Feb 16, 2005 IBAC Corp announces that it has agreed in principle to spin off some or all of its assets to an otcbb company subject to all regulatory approvals & SEC filing requirements.
"The spin off of assets should result in a premium to shareholders (to be determined) once the transaction is completed. The terms and conditions of the spin off will be made public upon completion of agreements along with the otcbb company and symbol. The company intends to execute this agreement as a stock dividend with free trading shares of a fully reporting OTCBB company to ICAN shareholders with the effective date to be announced in the near future. My guess is that Ed will want to complete the audit and the Dividend prior to the next Sanibel acquisition so as not to add to the papers needed to file. That would put the time frame for the Div. between now and 4/15

im new to this board but have been reading it for a few months now. i hate to say it but it has happened again for me i have fallen in love with yet another stock. and it almost seems ironic that the ticker symbol is ican. all the fundamental news this company has been putting out has been pretty inspiring to me as a small time investor. ill just publicly state that when i invest in any pink sheet stock i am fully prepared to lose everything! but obviously i feel the risk is well worth the potential reward.it seems so simple to me and i am honestly a little flabbergasted at the reaction i get from people when i tell them im into micro penny stocks. they immediately think your a dreamer " you might as well just give your money away" is the response i have heard at times.but from my point of view why not give yourself the oppurtunity to possible retire early or if your already retired then live like a king/queen or just be an increadiblY wealthy kind person or whatever floats your boat.micro penny stocks is the closest thing i have found in terms of a real possible chance at becoming wealthy without putting out that much risk.i have played and still play stock options and stocks in general but its the volatility of these micro's that inspires me and keeps my dream alive of doing whatever i please.i just look back at stocks like qbid a year or so ago and according to my charts that stock went from the dreaded .0001 to .028. wowowowow now according to my calculations every hundred invested at those basement levels could have potentially returned 28,000$$$.how many people do you know who think they are so smart becuase they dont play penny stocks and they spend as another poster suggested a few hundred dollars a month on coffee.well i know i have been rambling on for sometime now but i love this board i love all posts good and bad and I LOVE ICAN. Is there any news about WHEN the newly planned steakhouses will open? Are they presently seeking more hotels and are they all aiming at the south east section of the USA? Are the bookings they are booking for entertainment in the convention centre where the patrons of such events would be utilizing the hotels and the newly placed steakhouse? Are there theme rooms in the hotel for such adventourous people to getaway for a honeymoon in say a bed in the shape of a 55T-Bird and all fianatical in that sense for a room as some hotels are doing for more diversification from within??

the dates for the acquisition closing was put out today. They are 4/15 and 7/30 Both of these Sanibels are already open and profitable. The projected revs are $9-10 million per year for the two of them. Im not sure about the theamed rooms, but the concert bookings are for the Convention Center and will add revs to the Hotel and the catoring subs of ICAN.

Its all coming very soon. Ed Hayter is as ready to have this filing as we are. He's gonna be in Florida on Wed. and that could mean some interesting developements are on the way!

What's scares me the most is Sterling is pumping ICAN.This guy is the Jesse Jackson of pumpers. He starts pumping and I want to run away. He used to write that CMKX should be $16 a share and he also pumped MLON. I have a couple million shares at a .0005 so I am not worried about losing money, but I would be very concerned about the people on messege boards pumping this thing right now, If you bought in at .0009-.001. If Ed gets on IBC and doesn't comment on the Transfer Agent being gagged and if or when the retired shares will be reissued then this can go south in a hurry. I think ICAN can approach half a penny this week if the CEO comes clean on tuesday. One last thing IF YOU HAVE A PROFIT TAKE IT , Because nothing down here is an automatic!

back from another holiday,i must say,what a week for ican,i needed almost a hour to read all comments,anyway still have my 9m,not pumping anything at all,i bought ican at 0.0014 last year in nov and bought at 0.0003 in februari,so i've a nice gain but i see the larger picture , i think this will the best investment i've ever made ,so for me i 'll only sell if i feel that the pps for ican is right,and for me at the moment that is not the case,oh yeah,stockguy 123,keep giving your opinion about ican,the more negative you are,the more people will buy ican,i am more and more sure that ican deserves the title share of the year

hi guys just wanna say good luck this week and i am certainly excited about this company right now. as you may be realizing from my enthusiastic posts i am what most would call an extreme dreamer. i am not saying this to scare anyone away but i beleive so deeply that i am onto something with one of these penny stocks that i get giddy sometimes.so i know it is way too early to celebrate for me at least but if some of us make a bundle i have heard of people meeting places like vegas to celebrate our good luck and fortunes.would anyone be into this? i personally have not been to vegas before but i love to gamble always have probably always will.i am suggesting that those that feel they would enjoy something like this we should meet at a hotel and celebrate a long weekend.any suggestions would be welcome as to what hotel to stay at.you see i really am a dreamer in my mind im already in vegas sippin on a cocktail playing texas hold 'em.keep the faith folks peoples dreams do come true why not yours...

i think that we should all meet at pine bluffs after all is said and done. that way we all can take a good look at our hotel and convention center maybe even treat ed to big steak in our new resturant

sounds good to me bmaxingout i like the idea of pine bluffs convention center.i was recently bummed out when i returned from florida and did some more dd on ican; only to find out they had nice restaruants in florida.i know this is a bit embarressing to admit but i didnt really start to look at the fundamentals of this company until recently when i noticed the stock price going up ten fold from the bottom of .0001.i try to trade partially on technicals and partially on fundamentals.now when it comes to pinks ive decided to heck with technicals much better and safer to do the research be patient watch some runs and enter at a good point.this may mean missing out on alot of momo runs from group picks and other stuff but to me that is much more like gambling than investing.if one is to invest and really hold out for large gains then these pennystocks can be a great thing.its just so hard sometimes to decifer scam vs. goldmine waiting to happen.good luck to all cya in one of the sanibel steak houses .by the way check out the links on icans website for the restaruants they are very nice places that we own.they even have a commercial you can view.

hey doc i dont know anything about cmkx or sterling i swear to you and anyone on this board.i dont even know who or what sterling is i am glad to say that when i first started in micro pennies in late nov of 2004 i looked at cmkx and something told me stay away.i did however get trapped into ewmh and also the pos axia. both have reversed split me down to basically nothing in those positions.my other holdings that i remain positive on are ican qbid prrm hope this is not a scam and hpon btor gmci dmxp.i know it is hard to beleive me cuz their is so much changing of names when the credibility of a person comes into question after nonsense posts pumping or bashing stocks but i can honestly say i am new to posting on this site.i have posted a few times under the name of fatty on ihub but that is it.i look at raging bull sometimes but i dont enjoy that site enough to post on it.there is too many people basically cheerleeding on that site for me not enough dd.you guys over here are great i love the vibe and you should or will be seeing my own character come through soon enough to trust that i am a young guy 25 on the east coast who is basically simple in the sense i just wanna make some serious $$$ like the rest of you.have a great morning all sincerely noah !

Everyone should take a good look at GWGO. This was a .000 stock now trading at .0038 because of a dividen annoucement. ICAN has less shares outstanding then GWGO so I would expect a similar or even greater run when our dividen info is released.

most of you probably know but i thought it would be applicable to repeat ibac (ican) has given IBC RADIO 66 million shares. i think they are hoping for what alot of us are hoping that would catipult this radio company quite a bit does ican decide to run.
