I sold my shares of CNES today. I was getting pretty aggrivated too. Maybe you should do the same and get this senseless hatred for the world over with.

Getting off the pinks to another exchange is easier than you think Nicholas.

http://www.otcbbhub.com/listings.html

At this current point in time the only exchange they could probably move to is the otcbb. They simply require the company to be fully reporting.

One thing thats nice about this is the following from the above site, "Unlike all other exchanges, stocks trading on the OTC Bulletin Board cannot be shorted."

At this point, there IS no point for me, I have lost so much that staying in forever is the same as getting out, just the commission will kill me to exit it, which is why I have the patience I do with it, I have no choice, I'll let it ride for a year or two and maybe I'll get lucky

Not being able to short a stock gets rid of a lot of the MM manipulation we have seen lately though

Although we had 2 PR's today, do not expect any large movement for a short time till one comes out with some real meat on it. It seems that we are being only thrown a bone but when the time comes everything will come together and then real runs will begin. [Smile] Another piece of the puzzle.

Its never been said but I am willing to bet that those "personally held" shares were the buyback previously discussed and are now or have been retired. So Frank's position and % never changed the last year or so other than to go up for a short bit while he held the shares being bought back until they were retired.

That doesnt change the possibility of a reverse split. I know what Frank has said about that too, but if a partnership or buyout gets in the works he will not have the control left to stop it.

I sure hope one doesnt happen, but I am bracing myself in case it does.

Prepare for the worst and hope for the best. You alwyas end up being ready with no bad surprises.

"... the company will meet this week..."
"... to begin the process..."
"... will formally begin the preliminary application process..."
"... immediately begin counseling..."
"We HAVE hired..."
"... and we will act upon it very quickly."

Well, I have to say this is worded WAY stronger than the normal pink sheet good intentions of eventually becoming fully reporting. Of course, we have all learned the hard way, that with the Q, it ain't done 'til it's done. I don't want to set myself up for disappointment either, but wow, that makes me think this could actually HAPPEN.

Cautious optimism here.

"stocks trading on the OTC Bulletin Board cannot be shorted." Wow, this keeps getting better and better. Thanks, permanentjaun. Unfortunately, it probably doesn't stop those evil Market Monsters from naked shorting OTC stocks.

( Hey there, Mrs. Deg! It's been a while. I haven't been posting much, but I couldn't resist this morning. You inspired me. )

I am wondering about this shorting issue. I know that the exchange overseas has been causing them problems. I hope this issue will not be a glitch for them. I am thinking that seeing as they where listed illegally anyways and without permission, it should be no problem. If being listed on the OTBB prevents shorting then that in itself should raise the PPS all on its own.

Dont buy or sell on my opinions, do your research. Make sure you know what you are buying before you buy.

what would a reverse-split do?? I am not current with this meaning?? So if you have a million shares what would happen to them??? Cut in half to bring down the o/s and your shares???

Reverse split means that if they did a 100-1 reverse split and you had 1 mill shares you would now have 10000.

Sometimes it brings prices up, sometimes they tank. It just depends how far out of line our OS count is in relation to what comapny value is... of course, as someone will post right after this, and likely in all caps...

FRANK HAS SAID OVER AND OVER AGAIN THERE WILL NO REVERSE SPLIT WITH THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT TEAM!

lol and now I stole their steam, dang that was fun!

hey this didn't raise the pps at all but i will tell you this.

this is 2 more very large pieces of the puzzle coming together.

can it get any better then this? I don't think so.

there seems to be an urgency now to get the ducks in a row. a lot of this validates the Viacom Rumour in my heart.

in order to get a buyout we would have to be fully reporting to give a true valuation of a purchase price. this move is way ahead of what they originally speculated in the conference call of it not being done till late 2005 or early 2006.

things are starting to spin into shape and i am glad to be positioned where i am.

Get ready to start welcoming back some of the old school posters for the Q. they are going to see the potential on this one and return in full force.

I'm sure however that the bashers will twist these things as a bad thing but now stronger then ever i feel that we are only a short time away from our dreams.

Frank has been hinting at great things happening and they are starting to be visual. only a complete moron would come here now and try to convince us that this is a bad investment.

LONG STRONG AND HOLDING ON

GO BABY Q GOOOOOOOOOOO

in case you where not sure I am very happy with today's news.
