What I think is going on with the price. This is just a theory but basically the MM's job is to move to the price that will move the most amount of shares. The problem with this stock right now is that the volume is being totally dictated by the daytraders because we long holders are not putting sell orders out there for the MMs to see which gives them no incentive to move to the price.
I suggest that everyone that is holding this stock long should put a sell order in that is reasonably high. Say around .001. One that is high enough for you to change during a run but not high enough that the MMs will forget about moving the price.
He's is an example of what is going on now. You have a bunch of daytraders trying to get in at .0003. They get in then sell the stock at .0004. They then go back to putting in a buy at .0003 to do it all again. The MMs see all the volume orders in at .0003 and .0004 so why try to move it up.
Now I am no expert and I was wondering if someone else could vouch for this theory or say I am full of it. But it makes sense to me.

what would really need to happen for us to see even .01 ever again? a finacial report? or enough sales and less shorters... sorry still learning! I would hate to see this end up like another MLON, just seems a little odd that we've seen nothing but positive pr, is it too good to be true?

I also believe that the MM's are having their way with this stock. The company plans changing to a reporting company, so we will see what happens after that

ICAN is the best stock of 2005. I'm not worried about the pps. Just acquiring more at these prices. The stock is way under valued. Hayter knows this that why he bought 500 million shares. That translates to roughly $250,000 of his own money.
Timing is everything, for him to spend that type of money at this time, something is happening that is going to make all the shareholders money!!
This company has no business being on the pinks. when ICAN makes that move to NASDAQ small caps alot of investors are going to be mad they took a pass.

That's actually one of the questions I am going to ask him on Tuesday if I get a chance. I am planning on logging in for it. Hopefully Tuesday we will get alot of questions answered.

I first entered this stock when it was .0005 did the dd and realized what a true gem we have here. I watch this stock daily and a few months back it dipped to .0002 and i filled 10mm was very happy that the mms filled that. I believe that if we just have patience this will become a winner for all of us. Remember how long we had to wait on MLON.

i've been a week on holiday,still holding my 9 m,a bit disappointed about the pps but as said here before,tuesday will be a key day for me,if evereybody of who really owns stock of ican,should tell how many stock he owns,then we 've a good view on the outstanding shares,so 500m for the ceo,9m i own,how many stock do you guys own???

I challenge all of you to simply do your due diligence (DD) on ICAN. As you all know, I have been looking for a stock that can help many people obtain prosperity. This stock does sound like a steal , i'm just hoping it's for real . When everything starts to fall into place , then i'll be convinced . But , again , i'm not heavily invested in this one so it's all bunus shares at this point . You do make a somewhat compelling case as to why you think Ican is undervalued , we'll see how everything forms in the next couple of months .

I think in the AM we will see alot of buys and then the CEO Ed will set the record straight tommorrow night on paltalk. Then hopefully Wednsday this baby will rock.
I love when there is one single event that can make or break a stock. You can do all the research and TA you want but when it comes down to it you might as well be betting red or black. Good luck to all and rember not to invest more than your willing to lose......

Hey, someone must have got to them on their wording about the Sanibel restaurants on IBAC's subsidiaries page. It used to say (Ft. Myers Closed & Pending of Bonita Springs and Naples).
Made it sound like the restaurant closed when they actually meant that they closed the deal. They fixed it and now it says. (Ft Myers Acquisition Complete & Pending The Acquisition of Bonita Springs and Naples).
Definitely alot clearer. I think if Ed has any problems it is with they way his company words things, lol

My guess is there will be a retrace to .0005 between 2 to 3 or so but then there will be another run up to the closing bell and will settle around .0006 or even .0007. I think people will load up with the expectation that Ed is going to answer alot of questions and it will be for the good.

I just happen to see this on their Jan 4th PR. It states when they want to have the audit and be listed by date. Here is what it say.
Through its operating companies, IBAC Corporation owns/operates and manages restaurants & food and beverage service contracts; the company intends to become a fully reporting company by the end of the second quarter of 2005 with a balance sheet directed towards the nasdaq small cap.
Now, they might have to move that date up to be able to complete the sale of assets deal but I guess that will be answered tonight.

I want to see how much patience i have , i've chased too much in the past . I should get filled towards the end of the day , if not , i already own shares , so it's still a good thing . It's like a faceoff now , the reese's pieces guys and gals are waiting to see who will chase and buy in too high , but i'm letting the order stand to get my price .
