If you're not in now, it may be too late. If another PR comes out of new marketing, there should be a pop, but otherwise nothing will happen until there are some actual sales figures to chomp on. IMHO. Ed

I'm in. Didn't expect it to drop much and bought in at .027 but I'm still happy. This this has got to be good.
Love to see WallyWorld pick it up. They carry all the other stop smoking aids so maybe......who knows?
I looked on the CVS website and they are not showing it yet as available in the stop smoking aid catagory. Hope they do regular up dates on the site. I'll keep checking and post if I find it.
Hope this stuff taste better than Nicor....tt. I chewed on them for a few months and 'bout wore out a couple of molars.
Wish I'd been on top of this when dadog first posted. Day late/dollar short, that's me.

I'm in to... at .27. Big deal, let this thing go up a penny or down a penny. Just wait until the other 2 distributors are named, it should give us enough of a cushion to relax... then, if the sales are good, this thing most likely will get swallowed up by Glaxo (why not? they can corner the market). Either way, we all retire millionaires in 2 years.

Nicodrops Announces Manufacturing Relationship With Quigley Manufacturing Inc. Thursday December 16, 6:17 pm ET
LA MESA, Calif., Dec. 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Nicodrops, Inc. (Other OTC:NCDP.PK - News), developer of the world's first drug-free, non-nicotine smoking cessation lozenge, today announced a manufacturing relationship with Quigley Manufacturing, Inc. to produce the company's all natural herb lozenge. In addition, Quigley will handle fulfillment and distribution for Nicodrops. ADVERTISEMENT
``We now have in place the ability to meet demand for our nicodrops product in a timely and cost effective fashion with Quigley, an experienced confectionery manufacturing firm that is very familiar with producing similar products,'' said Christopher Calpito, president and CEO of Nicodrops, Inc. ``Quigley understands the fulfillment and distribution process on both a national and worldwide level. Their superior manufacturing expertise will be key for us to launch our product on a major scale.''
Calpito said Nicodrops is positioning the company for success. ``Our company is fully funded at this time, has little overhead, and we believe we can generate profit margins of 60 percent or higher since we have come out of research and development phase and are now aggressively seeking to generate revenues on behalf of our shareholders,'' according to Calpito.

Dakota said it right. If this product works, we are millionaires. This business model is EXTREMELY simple - distribution, advertising, production. That it! And they have 2 out of 3 (the big ads will be coming in 2005 in my opinion once the product is in the stores). That's it. They probably have close to no employees, because everything is outsourced. It's perfect. If it works, they are sitting on a goldmine.

...fully funded at this time, has little overhead...
They dont need cash anymore, no more selling shares now, the only way we can go is up unless MM start playing stupid but I think buying pressure will be too strong.
Even if next weeks are holidays and volume will be slow, I can't wait to see how it's gonna go...I'M holding this one till the big boys come back from vacation mid-january.

It may be a while to see the stuff on the shelves. IMO they have just started mass producing it, and shipping will take time too. BUT, I agree this could be REALLY big. GLTA. Ed

The Green Baron Report has uncovered that Quigley Manufucturing currently manufactures and distributes Cold-Eeze, the lozenge that claims it is “clinically proven to reduce the duration of the common cold” and that product is now selling in stores such as Costco. We are blown away by the possibilities of this relationship, and we are astounded by the profit margin of over 60% that will be generated by Nicodrops.
In our original report, we estimated that Nicodrops could earn over $8 milllion next year in profits and $23 in sales. The Green Baron Report now believes that number can be easily attained, which translates to earnings of nearly .02 per share. At a conservative multiple of only 10 times earnings, we would expect the stock to trade at .20 per share. Remember: NCDP just announced it is fully funded, and has told us they plan to go fully reporting in the near future. We also believe store location announcements have only just started, and to be prepared for many more new store placements over the coming weeks and months. Get ready to rock on this one!!!
August 20, 2004 Quigley to buy manufacturer The Quigley Corp. of Doylestown, Pa., signed an agreement Friday to buy the assets of JOEL Inc., an Food and Drug Administration-approved contract manufacturer of lozenges and other candy food products, for $5.1 million.
Under the terms of the deal, Quigley will pay $4.1 million in cash and $1 million in company stock for the assets that includes the land, buildings, machinery and equipment of two factories, located in Lebanon and Elizabethtown, Pa.
The deal is expected to close on Oct. 1.
JOEL has been the exclusive maker of the Quigley's Cold-Eeze lozenges for cold sufferers since the product was first launched in 1995.
Quigley is exploring whether it will continue manufacturing several other products currently being made by JOEL, including JOEL's line of organic hard candies and lozenges, under the College Farm brand.

We should see lower volume in the next few weeks cause of hollidays but if everything goes as they planned, we could have a good rally by mid-january.

MM playing it to get more cheap IMO. When they upask and downbid at same time you know they dont want to sell but expect people to get scared and dump whatever they have left.

I just dumped for a decent profit. This looks like it could take a while (needed the money for some different plays). Hopefully I can get back in before it takes off, I think we are looking at early to mid January before we see anything big with this (allows them time to get their product in circulation0 but knowing my luck they will announce a deal with wal mart or something and it will shoot up to .45 or something like that. A chance i'll have to take for now.

'bout what I think too. Good post. I really expect it to hit the shelves in lots of places, especially WallyWorld. I'm thinking about getting a few more before the year is out. Think it might hover around these levels .025 - .03 till, like you said mid Jan or there is some great pr. Heck, a dozen boxes in every WallyWorld would put it up over a dime easy.
The green baron has some good info on it and it's one I feel pretty strong about.
