The problem with pennyland T/A is hard to interprete the chart and made good prediction. With a pps at .0036, the price will be reasonnable and will constitute a new base but...need good news and more volume.

Now, we need some news and volume will speak by it self in coming day. I here M. Hayter will go on IBC this week? Is that true? If so, look for a good run during and atfer the interview. If He is as good as it was last tuesday and bring some news, we may hit a new high. JMHO
I would love to know if he is going to be on IBC and when. Has anyone heard anything or know how to find out. Does IBC have a website or anything?

Looks to me like a standoff is going on. Bid is at .0005 but the ask is still at .0007. We need Ed to do that interview or put out a PR soon.

Hit .0007 for the first time today. Hopefully that means the long holders are winning the battle.

IBAC Corporation Reports February Revenues Wednesday March 2, 12:13 pm ET
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 2, 2005--IBAC Corporation (Pink Sheets:ICAN - News) today reported February 2005 revenues of $415,971.98 combined for The Sanibel Restaurant Group and The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites compared to January combined revenues of $245,872.27.
For the month, The Sanibel Restaurant Group revenues increased $108,364.90, or a 44 percent gain, over the same period last year. The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites revenues increased $95,616.00 or a 56 percent gain over the same period last year. (The company did not own them last year)These revenue figures are compiled from internal company accounting/bookkeeping and are subject to an audit by the company's independent accountants/auditors.
"We are very pleased with the operating results of these two subsidiaries and attribute the growth in revenues to the management capabilities of Mr. Karl Wenzel and Mr. Gary Becker respectfully. The significant growth was achieved because of the company's ability to recognize undervalued and mismanaged properties along with its ability to make acquisitions of such properties rather quickly. We will continue to use this formula to grow the company and continue to seek additional synergistic properties through mergers, acquisitions or the creation of new entities to maximize revenues," said Edward W. Hayter President & CEO.
The company's other two subsidiary's National Hospitality Management Services which holds the contract for all food, beverage, catering & concessions at The Pine Bluff Convention Center had only a partial month of income and will be reported within the March revenues, The Royal Entertainment Group had no revenues as it has recently established and will report revenues as the are received on a monthly basis.
The Company also intends to complete the already contracted acquisitions of the Bonita Springs property within 90 days and the Naples property within 120 days.

I am not totally surprised that the pps didn't move much on this news. For the most part this news was already know from his talk early last week. He had already stated that Sanibel was above what they were making the year before. The only other news that we didn't know was that the Hotel is doing well too. Don't get me wrong, this is good news but this won't move big until there is news about the audit being done.
Now, on my own personal theory, this could also be a kind of "nudge, nudge, wink, wink" to the stock holders that the audit is just about done because otherwise how would they be able to report on those number so quickly. Just an opinion

Between .005 - .007. I think most of people invest in short term. Too bad because this one have a great long term potential.

doing the math my way comes out a bit lower but still very high for a pinks company with the current PPS of .0007
should be mid .005 range minimum!
Cheers Rick
Hey Rick, Have you talked to Ed lately. Just wanted to know if you hear anything new.

The downtrend is against all logic and good news released. Probably no dumping but a major correction (oversold) and panic sale at the end of the day. I don't have any proof but I am sure the float remain de same. At this level still a good opportunity to accumulate and buy more shares. T/A speaking MACD is in uptrend following the 0 line after being below, normally that doesn't lie. As I stated earlier .005-007 pps it is not impossible in very short term. Two ingredients volume and more volume. Today a Long Black Candlestick was formed. This shows that the prices declined significantly from open to close during the day under strong selling pressure. JMHO.

The pullback today looks just like a bear-flag.
Also, the money flow looks just great - it's been pointing up for over a month, although the price didn't hasn't moved too much yet.

You need to focus on the long term trend not daily move. Revenues compared to pps = undervalued. PPS should between .005 - .007 right now. That why I am calling for a quick ajustment from the market if the market was playing fairly with ICAN...

Bid moved up to .0005 and some good volume at .0006. Hopefully that means we hit bottom yesterday. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Mailing Address: IBAC Corporation 2167 E.21st Street PMB 103 Brooklyn, NY 11229 ( address listed on their website )
Call the number listed on their website , there is no mention of Ibac or Ican :
Press 1 for Turner Hughes Corporation
Press 2 for Vion Corporation
Am i missing something here , hope i am , but now it's def i'm out , unless someone can explain what's up . I would really like to know why there is only one filing listed with the Sec , maybe i'm doing something wrong in my search .
I finally figured it out. Call me stupid but in answer to your question, Turner Hughes Corporation is basically IBAC Corp. If you read the IBAC website you will see that Ed is the founder of Turner Huges Corporation which is a private investment company. There is a relation between Turner Huges (basically IBAC) and PRRM but only in the sense that Turner Huges borrowed money from one PRRMs affiliates (Tampa Bay Mortgage Inc.) to buy both the Sanibel Restaurants and the Arkansas Hotel.
