Now I didn't personally hear him say in 30 days but that is what some are saying. I remember him saying as soon as possible. He wants to get this done. Until we have something of news on the spinoff, I think we will only see slight movement both up and down. But, no real movement.

imho,... all of us that beleive ican is something speical should buy as much of the float as possible. we need to buy large and hold, if the pps is going to go up we will need to shut out the daytraders.large amounts of shares are being traded and yet the price stalls or goes down. buy and hold and the and the pps will be worth the actul market value that we beleive it should be I personaly will be buying 500,000 to one million per day until i run out of trading capital.This company is worth alot more than where it is currently being traded again jmho

I'm in with your plan. Actually all the float has been traded around twice... New base .0005-.0006. Last thursday on Paltalk a quick survey show member own all the float. According to Mr Hayter volume was drying up...that mean it is more difficult to buy shares but the price went down. So...my conclusion MM manipulation, Naked shorted, day trader playground. Take one it's all your. Any comment.

It's always nice to get some news , but this PR isn't anything earth shattering or even exciting . All i get out of it is a we are looking into it , and are planning to feel from it . I doubt this PR will make it run like crazy , maybe a little , very little , but that's about it , hope i'm wrong , i jus don't see it .

Its another warning shot! The PR also shows long range plan! If your not a day trader its great news! Add it to the rest and you come up with a company that works for its shareholders!

I agree with you and also Ricpic. It won't have a huge impact in the short run but for us long holders this is awesome news. He had talked about it in the paltalk meeting last week but it is nice to actually see him spell out the plan in a PR. That is another step to help reassure me that he wasn't just blowing smoke. I totally love the thought of being on the ground floor of possibly the next big steak house. I especially like the fact that one of the states he is looking into is PA. i hope that someone is able to knock this one down alittle that way i would be able to triple my shares for cheap money see i am in this one for the long hual and the more shares that i can aquire that these prices the happier i am as far as the 100k in shares im not quite so sure that it is MM i know that if i were to make fifty bucks in other companies that i have shares in i put all of my profits from others into this one my goal is 100 million shares before the spin off i still have a ways to go so go ahead and bring this price down for me lol

looks like another day at the office. What might move it before the audit is if he announces what the actual profit was on those properties in February. That might move it a little.
