"Hey whiz kid:
We launched. .. cricket, chirp, cricket ..

What's that? Oh, the PPS skyrocketing - down.

Sell right now folks if you want to save what money you have"

Why would I sell, My investment is still up? Lol...

Also, if we are buying back shares, I'd rather have the pps fall to .0001 to be honest... The more shares we get back now, the better we will be in the end. SO if that takes us going to .002x I will still hold strong... Besides, this company is moving at lightning speeds, our concern right now ISN'T the pps, it's the Network and trying ot make it into a true stand alone Gay Network...

Our pps is still HIGH from our 52 week low of .0001, roughly 4,000%... at one point we were 27,700% up from our 52 week low...

Let's not lose sight of what our company has done and how far they have come...

The hardest part of the race is ALWAYS the last thousand feet...

JBCak47!

Good post. I don't know when you got in but your attitude is good. I'm holding a core position that was bought so low I can't loose which just makes it easy to hold for the inevitable $1 a share.

Yeah, but QTV's site loads faster than all the rest! LOL

Try this one as well.
http://www.triangletelevisionnetwork.com/ (it's outdated)

Actually I've seen worse websites from more established and much bigger companies.

I can't wait to see QTV in an online cable channel line-up (hopefully this week).

That'll be sweet!

Now compare that with http://www.mtv.com/, http://www.bet.com/, http://www.hbo.com/, etc. Notice the difference? QTV looks like it was done by a 12 year old who just learned how to design.

Welcome back JBcak!

It HAS been a long time/no see! Got a little worried about you.

Still thinking about your idea of a QBID travel agency--booking parties all over the world--would be a great spinoff. You know where to find the investors!

Keep dreaming. QBID was a dream, and now.....

The naysayers are scratching for anything to slow this train, but QBID has left the station and picked up it first customers.

Those PR's during the last two weeks are just like the tip of an iceberg. Just imagine what will surface next!

Good to see your , The best is yet to come, please don't do anything to keep you away.

U4....i find it very hard to believe you have the intelegance needed to type, let alone turn on a computer and navagate your way to allstocks. so for the rest of us here at allstocks this is for the person doing these things for you...Please do not allow this young whatever back in here. Please instead buy him some crayons & a coloring book.

1) yes QTN has a long way to go. without at least 1 top 5 carrier making it is not possible. from reading about other start up networks q is about on schedule, maybe a little behind, probably due to the stigma of being a G/L network.
2) most start up networks never get even 1 carrier so Q must have something going for it to get where they are.
3) All info available say the A/S is 50 billion, and the o/s is under 15 billion of which 5 - 6 is restricted for 5 yrs and around 50% is owned by insiders thus leaving 5 - 6 billion in the float. this is a very high float but this is also a start up company that did not have a huge bankroll to begin with. the company has announced twice its plans to buy back shares, the last finally setting a date & amount for the first wave. most pink sheet or penny stocks just do an un-announced r/s as has been seen the last few weeks with a few allstock threads.
4) road to success in business...a)find an untapped market or b) have a product or service that is better then those in the market. know that nothing will go smooth, follow your plan no matter what bad happens, adjusting it as you go. example: Col. Sanders was turned down over 1,000 times before someone agreed his chicken was a hit and giving birth to KFC. frank has had & done all the above

nothing says Q will see $1 pps for sure other good things need to happen but frank has done things that for the most part have q in position to 1 day get there, making mistakes & adjusting allong the way. i know this is long & rambling but I'm just typing out why in my mind i'm holding & aiming to add 300 - 400,000 shares this week and just maybe someone here might find something of interest in this rambling.

I was in a car with two friends leaving Union Station in DC, on our way to a sushi joint in Rosslyn, VA. The subject of stocks came up and I mentioned QBID because I had just doubled up when it went from .0017 to .0032 over the previous few weeks. My two friends were of course interested, so I explained the situation by starting off with "I'm pretty sure this is a scam, but it will probably go up a lot more before tanking." They both bought in at the .004x range and sold for a lot more than that once the delays started. I've since come to the realization that this company isn't a scam, just incompetent.

