Basically it depends on when they make the annoucement about the financials and the deal with the other company. Once that comes out, I think it will be time to hold on to your hats.

I will be looking to add to my position as well.
Geez, are you following me I like this one, sounds like the company is making the right moves to get to reporting and wanting this company to fly.

I would like to see some green today, but I do not think that we will see above 0.0005 unless we get some news about reporting (actually on another board) or buyback.
I do have faith in this stock and holding. Maybe get me some more at these prices

I don't recall the CEO of GXXL making himself available to questions in an open forum. I didn't follow MLON so I can say on that one. Also, I don't think either of these companies had real hard assets like ICAN and finally I don't recall any company offering them basically .0012 per share for the company. ICAN had an offer of $8.75 Million dollars for the company and they turned it down. Seems to me like this CEO really wants to put it all on the table to make people comfortable with investing and making sure people realize it isn't a scam.

Anyone have an opion on a good entry point? Perhaps 0.0002-0.0003?
You might be able to get in at .0003 if you are lucky but you might as well forget .0002 unless there is some bad PR. .0004 is probably the average entry point right now and I think after Tuesday's conference call you will be lucky to get in at that.

And also a real restaurant too.
I guess I missed that. Fill me in, if you remember the details.
Thanks (BTW, "real" to me means up and operating - perhaps that's what you meant - I don't consider "real" to mean like QBID calling themselves a "network". What a joke, IMO
Even DuMont was a real network, with shows like "The Honeymooners" (The Jackie Gleason Show). That in a time when there were but 4 viewing choices (at best - most folks didn't live where all 4 were receivable with their rabbit ear antennas), and all were totally free, and with less ads than QBID plans to put on PayPerView.
Folks here act like all gays would want to watch the few lousy episodes of "The Stockard Channing Show", etc., because it's on "their" "network".
It's become a religion, like MLON, by folks who, if they were honest with themselves (and take Almighty God (er, I mean $$$) out of the equation, wouldn't have anything to do with QBID.
Maybe Mario did have a flea-bag hotel somewhere, though

They also own the Sanibel Steakhouse Restaurants. If you go to their website you can check it out. Here is the link to their subsidiaries.

"This completed acquisition will add 2.5M in revenue annually to the company and 35 employees immediately, the company has taken possession of the Ft Meyers property as owner/operator effective today." said Karl Wenzel, president of The Sanibel Restaurant Group.
The second phase of the Sanibel Steakhouse acquisition is expected to be completed on or before April 1, 2005 and that will add another 3.5M in revenue and 40 employees with the third and final phase being completed on or before July 30, 2005 adding an additional 2.5M in revenue and 30 employees, total value of the completed acquisition to the company will be revenue of 8.5M per annum with 105 employees.
Through its operating companies, IBAC Corporation owns/operates and manages restaurants & food and beverage service contracts; the company intends to become a fully reporting company by the end of the second quarter of 2005 with a balance sheet directed towards the nasdaq small cap.
The company is currently negotiating other acquisitions and expect to have completed contracts very shortly. It is the intent of the company to increase its Sanibel brand throughout Florida.

I actually owned "Q" briefly, but had a moral quandry, and got out within a brief point. I lost little more than my commissions, but never felt better. I'm not bashing my fellow investors here, not in the least. MLON looked sleazy to me from the get-go, and "Q" is something most of us would have been ashamed of being linked to for most of our lives. I still am, and won't touch it again, no matter what it does financially.
Again, I'm not bashing any of you folks, though some may take it that way. I'm just trying to be true to myself, about something I think is detestable. It's easy to get caught up in the $$$, I know....
And I'm not a "religious fanatic". I'm just not an "anything goes" fanatic. Nor am I an "everything is "okay" except those who don't agree with me" fanatic.

Sorry, folks. I mis-interpreted a response, about the restaurants, as being about MLON. Too many hours without sleep. No offense intended, on any score.

None taken thanks for replying and clearing it up. Do you have any thoughts on ICAN? Always interested in other investor's opinions.

Well, not too many .0003s going through. I have had an order in since this morning at .0003 and it hasn't gone through. Looks like you will have to go in at least at .0004 if you want to get in.
