stock guy what are your motives. Is this all out of sincere worry for other investors? Or do you have more vicious intent? The personal attacks should stop. Not only the ones that you have made against others but the ones that have been made on you. We are all adults here. Allstocks is supposed to be one of the boards where this type of thing is frowned upon. If you want to fight with others there are plenty of other boards out there to do so. Please, to all, don't attack me now. This is simply all just my feelings. I truly believe that if we all work together it will benifit all involved........

No matter what other say, I have made some bank on this stock. I bought at 0.0002 and sold at 0.0009 and bought back in waiting for the run yet to come. The stock market is a hobby for me, I do not rely on it for a living, just a hobby. Getting information is great but useless post are not worth the space that they take up on this thread.

I gonna go out on a giant limb and say that ICAN's pps will be higher then QBID's at somepoint next week. I will inturn sell my ICAN shares and put half that money back into QBID.
Ed Hayter the CEO of ICAN will be on stocktalklive on tuesday. Once he clears up why the tranfer agent is gagged and the exact share structure this one should break .001 and where it stops nobody knows.

Ok, I'm not one to post here much, but I read constantly throughout the day. But Stockguy, you seriously need to stop already, you're being childish, and thats sad, since this is coming from an 18 year old. You have been saying that its going to hit .0003 or .0002 for as long as I have had this stock, which is almost about a month or so. Sure, it has had its ups and downs, but what stock doesnt? I believe that ICAN has great potential to gain, which is why I'm holding what little shares I could afford when I bought them. Have I lost? Yes, in the past I have lost w/ this stock, but now I am seeing as most people here say "GREEN [Big Grin] " lol. So unless you have facts to back this up, just chill out w/ the bashing. I still want to know why you care so much about people investing in this stock? It is our money, and it is our decision. I still think, that even if YOU get in now, you'd still get in at a good price. Thats all, I'm done w/ my rant. Still holding ICAN!

Don't know if any of you have seen this, but if you havent, here it is!

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 11, 2005--IBAC Corporation (Pink Sheets:ICAN - News) announced today that it will reduce the company's authorized shares to 10 Billion.

IBAC Corporation's board of directors has agreed to reduce the authorized common stock from 20 Billion Shares to 10 Billion Shares. The 10 Billion Shares are ICAN common stock; and are subject to all SEC and regulatory statutes.

Mr. Edward W Hayter is continuing to purchase up to 500 Million shares of the company's common stock on the open market for his personal portfolio.

"This non-dilutive measure will bring an increased value to our shareholders," said Edward W Hayter, President & CEO.

This measure is taking place to position the company for the eventual sale or merger of one or more of its subsidiaries to a fully reporting/trading otcbb company.

RIC or anybody. Looking back at the pps in the last year, what made ICAN run to .16 in 04? Do you see it running past .01-.03 in the next 2-3 months? If so, why?

Well, the reason it ran at that time was Hayter just took over as company president and they anounced the intent to acquire a majority control interest in The Sanibel Restaurant Group, Inc. Now will it do it again, no, but there is a qualifier to that statement. ICAN.pk probably will not come close to that any time soon because its spinning off the asset that got it to that point to begin with. But the good thing is you get dividends in the new otc bb company that its spinning off to. Now can that company run should be the question. And that all depends on the o/s of new company and ratio of shares the investors get compared to the insiders. With low float means insiders are getting even more shares in the new company. So its a wait and see but good potiential.

Why you guys mad just because I want to buy @0002. It has happen before, not long ago, and can happen again. Quit believing all the pumps, buy low and sell high. How is that for a great idea ? By the way, Doc started the insults, go back and read the posts. Anytime he wants to stop I'll be glad to do so.

123 I dont think that anyone is mad at you but it does seem like you might be nothing but a basher
if your intent is just to bash this stock down then this is not the right board to do it on.
i dont beleive that bashing without DD to back it up is constructive if you really think that this is going down the toilet then come up with something to back up your opinoins.its really that simple.the main reason that i come to the boards is to find out if someone was able to come up with some thing that I might have missed
if i were to find out something weather it is good news or bad I will be sure to post it. If we can have a little fun with each other in the mean while all the better.
and really just between you and I did you short this one ,....lol

good luck and remember, have fun and the money will follow

Rocko, Important with ICAN...

They are not stalling. Ed, the CEO, is waiting to get the details from his lawyer as they are at the mercy of certain coordination to be returned to them from I believe the NASD officials. Ed is trying to make this execute a lot sooner than what people think they have time for.

To make this happen, it's about a 3 or 4 part coordination phase that must be gone through. I'm a little rusty on all of the details, but keep in mind that this dividend that ICAN is giving us is not a dividend of restricted shares.

This is a dividend that will be free trading shares which would have the same effects as a cash dividend because the MMs will have to convert the shares into cash as they are sold. Not masking of any naked shorted shares can't transpire because of the option to immediately convert over into cash.

The CEO is saying that he is going to give us free trading shares of a fully reporting OTCBB stock that will have valuation placed in it and anticipates to be trading at $2.00 per share.

If I had to guess, I am looking at a ratio in the neighborhood of 100 to 1. Even if you create an unrealistic worse case scenario and use a 1,000 to 1 ratio, you would still see mathematically that you would get a premium somewhere in the area above 100% return on your investment. I'll reflect more thoughts later in an ICAN post that I think I need to make to help people see this.

I know it sounds kind of MLON-ish, but there are some big differences between ICAN and MLON. If the SEC knocked on Ed's door, he could prove everything he is saying in any PR. Also, others have already been to his Convention Center, hotels, and restaurants to see how ICAN is profitable. ICAN has proven businesses that are generating revenues. MLON has nothing for generating revenue. I'm not bashing MLON, because it was a good trade and I respect that, but I'm only using it as an example since many are familiar with it.

Now throw in retiring of shares. Yes, there is a gag order on the TA and that is not a good thing. Ed is going to eventually remove it. As which is out of the norm I must admit, when the gag order is released, everyone will be very surprised to see what our new share structure in ICAN will be from Ed retiring shares from the OS and the Treasury/Authorized.

All of this hush hush stuff from CEOs and keeping shareholders in the dark has played out. I am happy about Ed's excitement and him wanting to tell the world about ICAN.

Ed is a CEO that is excited about his company and he should be. Think about it for a second. If you were not excited about your own company, how could you expect for anybody else to be? If you had something that you believed in your heart was so good that you wanted to tell the world, why wouldn't you? Granted, there is a way to do it and I think Ed is doing a fine job.

As a shareholder, I would rather want to be informed than not informed any day of the week.

Heck, I’m excited about ICAN and I have been trying to not show it too much, but it’s starting to get difficult as I do more DD on the facts and the potential considering how significantly undervalued it still is. Heck, there’s more to ponder on with ICAN that I will post later.

All is well!
