betting babe, i'll pump and defend as well. It's very easy to criticize a stock because there are many fronts were there can be problems. Nicodrops work, this is the only barrier to riches. Once people start quitting b/c of nicodrops, news will spread through word of mouth.

I have been checking this out and it looks promising. Let me play devils advocate for a min. I see nowhere that it works. One pr saying it does and it flies. One pr that states it does not and it will dump like no tommorow and will never climb from the grave....comments??

Can't argue with that. But isn't that true for so many stocks? If Howard Stern drops dead, buh bye SIRI. If Mario gets indicted, buh bye MLON.
Plus, look at products like Trimspa, that were deemed to be unsafe, nevermind work, and they still sell.
Besides, my strategy is to hold through the distribution of the product, and through the 1st and possibly 2nd sales announcements, and rethink from there.

I sent an e-mail and received a response... not sure how to interpret it (good or bad) South Korea? Maybe they are gearing up for the Asian market??? I don't know. My question is at the bottom:
All we have is testimonials. A third party is not available at this time. We do have clinical studies done in South Korea at Samsung University(2004) and their students. However, it will not be available in the near future as it is writtn only in Korean via Dae Han Pharama Inc.(pharmaceuticals) who did represent Nicodrops during their in-house clinical trials. I cannot guarantee that this report will be available soon or later. Sorry to be very direct, but I can only go factual circumstances and current information. I can only suggest that our product does work! Remember that the patch, gum and lozenge contains POLACRILEX(nicotine based ion-exchange resin) versus Nicodrops drug-free, no nicotine all herbal lozenge. FYI... Whatever you choose, good luck!
Happy New Year, Christopher CEO Nicodrops Inc.

It looks as though this will trake some time to shake out. What do you see as a good entry point?? On the comparioson if Stern bows out sat. radio will still grow and remain. Stern is not the core product. Mario is MLON so it would tank. If the nicodrop is deemed useless it is done. It looks really good so far. It really looks like one stock prowler would lash onto and recomend. In any case I plan on buying in. How long have some of you been in this??? I see it was down near a penny not too long ago..anyone in since then??

One of the questions that keeps getting reposted is whether it works or not. St.Johns Wort has been around and used for depression for a long time. Apparently no one here has made the connection between this and Wellbutrin or Zyban (same thing) if you will. It is also indicated for depression but a few years ago was approved for nicotine withdrawal. So connect the dots please. May not have the same antidepressent effect but throw in the other 2 ingredients and you have a viable alternative to nicorette. Btw, would like to add that its main competitor (commit) cannot be used with nicorette since a person would be risking a nicotine overdose. This can be used in addition to the nicorette patch if one is so inclined to use it in that manner. Will be in CVS next week or so and buying some to try out on the wife.

Update from Greenbaron.com if you're interested:
Nicodrops, Inc. (NCDP)
The quiet period over the last two weeks has not been kind to Nicodrops. After extremely active trading and price movement in mid December following our reports and great news from the Company, NCDP has fallen victim to the holiday lull. The Green Baron Report still expects Nicodrops to get active once again. We anticipate many more large contracts to surface in the coming months that should propel NCDP stock to higher highs.
It is now obvious to us that the float in NCDP is probably closer to 90-100 million shares. However, this does not alter our opinion that NCDP ought to be trading much higher. We believe most of the selling by the original shell owners and others is just about completed, and a bounce off or near our original profile price of .017 is likely. Once again, as mentioned in our webcast with Chris Calpito, the Company is anticipating two more large store chains to carry Nicodrops. If you wish to listen to the webcast, please go to http://www.*************.com/CEO%20Webcast.htm.

More updates. They need to get the advertising campaign started soon...
Dear Valued CVS Customer,
Thank you for contacting CVS, I apologize for the long wait for a response. I have now been informed that the Nicodrops is an AntiNicotine Herbal Lozenge and they should be in the stores right now. It is a temporary program. It is a clip strip that should be hanging from one of the shelves. It may not become a regularly carried item. It will depend on the future sales of this product. If you call the store they can probably help you locate it or if you prefer I would be glad to call the store for you. If you forward your zip code I could attempt to contact the store closest to that zip code and help you locate this item.
Either way, thank you again for contacting us and for your continued patronage of CVS.
Sincerely,
Diane M. Parent Customer Relations CVS Store Support Center

I can keep you guys posted on sales because i know people at this cvs. If we work together we can put this valuable resource (internet message board) to use. Because we span all over the country and so does cvs, and probably the other two "mass merchandisers" in chris calpitto's terms, we can all see the nicodrops story unfold right now as it is hitting shelves. To me it is exciting. I'm in at . 18,.19,.20,.22,.24,27,.30...and I'm pumped

