This looks like MM games again. Just like when we were at .0002 x .0003 when they did all those 9M sells. 450Million shares go at .0001 and not one MM moved. Trying to shake the tree again.

Well, didn't this company do the perfect P&D. Make a great offer then give a problem then cancel the offer. This BOD knows what it is doing. Promise everyone a spinoff to a OTC, start the pump. Send a paid pumper to the board to promote the pump. When the pps rises then dump as fast as you can. Then tell everyone that they are going private to soften the blow of a cancelled spinoff then break it to everyone that for the best interest everything will remain the same. The person that started this pump is good at it anyway. That should have been the first sign of the pump. Wonder how many shares they sold off at the .0006-.001 range. Company probably made big bucks off this play. Then Ed talks about buying shares. Yell right, he knew the dump would drive it down and he could buy some cheap shares in a grand gester. Pal-Talk has become the fuel for these P&D's anymore and the host is usely paid to promote. But hey you want real proof of a past P&D. The new thing after a P&D is the company screams naked shorting. If you hear this with no facts to back it up by the company and a gagged TA then its a fact they just dumped on you.

Not sure who DJ is and don't care. Sorry, I posted the facts and was dd. Promises were made and broken and now blame is being placed. That is dd whether yo like it or not. But I had my say, I am out. I never attacked anyone in here personaly so why attack me. If what I said wasn't true then give a rebuttal not a personal attack.

Take a look at this chart and tell me it isn't MM manipulation. If you look at the bottom of the chart the green shows money coming into the company with buys and red shows money leaving the company through sells. This is being accumlated big time. If you don't trust me, type in other symbols like cmkx or unqt and you can see the difference.

This whole penny stock crowd is absolutely fascinating. The rampant paranoia is amazing! Ad hominem attacks are the argument of choice. It's pretty cool that I have, more than once, been accused of being someone else. The best part is that nobody knows who I am but can't tell me who they think I am. Just say something and you automatically get tagged as one extremist or another. Hell, I've been told that my points don't count because I don't use the right kind of computer!
I like ICAN. Ignoring the other "crap" associated with all these sub-market plays, it looks to be half way decent at these prices. Won't go into them since facts hold no weight and rumors are the currency of trade.
I'm sure many of you will be glad to know you chased another person out of your little club. I'll head back to the big boards where reality has some weight.

Do we have any proof at all that Ed is buying shares? Not so sure that ICAN is what it seems. PPS is unstable. When you trade over a billion shares on a stock that is not fully reporting even if NSS is involved, I think the warning signals should be going off.

He may have been a little harsh but most here did get into this company because of the spinoff. I love it when people feel threatened by a different point of view. But .0001 is worth looking at. Just those that bought at .0006 or higher may be down and wondering why they did this after they promised us the OTCbb spinoff. I think many are feeling betrayed.

The question was asked “how do we know if Ed is really the one buying back shares?” Well if he is not then he is a fool.
This is based on my belief.
It has been rumored that Ed has agreed to ungag the TA. If this is true then I believe ed is buying and here is why.
I think at some point there has been some dilution of ICAN stock. Therefore, with everything coming ahead Ed needs to get his ducks in a row and apart of that will be bring the O/S and share structure in line with what he has published in his PR's. Thus Ed mostlike is buying back shares and earmarking a significant portion for retirement.
This way when ED un-gags the t/a even though the numbers won't match the 1.5 billion, as long as it is under 6 billion, the shareholders will hopefully pay attention to the fact that the campany shares are still under valued.
Also remember Ed is in this to make money and if he does not raise the pps, there is only but so much he can make. Plus in order to continue his quest for the accumulation of assets to the tune of 100 million, he has to work on this aspect of the company's failing.
Also, there are shareholder/managment implications. If one person owns a certain percentage of the company, then Ed is open to to having to deal with their demands and such. SO for him to maintain his power, he needs to stay ahead of us shareholders. Especially at this pps.
Thus when he sees a high volume of buying he has to watch and at some point he has to join in and buy as well. So yeah IMHO Ed is buying.

i understand what you are saying but the spinoff is just part of what we were buying.i for one am waiting for what the company is worth and beleive its still way undervalued

those that have faith put in a small amount at these levels dont get scared into trading your shares in at the bottom.buy low sell high very simple.lets hope ed keeps his word on no reverse split and give this some time to get back to .001 level.im holding 8 million that are not forsale.and im going to keep adding if ican get any fills @.0001.

I'm also holding on to my shares and are purchasing more at 0.0001; either I'll sell them at a much higher price or they'll sink. I'm as frustrated as most of us about the cancellation of the OTC spinoff and about the low PPS.
However, I trust Ed since he delivered big-time in terms of the things that are under his control (i.e. the business part of ICAN):
We now own 3 Sanibel steakhouses We own the Royal Arkansas Hotel (Pine Bluff) We own the Ramada Inn in Memphis 2 more Sanibel steakhouses are planned in Arkansas & Memphis
In comparison, even if we assume 10 billion O/S, the total valuation of IBAC is only $1 million at 0.0001, which is less than even one of the hotels or just 3 times monthly revenues.
This is obviously very different from most other pink sheet companies, which have no assets and no revenues whatsoever. If all Ed would want to do is to screw us out of our money, it would be so much easier for him to by a piece of property somewhere and claim there may lots of diamonds in the ground. Or say the company holds a patent that will cure cancer and is potentially worth 100 trillion dollars. There would be enough people throwing money at him.
I guess my point is this: why go through all this trouble of acquiring hotels, building restaurants, etc. - real things that we can check out and see for ourselves (which some of us have)? Because Ed wants to build up the company and do the best for our (and his) pocketbook. That's why it's worthwhile holding on to the shares.
