ya, but .0005 or 6 is so much more sweet than .0008.

I may still go for it though, as I really think it will see .01 or higher in the future.

You know, one thing I was thinking that would be huge down the road is this. Once they complete the purchase of the Sanibel Steakhouses that they decide to franchise it. I could definitley see them doing that and man, talk about the bucks that would flow from that!

Well here is your chance. I don't have level IIs but it looks like the MMs moved the Ask down to .0006 to pick up all the buy orders there. My guess is it will close at .0007. They will move it back to .0007 before it closes.

from what I see once you login you click on the tab at the top that says groups. Then there is a group for business and finance. You click on that and I think you will see a room for the chat when it gets close to the time. There is also a group called miscellaneous, which he was talking about in the PR, and if you can get into the group on the business and finance section, get into the group in miscellaneous. Hope this helps

Might want to be careful though. Its known to drop as fast as it rises. Good thing is it does move back up if you get caught but not sure I will buy at this price. Will wait for bottom again. Then again maybe I will miss the boat but chart looks like a roller coaster right now.

Been reading up on dd. Some are posting information wrong on this. Not to say this is a bad investment but some are reading the dd wrong. This company is not going OTC, its spining off its resturant business to a OTC company in exchange stockholders here will get some form of dividend for the spinoff. Who know if they will be restricted or not. This will still be a pinksheet though and will become a radio stock talkshow. Not sure of the value of that but as with any pinksheet the risk is high and rewards can be too if lucky. Just watch out. Looks to be a better in and out at least with part of your shares if nothing else.

Outstanding Interview!!! Interview answered alot of questions. I will post what was found out. GREAT INFORMATION. Here is what I found out in a nutshell.

Current share structure is this:
Authorized shares stand at 20 Billion
Outstanding shares stand at 7.3 Billion
(6.3 Billion of these shares are restricted and totally owned by Mr. Hayter. 1.3 Billion are in the general float)

Company currently has just under 1 Million dollars in Cash.

Mr. Hayter has currently purchased over 200 Million of the 500 Million shares to date and plans on purchasing the entire 500 Million.

The overall plan is to spinoff some or all of the current assets (Sanibel group, Arkansas Hotel and Suites, and Pine Bluff Convention Group) to an OTCBB Stock. He hasn't decided yet whether to spin them all off or just some. It sounds like he leaning toward splitting up the assets. The Sanibel Group will be the first one to spinoff as they will be done with the audit on that first.

This is one of the big ones. The Shares we get from the spinoff company will NOT be restricted. They will be free trading shares when the dividend is given out.

He said the audit is in the early stages and doesn't have a time frame as to when it will be complete.

Not sure if company is naked shorted and was told by accountants that if he wanted to find out that they would have to halt trading for a few days to do an audit. He doesn't want to do that at this time as he feels it will be a detriment to the company. The spinoff audit will help to care of this.

Another big one. He said absolutely NO REVERSE SPLIT.

Some other interesting facts:
The Arkansas Hotel and Suites is currently worth 19 Million Dollars. They only have a 1 Million dollar mortgage on it which means they own 18 Million dollars of it free and clear.

They also get 100% of the revenues created by the food, drink, and entertainment from convention center. They are also in the process of looking to purchase a production company for entertainment at the convention center.

The Revenues are already up $50,000 for the year over last year in the Arkansas Hotel and Suites.

Once all 3 restaurants are purchased they will generate 14 Million dollars revenue to the company and about at 10 to 15% profit per year (1 to 1.5 Million dollars!)

Another big one. ICAN is CURRENTLY a Profitable company. All current entities they control generate a profit!

There was a question about a 504 and he said there was a 504 executed already for 1 Billion shares which is 40% of the 504 but he doesn't expect the holder to execute the remaining 60% in the near future as he is on board with growing the company.

Another Big one! Wants to grow the Sanibel Brand name through Franchising.

He says the reason the TA was given a gag order about their financials is because they requested it. He said they were getting flooded with calls and the TA couldn't handle it. He agrees with the stockholders, however, that they should be able to call the TA to get this info and it currently in the works to work out a deal to lift the gag order.

Finally he says that with the value of their assests and and profitability, he feels the stock should be trading at .03 to .05 pps.

This was an Hours worth of questions. Some started repeating themselves but these were all of them in a nutshell.

I missed some of it but here is all I could gather........