The post you dug up was me relaying a factual piece of information I received from one of them when they phoned in a buy order. What exactly are you trying to prove with this? I encourage you to find every single post I've ever made on a QBID thread, and challenge my consistency or honesty. I've never once posted a useless bashing post telling anyone to sell. All I've ever done is gather information and post my interpretation.

On the other hand, all you do is post useless drivel that only serves to make you look like even more of a moron with each one. If you dig up every post I've ever made, you'll find a wealth of useful DD and interpretation that reflects my own understanding of the facts. If I dig up every post you've ever made, I'm afraid that all I'll find is worthless wastes of bandwidth.

Bill, please "ramble" on!

All of my life, I have heard that "nothing good comes easy."

That is a saying that I can confirm.
At this point, Frank probably can too!

I am also so glad that I found Alltocks and QBID.

One more corny saying, "The best is yet to come."

PER FRANK OLSEN:

Q-TELEVISION WILL SPEND $370,000 PER MONTH FOR OUTSIDE PROGRAMMING. $200,000 ON PRODUCTION. REDUCED MONTHLY EXPENSE TO $33,000 PER MONTH.

SINCE 2000 QBID HAS DONE NOTTA AND FOR THE CACULATION HEREIN, I'LL LEAVE IT AT THE REDUCED RATE OF $33,000 PER MONTH.

$370,000 + $200,000 = $570,000/MONTH. NOW ADD $33,000 IS $603,000 PER MONTH.

$33,000 PER MONTH SINCE 2000 IS 48 MONTHS TOTAL $1,584,000 TO DATE.

$603,000 TIMES 12 MONTHS IS $7,236,000.

150,000 SUBS AT $7.95/MONTH IS $14,310,000.

RCN GETS 30% TO 50% INDUSTRY AVERAGE FOR THE SIGNAL AND I'LL LOWBALL IT AT 30%. $14,310,000 TIMES 30% IS $4,293,000 LEAVING $10,017,000.

$10,017,000 MINUS OPERATING EXPENSES ($7,236,000) EQUALS $2,781,000.

$2,781,000 NET PROFIT.

FRANK TELLS US HE HAS SECURED FINANCING TO GUARANTEE 5-YEARS BROADCAST. FOLLOWED UP BY HE HAS HEDGE FUNDS GIVING HIM A "LOAN" OF $2 MILLION DOLLARS TO SECURE THE FIRST YEAR OF BROADCAST.

WELL WAIT. HOW DOES $2 MILLION DOLLARS SECURE THE FIRST YEAR BROADCAST WHEN BY FRANKS OWN NUMBERS, THE COST IS:

$370,000 + $200,000 = $570,000/MONTH. NOW ADD $33,000 IS $603,000 PER MONTH IS $603,000 TIMES 12 MONTHS IS $7,236,000. BUT WAIT FRANK, HOW DID YOU SECURE THE FIRST YEAR BROADCAST ($2-MILLION) WHEN YOUR OPERATING EXPENSES ARE $7,236,000 (SEVEN MILLION).

SO IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO RUN YOUR STATION ON $2 MILLION DOLLARS FOR THE FIRST YEAR. LET ALONE YOUR 5-YEAR BROADCAST.

SO FOR THE SAKE OF MATH.

IF 2 YEARS OF FINANCING TO SECURE 1-YEAR OF BROADCAST IS $2 MILLION DOLLARS. YOU TOLD US YOU SECURED 5-YEARS OF BROADCAST SO WE HAVE TO ASSUME THAT 5-YEARS TIMES $2-MILLION PER YEAR IS $10,000,000. NOW WE HAVE 5-YEARS AND THEN YOU ANNOUNCES YOU HAVE 1-YEAR FINANCING BROADCAST SECURED SO THAT TOTALS 6-YEARS AT $12,000,000 (TWELVE-MILLION DOLLARS).

