

Homeland Integrated Security Systems recently announced that it received a blanket purchase order from Pro.Sec, a Middle Eastern security company, for 5,000 Cyber Trackers. The order translates to $2.5 million for the hardware, which does not include subsequent fees for the software and service. Homeland Integrated Security Systems has applied for its Export License and will begin shipments to Pro.Sec in the fourth quarter of 2005.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. will be hosting its Annual Shareholders meeting at the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta, GA. Former CIA Director George Tenet will be speaking at the Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. shareholder meeting. Shareholders who would like to attend should register at http://www.hissusa.com or contact Big Apple Travel, 1-866 THE APPL(E). All shareholders will need to bring either a proxy or a copy of their share certificate to the shareholders meeting on October 20.

Well, the charts suggest that it will fall a little bit more before it heads up... I'm guessing 65ish. I have swung played this a bit and will probably buy some shares for that purpose around 65. But this is still going to be a great long term stock! This is a company that is going somewhere, IMO.

With only 9 trading days before the end of this month, look for a big bounce with OTCBB application submission and again upon OTCBB listing. Also the store revs are nice as well [Wink]

Too many fluff PRs that cried wolf. Now no one is listening as news seems to be a daily repeat. The CEO is screaming buy my stock. He needs to settle down and just release real news when the time is right. This is why I think many are dumping the stock.

I know this sucks for a lot of people who have been holding, but thanks to the sellers on this.

After HISC's successful test with the government on port security, they are sure to be one of the main attractions at the maritime expo tomorrow and wednesday.

If they ink a few contracts, then there won't be anymore fluff PRs and NASDAQ will be a foregone conclusion.

Cesy is still very cheap. The CEO is taking the company into the Homeland Security Division. Read the PR on the new CEO and tell me that CESY isn't poised to fly!

Without a doubt it will hit penny land. The CEO took another stock from ground zero to $6.00 prior to becoming the new CEO of CESY. Not to down play Hisc but if you are a owner of HISC then you will definitely want to be an owner of CESY!

Can I just say that is a watershed moment for HISC.

A lot of potentially monumental choices are being made right now.

People selling today are insane.

That's all.

I've been a lurker on this site for about 1.5 months and enjoy reading all the insightful posts, esp about this stock.
My friend told me about this stock back in Feb, when it was .0015 and didn't know I could buy it via my Etrade account, until it skyrocketed a couple of months ago, going over .13 from .05 - I finally got in at .10, .09, .08 & recently .07 - but am using my savings account funds and getting worried about this stock now. My first intention with this stock was to buy in a hopefully turn over at least 25% profit in a month or so, but since I bought in it has been down except for the end of Aug convention, it spiked and my buy order was in for an anticipated explosion of near .15, but it went to .13 I believe and I have been in the red ever since. My friend whom I told about this stock got in in the sub-.05 range and are still sitting okay, but I am about to burst waiting for some kind of positive movement.
Why all the recent PR and no positive movement all the sudden like it was the past few months?
I can't sell now, and actually feel like buying more, but am hopeful I can be in the black before thanksgiving. Thanks in advance for any input.

Forgot to mention that I wanted to jump off a building after missing the boat at getting in at .0015 - I wanted to buy 1mill shares, if I sold, I would have over 100k in my pocket - Talk about getting an ulcer!! Now if I can make 25 - 50% on my investment, I will be loving life..

Sev, now is the time not to sweat, imo.

I also bought in at .10 but got out around .08 ... it was a high buy-in.

But right now isn't the time to get out of this. If you're worried about $$, it's never a good idea to spend more of it, but this is a low we're at right now, and with the numbers coming out soon as well as the maritime expo going on right now, this looks like a clear attempt to drive the stock down as low as possible before an explosion.

JMO.

Akira, do you currently own any still? What made you get out @ .08?

I definitely see the possibilities with this stock, as it seems like they're making all the right moves, with the export license, expos and getting exposure, just getting ancy though.

Thanks for your input & GO HISC!!!

Yeah, I got back in at .07.

I got out at .08 because there was no reason for the drop. Nothing but good news and potential on the horizon, but 3-4 weeks in the mcap world can be forever and long enough for people to forget about stocks with nice potential ... so assuming there's no dilution, then it seems that it's just MMs trying to make some $$ off of us all ...

I would at least wait for the next quarterly due out soon.

CESY will make a run as HISC. HISC is a good penny company, however MM's are buying the shares we are selling each day. Shame, I say by Christmas this HISC will rock.

For the post above from sev278, you say you wanted to jump off a building, well CESY is you second chance. I bough HISC at .005 and sold above .10 and feel CESY will just as good or better come Christmas time.

don't forget baby HISC -- AMNI

I'll start calling CESY "the clone of HISC", but with better leadership.