There is NO relationship with PRRM. NO association or affiliation whatsoever and they are asked that question a lot

Q. Can u explain why ICAN is innovative

A. They have an aggressive management team. They have over 100 employees. They have Mr. Becker w/over decades of experience.

Replacement value of hotel is 19 million dollars. There is 18 million in equity in that asset

10K sq. feet of office space, 200 suites, it's part of the Pine Bluff Community.

If you go to Pine Bluff convention center and you eat sleep there , there is revenue to ICAN

They're also going to bring shows to the convention center which will bring additional revenues

The santa bell restaurant group in Fort Myers, revenue this month alone is up 50,000 dollars over last years' revenues for this month. Last year was 137K in one month and today it's around 187K this month.

He thinks they'll maximize revenue and profits with the people they have at the helm

ICAN is profitable right now. They will utilize the assets that will give the best return to the shareholders.

Mr. H has invested his own millions into this venture. His investment company is Turner something?

Q. do you have intentions on selling your shares and increase dilution

A. NO I do not. If I sold shares into the market, I would dilute my own investment. No I am not doing that.

Q. When is the date of record for the dividend. Has it passed?

A. No it will be soon.

Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years

A. On the NASDAQ small cap and a large holding company owning restaurants and hotels generating 50million to 100 million per year.

Q. Have you purchased the OTCBB shell?

A. Yes we have. It is pending closing, but yes we have.

Q. Is ICAN profitable?

A. Yes ICAN is profitable and all subsidiaries turn a profit.

Q. Do you have an IR firm?

A. Not yet we're getting large enough now where we may need an IR firm. Although he enjoys talking to the shareholders, he is extremely busy during the day with day to day operations... so he is considering getting an IR firm.

Q. Do you plan to purchase the 400 to 500 million shares of ICAN

A. Yes I do. I feel ICAN is undervalued at these prices and I believe in the company.

Q. Is there any chance for a reverse split.

A. "ABSOLUTELY NOT" because we don't want the prior shareholders to be hurt. The answer again is "ABSOLUTELY NOT"

Q. Do you plan on pr'ing the amount of shares bought back?

A. Absolutely when the purchase is complete, we plan on pr'ing the total that has been re-purchased.

Q. Pine Bluff is not a tourist hot spot what drives people to that area.

A. we only need 20 percent occupancy to break even and true, it's not a tourist hot spot but there is a lot there.
Pine Bluff has the largest company that dis assembling armament, Tyson food has a plant, University of Arkansas is there too.

The key is there is a lot of industry there.

Q. The warrant, what is the price of the warrant?

A. The warrant is 20% below market?

Q. Do you have plans on abandoning ICAN and having it be an empty shell?

A. NO. ICAN will always have assets with the intent "to grow it".

Q. The otcbb is a shell in which you're going to put assets into correct?

A. That is correct.

Q. What is the burn rate

A. There is NO Burn rate. The company is NOT losing money. Every company bought supports itself. They will furnish annual reports and if there is a windfall there will be dividends.

Q. Explain the float again

A. At the time they had a major announcement, the holder of the warrant exercised part of his warrant. The CEO published that information immediately and did not withhold it.

Q. What do you like about the restaurant?

A. Very brandable name of the steak house. Liked the name and plan on growing it as

Q. Another question about ICAN and possible naked shorting and does he have plans

A. Obviously I look for reasons that our share price doesnt' move up. That is a convenient excuse. Can I prove it? No. Could it be happening? Yes. But when we become fully reporting that will come to a stop.

Q. Is there a timeline for ICAN to become fully reporting?

A. His schedule is to have it fully reporting at least at the middle or the end of the second quarter.

still working there is a little more.....

Q. Are overseas ventures possible.

A. The company's philosophy is to look at all acquisitions that generate revenue. Currently looking at an acquisition in Chicago and another company in Florida. Anything that we acquire, must stand on its own. Must not be in the red and must be able to stand on its own.

Q. How much cash does ICAN have
A. 950K

Q. Who supplies food and drink?
A. On what location?
-- in Arkansas it's Arkansas vendors
-- in Florida it's Florida vendors
-- those decisions are left to those individuals executives in charge of those operations.

Q. If you think your company is worth 3-5 cents, why aren't you buying more shares?

A. Because I already have 6 billion shares and there has to be some sort of a float.

Q. Are the 500 million being purchased, being purchased from the 1.3 billion in the float?

A. Yes, that is correct and it's being purchased for my personal account.
