Remember people all this will take time, but IMO this is what will happen starting after full Q-Channel launch in October.

3. Mr. Rubenstein is a 72 yrs old and a friend of the family. He is taking us on as one of his smaller clients because he believes the product we have is excellent and the timing could not be better to build the Q Television profile amongst the G & L community. His clients are Lifetime Televisioin, NY Yankees, Sony,...enough said The agency will help brand Q Television Network by using its 50 plus years in the communications industry.

5. Firestone Communications has recently launched their own network. Go look at the carriers they have and their niche. It was a key move for carriage negotiations with their relationships in the industry.
Guys, Mr. Olsen was very clear about all the above. Our conversation lasted about 7 minutes. I have never, I mean never felt better about my investment here. DO NOT let the trash in here where you down. Ask yourself why are they so concerned with Q if they are not shareholders. These guys want you to sell so them can buy your share on dips to flip and cover their short positions.

I think that shows that the Washington Triangle is definitely a different company.
Hey BaxterBessieMama - I converted the document and was able to read it. Quick scan through it provided the following :
- It is a forfeiture notice against Washington Broadcast Management Co., INC former licensee of KBRO AM
- The FCC found against WBM for "willful and repeated violations" of the Communications Act of 1934 (geeze - 1934!)
- They transferred control of the station's license without prior Commission authorization
- They also violated a rule about not having "meaningful managerial and staff presence at the station's main studio"
- The whole transfer of the license issue involves transferring it to Frank Olsen (of triangle broadcasting company) and also mentions Rene Schenk as being triangles comptroller. They also mentioned a office in Palm Springs, CA for triangle.
- They fined WBM 7 grand for not having enough people there and 8 grand for the unauthorized transfer of control to Olsen and Triangle.
- The key person involved from WBM was a guy by the name of Fred Lundgren. He contested this finding against WBM and there are a few paragraphs on what his take of the transfer was and that it really was not a transfer but rather him just stepping down and Olsen taking his position. The FCC stated his argument was not persuasive enough.
- In the end they (the FCC) said that WBM had to forfeit $15,000 for the issues presented in this case
I can paste the whole thing if you want - maybe in two sections or each section gets a msg … anyway that is if you would want that or anyone else for that matter. Total document when converted is 3.5 pages or so.

it was stated last week the move to firestone was probably because of cetrain standards that carries needed that it probably had more to do with types of equipment and the weather thing was a kind way of saying the other company didn't meet the standards needed. as for time warner the contract was signed all that is needed is getting differant franchizes to carry it. also stated a few times was that the a/s increase was for company stability not market dilution. the new catch line needs to be changed to "all we have to do it report" then all the bashers & rumors will end and the pps will show it.

When asked about his network and how the Q signal is recieved by RCN. Here's his answer.
Knowledge is great. He also gave me confidential information of what his network is involved with next. But I'm in a confidentiality agreement with that.

RCN is a cable overview builder that receives a cable networks signal channel Intelsat's satellite and distributes it to its subscribers.
We have made a great deal of progress with our network, we have secured a distribution agreement with one of the largest cable operators and a charter deal with Geico Insurance. I'm starting to guess that we moved the signal to be better prepared for the bigger cable companies. In other words, TW did not recieve the signal good enough to distribute it.
