Okay, what are the MMs pulling. I still have my order in at .0007 and it got partially filled about 30 minutes ago but the other half hasn't filled yet and I keep seeing these .0006 orders go through. What is up with that!

I really don't think you are going to see a huge rise in the pps until they announce the first spin off. Right now it is simply a trust factor. People just don't believe him because of other scams. Once he annouces the first spin off and the completion of the audit, this thing will fly.

I just felt something is wrong here and I don't know what. We traded in three day all the float for only 100% rise. QBID went from .0001 to .003 in three day with around 10b O/S. T/A look red today after so much good news. I will buy more for sure because I believe we will hit .01 in coming day.

I don't understand you guys. This is obviously a long hauler. Stop looking for huge gains or gains at all. The main man said they are looking to move to the BB's in the second quarter. Give it some time. I can't see this thing any cheaper then .005 on the BB's. Probably will see .01 when they announce the big move. Good luck, and stop worrying so much.

I agree with you. Stop looking at the volume on this. You have to remember that people are probably day trading this thing out the ying-yang. I guarantee you that alot of the volume you see is the same shares being trade twice in one day or even more. You have to remember that most people who play the pennies are not in them for the long haul and look to turn stock over within the same day for a gain. I happen to be one that believes in this stock and I really don't think you will see it trading much out of the current range until he announces the first spinoff. Once the first audit and spinoff are done and people see he is legit, then you will get the more stable long term investors. Remember, as Stock_Senator said, he wants it done by the end of the second quarter. Well it isn't even the end of the first quarter. Just relax, it will come.

Like I said before, I'm holding long term (for a micro, anyway) I won't even be thinking sell until the end of the 2nd Q/beginning of 3Q. Depending how things look, I may go a little longer.

I do agreed with all of you. What I meant is the price is not reflected in the volume ( all float traded in three days compared to other stock but only 100% in pps even if it is the same old stock trade again and again...). Something wrong with that. I have a question. What will raise de pps. Ten traders who buy 10 millions each for a total of 100 millions or 1000 traders who will buy 1 million each for the same total?

My guess is that we won't see any huge gains just yet. The biggest problem I see is all of these groups popping up. There is just too many folks trying to make a quick buck. It has actually hurt the market more then it has helpede. With 20 different groups there isn't too much money being made. So we have a lot of broke folks selling off all of their long holds in hopes of getting in on a good pick. But with these picks going the way they are they'll just lose more, and the wheel will keep on spinning. I think when these groups die down a bit, we'll get the real investors back. Then we'll see the huge gains. I just put in another order for a mil. I figure if I have 10 mil by next quarter, when it pops I'll be sitting on $100k. Then I can take a few months off. Probably just stick $25k in Ebay, $25k in Apple, and spend the rest.

LOL, I called the number too and I think Ed needs to change his message. First of all that is Ed who made the message, I recognize his voice from the interview. Second, if you wait a while another message comes on the line and says if you want to leave a message for Ed Hayter wait for the tone. Why the other options are on there I can only speculate. He may own a small office building and those are the other two tenants beside himself. If you really are concerned, call the investor number back and leave a message for Ed about your concerns and see if he gets back to you. As far as the SEC filings go you have to remember they have only been in business for about 6 months, there wouldn't be many filing yet. Believe me, they must be up to date or the SEC would have halted trading on them. That's what they did with USCI because they didn't file.

Hopefully we hit .001 and stay there. My guess is we'll get some more good news. I'm thinking we'd be doing alot better on the PPS if not for the naked shorting that's probably going on.
