Well as excited as everyone is here about the prospects, and how often there are nay-sayers on here from time to time.. wouldn't it be nice to hear from someone that has seen it on the air? There has to be a way to verify this isn't there? Start caaling people at random in San Fran and ask them to check for us? lol

U4-i am curious as to where you get all your information. you seem to be very knowledgable and do tons of DD on QBID. whether negative or positive, i am sure that people here appreciate all the time you spend on this stock. sometimes it is good to hear BOTH sides of an issue. I currently hold 1.5 million shares and hope for the best.i do not buy into ANY stock without doing my own DD. I hope other people do the same. --jordanreed

For those that think all QBID does is have the Q-Channel Read this:
Look what our QBID also Owns- $10 Million dollar, Liquidation by Satellite, LBS.

ALL-Look what LBS does for our QBID:

News Release: for immediate release TRIANGLE MULTI-MEDIA LIMITED, INC. President announces Acquisition of new company. Palm Springs CA November 20, 2001 - Triangle Multi-Media Limited, Inc. (OTC - QBID) President, Frank Olsen, today announced the acquisition of a company called Liquidation by Satellite, or LBS. LBS is a liquidation company specializing in large inventories of television equipment, heavy machinery, electric equipment, educational materials and other products primarily related to the airline industry. LBS began in 1991 and has continued to do business up to this date. LBS has purchased and resold millions of dollars of merchandise over the past 10 years and, with the help of Triangle Multi-Media Limited over the past 24 months, LBS has helped to open up the California market. With the current downsizing of airlines, there are numerous inventories for sale. There are also numerous customers. LBS has a specialized list of customers developed over the last 10 years that have other uses for airline equipment and this customer list continues to grow. LBS owns Rolling stock and leases warehouses in several areas. When the original founders of LBS sold their interest in 1994, they remained active in consulting and sales. During the year 2001 Triangle Multi-Media has been involved in sales, advertising and marketing for LBS, generating substantial income for QBID. Due to the health concerns of the remaining principals of LBS, they offered as of the first of the year, to sell LBS to Triangle in exchange for stock. Olsen stated, "We are happy to announce that as of today Triangle Multi- Media will be taking over the LBS operation. This will ensure that Triangle will have additional revenue to continue the development of Triangle Television Network". Mr. Olsen stated, "This is a great time to be in the liquidation business. It's all marketing and fits in well under the Triangle umbrella. We believe this acquisition will have a major positive impact on our cash flow. LBS offices will be moved to 1000 East Tahquitz in Palm Springs, but the company will maintain it's independence. We want to thank the previous owners of LBS for the confidence they have shown in Triangle Multi-Media by accepting Triangle stock as payment. This is a great achievement for us and will enable us to continue to put funds into our operation".

December 26, 2001

We are happy to announce that we have completed an agreement with Boeing to liquidate over $10 million dollars worth of new and used merchandise. These items will be sold over the next sixty days, in conjunction with Custom Liquidators. This will result in a sizable cash influx for Triangle Multi-Media over the next six months. We are negotiating several other contracts and are optimistic about continued success.

Thanks Ron! This information needs to be posted twice!

Jordan, I'm not being an ass to you, but nobody here respects U4. He's a babbling idiot who can't back up his claims with proof or DD. Don't be sucked in by his self-important ranting. Beware!

I've been reading the posts for the past 6 months now and have been an investor for the same amount of time.

Just some thoughts...

Its not uncommon for a television station/show to have a 'soft' launch before a full-blown, 'hard' launch. In TV everything that can go wrong will. Technical troubles are going to happen.

U4 is a dandy. While dissenting opinion is fine, his pump 'n' bash rhetoric is tiresome.

In the last few days the information on this board has been incredible. I can't help but think that there is still extreme risk. That said, if the PPS does see a dollar...I will certainly help plan the Vegas trip. I live in Vegas and the Bellagio is right down the street.

I admit that I laughed out loud at the press release this morning. Thought it was a joke!!!

Something interesting, at least to me.

• own 350,000,000 shares, and i will not sell a single shares until the comapny goes live on comcast and time warner. maybe 6 months from now

• in closing i just want to say that i am a 2.5% owner and a fund that I placed the deal with now owns 21%.. We are almost 25% of the comapny and we are all restricted and long. i cant sell for a yr and plan to near .05 (Now, this one appears to contradict his previous statement about holding for "maybe 6 months")

If this is true.

He owns 350M shares and claims that is 2.5% that means there are 14B shares out there. Hrrrm, Is this more or less than expected?

Thanks Winsum for the summary of marc's posts. I also noticed what at first appeared to be an inconsistency.

Do you think the two time frames for selling--6 months and 1 year around .05 could really be the same length of time from two different reference points?

If he sells within 6 months (from this summer/fall) those shares that he will have held for 1 year (tax break), it works out to be the latter six month of his one year ownership.

So, he would be selling after holding for a year.

He obviously posts in a hurry--just hope that he continues with us.

OR?? our Q-Channel Building might look almost like this. IMO 23,000 squar feet. http://www.butlermfg.com/photos/manufacturing.asp
PR says this:

The 20,000 square foot building is 140' X 142' and 67 feet tall. The space and height will enable the network to "fly" the sets, or raise and lower sets as needed. The doors open the total width of the building and are 42 feet tall. The building is fully insulated and can be used to produce live shows once completed.

No need to be defensive, I was (and am) typing with a friendly tone. I'm just letting you know to take U4 with a grain of salt -- a boulder-sized grain of salt. I agree with you about not buying anything without doing your own DD. Just beware that U4 posts many statements as fact when they aren't.