SO $12,000,000 IN LOANS WITH BUSINESS LOANS GENERAL FOR 10-YEAR PERIOD MEANS YOU HAVE A MONTHLY PAYMENT OF $145,593.11 AT 8% OR $1,747,117.32 PER YEAR. NOW ADD THAT TO YOUR MONTHLY OPERATING EXPENSES WHICH IS $603,000 PER MONTH GIVING US A TRUE OPERATING EXPENSE OF $748,000 OR $8,983,116 PER YEAR BRINGING OUR NET INCOME TO:

GROSS: $14,310,000
RCN: $4,293,000
__________________________

$10,013,000

EXPENSES: $8,983,116

NET PROFIT: $1,033,882 (71-BILLION SHARES)

THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE $33,000 PER MONTH OR $1,584,000 IN FUNDS THAT HAVE MAKE FRANKS OFFICE RENT PAYMENT, ELECTRIC, FED HIM AND HIS STAFF FOR THE PAST 4-YEARS. WHERE DID $1,584,000 COME FROM WHEN THERE IS ABSOLUTELY ZERO INCOME FOR QBID FOR THE PAST 4-YEARS AND TO DATE THERE IS NOT A SINGLE SOURCE OF INCOME.

SO ON THIS $1-MILLION DOLLAR PLUS IN NET INCOME, FRANK TELLS US THAT INDUSTRY INSIDERS CLAIM QBID TO BE WORTH $1-BILLION DOLLARS.

I WAS ON THE GOLF COURSE WHEN A FROG SAID "RIBBIT 9-IRON". I PULLED THE 9-IRON AND THE BALL WENT RIGHT IN.

THE NEXT HOLE, A FROG SAID "RIBBIT 7-IRON". I PULLED THE 7-IRON AND THE BALL WENT RIGHT IN.

I PICKED UP THIS FROG AND ASKED HIM IF HE WAS ACTUALLY TALKING TO ME "RIBBIT, YES I AM" HE SAID.

AT THE END OF THE 18TH, HE SAID TO ME "RIBBIT, TAKE ME TO THE BAR" SO I TOOK HIM TO THE BAR WITH ME.

AT THE BAR HE SAID "RIBBIT, I WANT A SCOTCH AND SODA" SO I ORDERED HIM A SCOTCH AND SODA.

HE THEN TOLD ME "RIBBIT, TAKE ME TO YOUR PLACE" AND I WENT HOME WITH HIM.

HE THEN SAID "RIBBIT, KISS ME AND I'LL TURN INTO A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN" AND I KISSED HIM AND HE TURNED INTO A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN.

AND THAT YOUR HONOR IS HOW THE 14-YEAR OLD ENDED UP IN MY HOTEL ROOM.

FRANK OLSEN <HICCUP.....BURP>

U please dial 1-800-688-9889--Federal Information Center. They can connect you with the Agriculture Department of Animal & Plant Health Inspection Service for your "frog" problem.

Then.....be good to yourself. Call your local mental health agency.

No prob, Mrs. Deg. I said I hate new threads because of the confusion. The old one WAS reaching the end of its life-span, so I guess it's better to start a new one before posts start getting lost on the old one. Ya done good. Thanks.

Change is hard. I'll try to cope.

Possibly ten cents by december...

Again, Viacomm said an operating G/L Network would be worth 1 billion dollars...

Even with an O/S OF 10 Billion shares, we'd be worth a dime, as per viacom.

We need to be FULLY operational, and we AREN'T, Y E T

We are doing the MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT, acquiring VIDEOS.... Programs are what makes a Network valuable, as your programs bring in viewers which are needed by the sponsors who give you money for commercials...

OUR WHOLE NETWORK WILL BE DEPENDANT UPON ONE MAIN ASPECT: Programming Selection...

So far we are doing really well... 40+ documentaries on Gay celeberties News, ect...

Do I think we will see a dime by december? I am not sure, however if you look at the 'Q' on paper, it says we should be able to support that.
