An interesting question, though. If they do give dividends in the from of spin-off stock, what's the incentive not to sell off the ICAN stock immediatly? And when it does dip (it's seems logical that it will) how long should it take to rebound?
It will rebound when they get close to spinning off the next asset, which will probably be the Pine Bluff Hotel and convention center but they will be down the road a bit. What will keep ICAN from dipping too much is the fact that people will be waiting for the next spinoff. That's the beauty of Ed's plan. He starts all his acquired assets in ICAN to spinoff later which means ICAN will always be worth keeping to get the spinoff shares.

I'm not saying it's a bad thing, or trying to undermine anything you've said, but won't that perpetually hold down the ICAN stock and the risk now is put on the shoulders of these spin-offs?
That said, I'm still long-term holding. I'll probably even add to my position if it dips before going up again.
I'm relatively new to this, and am just naturally curious and learning. Please, anyone, don't take this as any kind of investment advice.

Ok people we have another interesting day about to develope in our lil ICAN stock here.
Spoke with Ed Hayter as I usualy do on a day to day basic and he is very happy with the outcome of the Paltalk interview. Many new shareholders have entered the sceen and ICAN is getting some of the recognition it deserves.
For those who started buying here when the thread went up. This is now a 166% gainer and the best is still yet to come.
The OTCBB spinoff move could come fast than many assume.
Both the spin off and ICAN will have sufficiant assets and revenues to make them valuable investments.
Don't be surprised if we see PR of some kind today!
Ed has stated that the OTCBB spinoff will come quick so as to give those investers already owning ICAN shares the maximume benifit out of there continued support of the company. In other words if you don't own shares when it happens you may not be privy to it.
Great job Ricpic! I was wondering there was going to be a link to the interview. I highly recommend anyone who has any questions about this stock to listen to the interview first. I was hoping Ed would put out a PR about the interview and posting a link to the transcript or recording.

Yaya read all the thread you will find out your answer. There is no such thing of reverse split in the mind of CEO. Au contraire he is buyback 500M of shares. At .0008 still a good entry point.

It's a red flag whenever the CEO starts making statements like the PPS should be .03 when the current PPS trades in the .0003-.0008 range, remember the MLON scam ? The SEC just might suspend these guys if they continue to send out meaningless fluff pr's. .03 can't happen unless there is an R/S. This may end up a worthless shell, like GXXL, if and when the hyped up spinoff happens.

Unless you have some specific information to back up what you are saying, you words are meaningless. I could sit here an say look at QBID which was at .0001 and rose to .028 within 4 months so that is what is going to happen here but that would be as irrational of a statement as yours. GXXL and MLON are nothing like ICAN and if you bother to listen to the recording you would see that these PRs have substance to them because they relate directly to his business plan. Don't just make blanket statements because you are mad that you sold and are hoping the price will drop to get back in.

Hey Ari, I re-listened to the interview and your were right. The Ft. Myers Sanibel restaurant is what is already up $50,000 in revenue for the year, not the Hotel. My mistake:).