Opposing statements and negative DD are necessary and welcomed, but he's far beyond that. Just be careful. Good Luck w/ Q.

Where is the San Fran viewership? Speculation and hype.. we have an announcement that this is live in San Fran and almost 2 weeks later nobody can verify they have this channel? We have questions about advertisers, yet nobody can tune in the channel in San Fran and tell us who is advertising?

LZguy--been mulling over those statistics, too. I just checked in over at RB and I think they are talking about it as well.

Made me stop and wonder about all of the restricted shares we're hearing about...wondering if there is a reason why Frank turned Marco loose on us..to bump up the pps if some of those shares have been released or will eventually be released... Just a thought, but odd, nonetheless.

Just out of curiosity, who could we contact to see if this is true...make sure there are indeed restricted shares out there...is this even possible?

MARCO ALSO STATED THERE WERE 9B SHARES AS OF THE LAST COUNT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO...THE BOTTOM LINE IS WHAT THE CONTENT OF THE PR'S TO COME IS....IF THERE WERE 9 OR 10B SHARES, DO YOU THINK THIS THING CAN STILL GO TO .05? ABSOLUTELY....I BELIEVE THERE IS A GRANDER PLAN HERE...FRANK WANTS TO HELP THE G&L COMMUNITY MORE THAN JUST BY A TELEVSION NETWORK...I ALSO BELIEVE HE WANTS TO MAKE A LOT OF HIS FELLOW G&L'S RICHER FOR MORE POLITICAL POWER....JUST A THOUGHT...THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX AND JUST DONT' WORRY ABOUT THE NUMBERS...BECAUSE THE MOMENTUM OF THIS BUSINESS WILL CARRY THIS TO TEN CENTS EASILY.

4realguy, do you not recall that Diana had to fly to Palm Springs for us to confirm the Q offices were there? We had only bits and pieces of info until she made the journey.

Those receiving the QTV in SF probably aren't concerned with this board; they could be out working an extra job to buy more Q!

Always, always keep your eyes open, but also remember the purpose of bashers is to seed doubt and anxiety. Don't invest anything that you cannot afford to lose. GLTA Go QBID$$$$$$

If you recall, he took grief back then for wildly absurd statements. One that comes to mind was his resistance statement / $4. Many people jumped on him about misleading newbies.

We did not all love U4 back then. I had my share of disgreements with him then too. He did little of his own DD, he was actually skilled at parrotting other people's DD.

Someone posted before that it was on channel 255 in San Fran. However, RCN confirmed that it's on channel 250 in San Fran. That's where the confusion lies. However, mystery solved.

The hurricane just hit New Orleans yesterday, Sept 15. Seems to be a bit of a discrepency. Pictures of New Orleans on the news and the weather channel over the weekend showed no sign of any activity from Ivan or residual activity from Frances. Sounds too fishy to me.

The official PR says they just had signal problems though, probably due to weather. No specific mention of the hurricane.

The PR states weather related issues, not hurricane. This has already been addressed. You should read the last few pages for details.

Big organizational changes (new company officers) were made the next week. Even though I was on vacation, I did call back after the Fourth to verify the information.

I was immediately connected to a supervisor and got the distinct impression that he was most unhappy with the previous information given to me. I quickly ended the conversation.

I have worried about that young man everyday since I posted his comments. I gave his name. What would you have me do--provide his location too? Get him fired? How would that benefit you?

Even if he was just telling me that as a distasteful joke, I still want no part in causing anyone to lose their job.

Just in case you failed to read my reply to your attack yesterday, I will repost it for you.

For the final time, I posted exactly what was told to me. You can believe whatever makes you feel better.

As I said back then when this happened, I would call out someone who posted things about QBID that were negative, if they were untruthful. I don't direct my thinking towards the positive or the negative. I look for the truth. Its pretty convenient that you never posted on here about calling back and being told differently. I would have gladly apologized if you said, "I called and was told this, but when I called back later I was told this, so I'm not sure." Instead, it was "Q will be carried by Comcast, no questions asked." Never to be followed up, until now with, "Whoops, I was told differently now." How convenient that you choose now to bring that part out, when once again you were called out on it. This is like beating a dead horse, obviously, as of now, they are not on Comcast, and since you said Comcast was carrying them, and neglected to post that you were told differently later on, I'll say it again, that makes you less than honest and no better than the person you called out the other day, which is the only reason I brought this up again. It is ok to admit your wrong. It does not make you lose credibilty. When I innocently have posted something wrong in the past (although I question your motives and how innocently your past untruth was) I have come back on the board and said, "whoops, sorry guys I was wrong." Either way I'm done with this, just remember it next time you want to jump on someone for doing something you yourself have done.

Hi all. I have been lurking on this board since Feb when I first bought QBID. Have been holding long and strong on this one. I live near Ft Lauderdale and was thinking of attending the International Gay and Lesbian Aquatics Championships. I want to see my Q crew at work. If anyone is iterested in finding out who is there, sponsors, crew members, celebs what ever let me know.

TELL ME WHY??? WHY IS IT IMPORTANT??? AGAIN, THIS IS SIMPLY CERTAIN POSTERS TRYING TO DEFAME, DENIGRATE, CREAT DOUBT, DESTROY, AND HELP RUIN QBID.

NO WONDER WHY FRANK HAS HAD SO MUCH DIFFICULTY IN GETTING THIS THING TO GO THE PAST FEW YEARS....SABOTAGE!!!!!!!!

Hi Polly, welcome! I was thinking of going also, but I am working that week. I'd be interested in anything you spot while you're there. You can email me at pharmdman at yahoo dot com. Thanks for the offer.