OK, I'm back, bought the last 3 packs in the . (32.50) A couple things:
1. The kid at CVS said they haven't really been selling, that is no surprise. Word is just starting to get out after New Years.
2. They said There is another order coming in tommarow or wednesday. The kid knew i wanted a bunch.
3. The way it was set up in the store was behind the counter there is all of the tobacco products. On the top shelf was all nicorrete, like 20 kinds. Nicodrops was hanging from a string on the side of the display. This is both good and bad. Good because the box looks like crap next to nicorrete. Bad because the back of the box is actually pretty convincing.
4. The lozenge is brown. (looks like crap) It appears on the cover of box. (not good)
5. It doesn't taste very good but I can see how someone could get used to it. I've tasted ginseng and st. johns and you can definately taste them in the lozenge (bad thing) Althought the corn syrup does do a fairly good job of making them. It was in mint flavor. Overall not bad.
6. A problem I noticed was on the box does it mention that there is no nicotine, but in small letters as an "anti nicotine product" Obviously if you read the directions, you would figure that out. But this is a major distinguishing factor/ separation from competitors! i think it needs to be emphasized
7. I don't smoke cigs, i just wanted to taste for myself. I will test this product on a friend trying to quit this week.
8. Go buy nicodrops and nicodrop stocks. It will come back to you!

E-mail your observations to the company. I did last week and received a reply back from the CEO. So in all likelihood, he is reading the e-mails right now. Never know, he may take up your suggestions (they also sounded good).

repo, I sent an email to customer service and told them to forward it to the ceo if possible. I know there are a lot of people who own this. Start doing your individual parts!

oh without a doubt, but I think the biggest PPS jump will occur after sales are announced though. I think when q2 sales come out then we'll see another big one. The sales have to go up immensley from just being in more places, even if each store doesn't sell much.

So far, so good with the experiment guys!! This stuff might really work!!! Day 2 results: Smoked in morning (no lozenge) Smoked in afternoon (no lozenge) Controlled After diner craving (lozenge) Controlled craving 2 (another lozenge)
So far it looks like it is a worthy product SHORT TERM. It looks like it controls cravings. As for quitting, that'll take another month. I will keep everyone posted on the efficiency of this product.

betting babe, guess you aint clueless, you're fom NYC, the best city in the world. If the CVS by me has them, they should be by you any day. I'm sending a pack to my friend in boston, hopefully once he gets hooked he'll let me know if they hit boston's cvs's yet. New York to Boston, I'm planting the Nicodrop seeds on the east coast months before this thing explodes.

well, once they carry them online, theyll have hit all the stores.
try this for incentive (tho it still doesnt get me to quit):
1 pack per day @ 8.25 per pack = $3000 per year.
that's 167,000 shares of this stock. LOL
can you tell me the price of the drops, and how many were in each pack? i like getting the details.
thx! ~BB

9.99 a pack. 20 lozenges per pack. Instructions on the back of the box say about 100 lozenges to quit. If this is true, the competition gets blown out of the water.

COMPANY NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES FROM OTHER SOURCES:
20 Million Smokers Resolve to Quit in 2005...Again
New Research Shows Individualized Web-Based Support Program Can Boost Chances of Success by Nearly 30 Percent
PITTSBURGH, PA, Jan. 04, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Nearly half of America's smoking population -- more than 20 million people -- say they want to quit smoking in 2005...again, according to a new survey. What's new? This year, smokers trying to quit will be able to take advantage of an individualized Web-based support system that has been clinically proven to increase the chances of smoking cessation success. For most smokers, 2005 won't be the first year they've tried to quit. The survey of more than 2,000 Americans found that 82 percent of smokers have tried to quit at least once, and one out of five smokers (20 percent) have tried to quit five or more times.
Smokers rate worries about the psychological and behavioral challenges of quitting as high as the physical challenges, like withdrawal symptoms. Nearly equal numbers of smokers worry about fading willpower (72 percent) and finding themselves around people and in places or situations where they'd be tempted to smoke (71 percent), as about cigarette cravings (75 percent) and irritability (73 percent). By providing smokers with individualized tools, tips and information,.

I agree. Long term we are sitting on a gold mine here. As long as they get the goddamn product out there and then start blitzing the market with advertising. They are missing the New Year's resolutions!
I'm shipping a bag to my brother in law in Florida. He wants to quit dipping, so I told him to try this! We'll see what his comments are.

Hey - Entertaining thread here, and a very promising product! Do you think it would be worthwhile to seek out some "smoker's anonymous" type message boards or chats and drop the Nicodrop name? There's bound to be forums for that kind of thing, and they'd be a hotbed of potential consumers! I'm going to purchase some for my mother and a good friend of mine, both trying rather unsuccessfully to quit for some time.
