Hold definately. The CE mark approval will bring the price up. To where not sure.

Back a week or so ago there was a lot of posts aboutthis stock and now theres nothing. I am curious if anything has changed since those posts that maybe we don't know about.

LBTT is alive and well! There could be a PR out about the S.A. conference that was held Wed., Thurs. & Fri. They weren't showing their Nipple Scope to everyone (because they don't have the CE mark) but they were showing it to a few select companies in private meetings at the conference. Any day now they will have their CE mark from Europe and that should bring the price up to about a nickel. That's what most feel it will reach on the Raging Bull message boards. On RB's message board LBTT has gone over 10,000 messages. The overall opinion will be that it will continue up in price on the following (not necessarilly in this order): CE mark, SDA & FDA approvals, financing, Nipple Scope, First Warning and sales of their new surgical blades. They also have their Ovarian cancer scope they are working on. This company has a lot going for it. Everyone on RB feels this stock will be well over a dollar in a year. That's if everything falls into place. To me this is better than a sure bet! If you sell now before it reaches the dollar plateau like everyone is talking - you could regret it for the rest of you life. You'll keep checking the price watching it go up and up while pulling your hair from your head. This is definitely a LONG term stock to hold onto. imho.

Oops. I hit the wrong key, just call me clumsy. Anyway, fairy tales start out saying
"A long long time ago", and this is a fairy tale stock. Not too long ago, when it was at
.002 a bunch of us kept saying, please buy some shares at this price. As you may have figured out, I tend to buy stocks for the long term. I've noticed that a lot of people sell half their shares when a stock goes up 100%. I do a variation of that. When I buy a stock, such as LBTT, that I think is going to
go up 10,000% or more I've always thought that it was silly to sell when it had only gone up 100%. I wait for it to go up 1,000%,
and then when it looks like it may be slowing
down for awhile, I sell 10%. That way I have my original investment back, + 90% of my shares. I also keep in mind things such as comming anouncements, momentum etc. so I may wait untill it has gone up way past 1,000% and then I have my original investment back +
then some. If anyone bought at .002, the stock has gone up 700%. Some of you might be tempted to sell now. It did go down to the
.06 range from here last week, but instead of
selling all your shares, maybe only sell 30%.
That way, you have doubled your original investment + you still have 70% of your shares. If any news comes out, the stock could take off and that way you will still be
able to participate in its advance. And if doesn't go anywhere, you still have your 100%
gain.

PE stands for stock Price divided by Earnings. Since LBTT so far is trying to get approval to sell its products, it basically has no earnings yet and so it doesn't have a PE ratio. If their breast cancer detection equipment starts selling and if their arthro-
scopic surgical blades start selling, then you could be talking about real money. Of course, you have to take into account the number of shares outstanding that they have.
The pink sheets show 898 million shares, but
in the Raging Bull site a few weeks ago one of the people said that LBTT told him that the actual # of shares outstanding was 300 million. If they earned $3 million/yr, then at 300 mil shares = $.01 earnings/share. At
1 bil shares = $.003 earnings/share. Many companies with growning profits have a PE of
15 to 25. If you average that and say that the company can have a PE of 20 if things work out, then .01x20 = stock price of .20
or if they actually have one billion shares outstanding then .003x20 = .06. So if they do end up eventually making $3 million/year (Or $0.3 million or $30 million) but lets say
$3 million/year, then their stock could be worth $.20 or $.06/share. Either one is higher than its present price of $.014/share
But PE's sometimes go way above a PE of 20. If any good news comes out, such as the CE approval, then their stock could climb towards the $.20 level. Maybe even higher? We can only hope. Would be a nice Christmas present.

Lifeline BioTechnologies Receives CE Mark Certification of Its Duct Scope Product
Tuesday December 9, 9:56 am ET
Initial Sales to Commence First Quarter 2004

RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 2003--Jim Holmes, CEO of Lifeline BioTechnologies Inc. (NQB:LBTT - News) announced that the company has received CE Mark Certification for its Nipple Endoscope(TM) (nipple microendoscope) in Europe. CE Mark Certification is the equivalent of America's FDA approval. Holmes commented that this is the first in a series of the company's products designed to assist in the early detection of certain types of women's cancers.
Jonathan Reeves, vice president of operations who has led this project, attended an international breast cancer symposium in San Antonio, Texas last week. At this symposium, Reeves met with the company's principal investigator in Europe for the Nipple Endoscope(TM), Dr. Kefah Mokbel, and discussed and planned for the introduction of the product in Europe.

Mokbel stated that this technology is welcomed as an important step forward in the management of nipple discharge. The CE Mark Certification means the technology can be widely marketed and used in Europe. The Nipple Endoscope(TM) has great potential in the outpatient setting due to its ease of use for the physician and the patient. This technology should lead to a reduction in the number of unnecessary ductal incision procedures.

Holmes further commented that efforts were underway to establish a distribution network in Europe for the introduction of the Nipple Endoscope(TM). "The obtaining of this CE Mark will allow the company to sell this technology in every country worldwide that requires CE Mark Certification. It is anticipated that sales of this technology will commence in the first quarter of 2004."

At press time, company management was also exploring the possibility of selling the Nipple Endoscope(TM) in the Chinese market, based on its new CE Mark Certification.

Dr. William Reeves, president and founder of Lifeline BioTechnologies, commented, "Now that the CE Mark certificate has been achieved for the Nipple Endoscope(TM), the company will prepare the appropriate information needed for FDA 510K notification for the technology required for the U.S. market."

There is still other huge news to be heard so don't sell out too soon for the quick gain. Long term will make you way more.

We have to look forward to: Financing, SDA approval for First Warning System in China, Shaver Blade sales, Nipplescope Sales, Nipplescope FDA approval (which whould be fasttracked) First Warning System FDA approval (also fast tracked)...amoung a few other things which I have forgotten since I'm so excited!

lol!

Goodluck

LBTT $ 0.028 0.0138 97.18% 20,863,372 Other OTC

THIS HAPPENS QUITE OFTEN WITH THE "SMALLER" STOCKS.

GOOD EXIT TIME IS NOW AS I'M NOT GOING TO BE SURPRIZED TO SEE THIS THING DROP VERY FAST.

OH IF YOUR GUTSY.... IT COULD SHOOT UP 300-500% TODAY.... YOUR MONEY YOUR CALL....

Give it a week or two or a month or two and then let's examine the price again. There are certainly short term gains to be made but 3 months from now I won't be sorry for holding.

I averaged into this puppy @ .00386 (damned Ameritrade, I would have had all of it at .002 but noooo, they had to hold my electronic deposit for 5 working days.) Either way, I'm a happy camper today and looking forward to seeing this company thrive.

DON'T LISTEN TO U4. DO NOT SELL LBTT IT'S A LONG TERM STOCK. THEY HAVE TOO MUCH GOING FOR THEM. IF YOU SELL NOW YOU'LL REGRET IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. DO YOUR OWN DD ON THIS COMPANY AND YOU WILL SEE FOR YOURSELF. IN A YEAR OR TWO THIS COMPANY COULD BE IN THE DOLLARS RANGE.
