CEO holds a min. of 51% and this drasticly reduces the max issueable shares! Some buyers base share value on A/S divided by assets and revenue. This move now doubles that value!
Good Luck Cheer Rick

Actually that means the Authorized shares are going to be 10 Billion but the O/S is still only 1.3 Billion correct?

I think the reason he is doing this is to help stop the MMs from naked shorting this stock. Correct me if I am wrong but I have been told that the MMs naked short based on the Authorized shares (basically trading shares that aren't even issued). By lowering the Authorized shares that makes their supposed pool even less.

Those 4,000,000,000 shares are common shares that are being reduced from the 20,000,000,000 shares within the Authorized Shares (AS) from the Treasury.
Those 6,000,000,000 shares are common shares that are being reduced from the 7,338,015,586 shares within the Outstanding Shares (OS) for a new total of 1,338,015,586 shares.
That's a total of 10,000,000,000 shares retired to cease to exist from the AS to reduce the AS from 20,000,000,000 shares to the stated 50% reduction to equate to ICAN’s new AS of 10,000,000,000 shares.
Old Share Structure: AS = 20,000,000,000 shares OS = 7,338,015,586 shares
New Share Structure AS = 10,000,000,000 shares OS = 1,338,015,586 shares
This enhances ICAN’s value by 5.48 times its original amount to not include the free trading unrestricted OTCBB dividend as derived by below:
7,338,015,586 ÷ 1,338,015,586 = 5.48 times greater
That could mean that theoretically, ICAN should now be trading at a minimum of 5.48 times its current price for starters:
.0009 x 5.48 = .004932 cents
This is before any news of our free trading unrestricted OTCBB dividend. Keep in mind too that our original amount of shares that we are to receive from this dividend increases by 5.48 shares from our original amount.
For a further understanding, there are 2 ways to retire shares which generates to 2 different types of repercussions. You can retire shares that have either been bought back or taken from a restricted shareholder’s position.
You can then retire the shares back to the Treasury or you can retire shares to where they cease to exist completely reducing and removing them from the Treasury. Retiring them to where they cease to exist is when they are eliminated from the AS to be treated as if they never existed. This is what ICAN is doing. Please read and DD the links below from some share retirement examples:
Let’s go one step further. Let’s say that I am wrong in my thoughts above. That would only mean that the OS was 11,338,015,586 shares and not 7,338,015,586 shares. Still, the bottom line figures from what Mr. Hayter is currently doing would remain the same and would still be as indicated below:
New AS = 10,000,000,000 shares New OS = 1,338,015,586 shares Share Buyback Program = 500,000,000 shares
Float Potentially Available = 1,338,015,586 - 500,000,000 = 838,015,586 shares
In my opinion, the Float has been gone for a while. The MMs need our shares to establish an inventory of ICAN shares to maintain an orderly market. I expect to see sharper price increases as the demand for ICAN shares continue to increase. These are only thoughts as to how I see things.
PS-The free trading OTCBB dividend that ICAN will be giving us will have the same effects as a cash dividend as I will explain later when I have more time. ICAN might turn out being bigger than we all had thought.
