Well, I'm sorry I butted in to your guys posts, but I was wondering about this and couldn't help my self when you guys bought it up. (Whether this stock is a scam or not we will all find out before its all over.) I'm playing to the end simply because this all fasinates me! I am curious about this report, what did it was I couldn't look it up at Nasdaq Trader. Where it referenced to. Sorry again for butting in here though. You guys take care! I'm tired!!! Good Night!!!

Geez Smoke! I don't know anymore about it than you do. I got in an email, didn't understand what it was or which dividend it referred to. Took a couple of guesses, reread it, saw the 8/31 record and figured it had to do with the payment of the CIM dividend. If that's a PR then I'm an astronaut.

No wonder Wall St. Wally's gettin' stressed. Anyone remember when those huge blocks were going thru and Wally said he got some .0001 shares from connections? The reason I brought this up was I saw an article in a magazine about the Hells Angels and how they are manipulating the Canadian Diamond Industry. However on the surface it does not seem like this is happening with CMKX, but with the lack of forthright information and UC's background as a prison officer, it would make him an ideal candidate to have the connections to some of the shadier characters in Canada. There is that much hype around this stock, they would have to be blind and deaf to not know about it. You can bet they will want a piece of the pie at some point. It may be in UC's best interests to work with them. Just a thought.

I really don't think Urban needs any help manipulating. lol He does need help learning how to mine tho. IMO with 22 family members that's enough people to park themselves in each of these forums and pump the heck out of this stock and we wouldn't have the slightest idea. The way Urban has been promoting I would bet he thought of it & his family is doing it. I know they read these boards. But if only 1 or 2 of the "family" is keeping up on all of them that wouldn't be effective but to have each forum individually covered - 1 for each forum... hhmmmm. Why I think this is because each forum has at least 1 person that is sooooooo devoted.

Ok, here is a quick run down of my day at the races. First of all, I understand that this would and should be classified as a race rumor to each and everyone of you. You guys do not have a clue who I am and therefore I understand if you take what I say with a grain of salt. Hopefully over the next few days, several others will confirm my experience. I am going to try and remember what was said to me as well as several other shareholders as we listened to Ed Donough (sp) speak regarding upcoming events with UCAD and CMKX. This is in no particular order, just things that come to mind that was told while I was present. I was only present probably an hour due to my 9 year old son being bored and wanting to watch the race cars.
Ed talked at length about the activities that are taking place in Ecudor (sp?). He said this was beneficial to CMKX; however, not exactly what I was there to hear.
He stated that Roger Glenn is CMKX coporate attorney and he is working diliegently to make CMKX fully reporting. He stated that they are making every effort to have us reporting bt the Las Vegas party. Roger Glenn will be present at the party as well. Furthermore, the governor of Nevada, a senator from the state, the founder of Pizza Hut/Blockbuster Video, and some other VIPs will be present as well. The party is expected to be huge and they have already spent $80,000 on the food.
Ed stated that there are large investors that are very interested in CMKX. He stated that they will not touch a non reporting company. He stated that with CMKX fully reporting and a massive buy pressure, this is what would cause the shorts to cover. Once again, they did not say that they would be reporting by the party; however, they are doing everything they can to become fully reporting by the party. Ed also stated that there are alot of positive things taking place in Canada that have not been made public.
As I was standing there, Ed received a phone call. This reportedly from a potential investor. A short time later, an individual arrived at the tent. I was told that it was the vice president of Corning, a huge corproration. I beleived that this has been confirmed.
I have been long on CMKX; however, I have had my bad days regarding the outcome of this company. Todays experience has changed all of that. I am more convinced than every that this is the stock play of a lifetime.

A few months ago I said that when we see daily volume drop to the lower millions that that would be a turning point. I am thinking we are getting near. Now I am looking for the second PR; right after the first (IPO, Reporting, etc)that says Several large investors (solid big board guys) have joined our board and will be providing $gazillions. This solves two of the biggest problems all of us have discussed here MANAGEMENT & FUNDING. This may come rather soon, if Canada is what everyone thinks it is. VAN

stock play of a lifetime...a few math problems with this
800 billion shares divided by days in a yr (365) equals 2.2 billion $'s of diamonds mined per day to get $1 of diamonds per share per yr. now the pps will not be based totally on this but look at other mining companies, large up & running companies their pps is based more on yearly income then total claim value. CMKM Diamonds, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CMKX) has received all necessary drilling permits and Surface Exploration Permits to mobilize its drilling equipment to a new site located approximately 5 miles northwest of Kensington-DeBeers Kimberlite 122 and 6 1/2 miles northwest of Shore Gold Inc.'s Star Diamond Project in the Forte a La Corne, Saskatchewan. The drill site partnership includes Shane Resources (SEI.H-)CDNX, United Carina Resources Corp. (UCA.)CDNX, Consolidated Pine Channel Gold Corp. (KPG) CDNX, and U.S. Canadian Minerals, Inc. UCAD. All the partners shall have representation at the drill site at time of drilling.
cmkx doesn't own 100% of anything. since this pr we need to add sggm. they may be the lead partner but that doesn't equate into pps. anything is possible and with shares given in differant companies it helps but to be the stock play of a lifetime i'm guessing but 100 million shares minimium would need to be owned to be life changing. 1 million shares may one day make a nice profit but not life changing.

Again you try your hardest to discredit this company to me and others. Why are you so involved in this thread? It isn't about discussing the events as your words resonate your deeper meanings with this stock.
The harder you try Wally, the more and more confidant that CMKX is worth much more than it is now. The more your try and steer me or others away, and that is what you are doing by trying to post your opinions, which are that this stock is misleading people and can not be trusted in any way or degree.

Again, This has nothing to do with me and you, this has to do with you presenting your opinion of CMKX and myself presenting MY OPINION of CMKX.
Let us look at the facts:
FACT:
Who is Wallace? We don't know. Someone who posts on an Internet Message Board called Allstocks.com. This person considers CMKX a scam yet has presented no information to back that claim up. He insits he is trying to 'help' new investors out.
Who is Roger Glenn: He worked as a lawyer in the public field, at the Securities and Exchange Commission, then went to the provate sector where he has continued to build his business as a lawyer, handling MEGA-MILLION dollar deals... Currently CMKX Diamonds has hired him to be their legal consule.
Who is Wallace#1? I am not sure...
Who is Urban Casavant? He is the owner of CMKX Diamonds, which holds some of the largest claims in Saskatchawan, Canada. Currently CMKX Diamonds has completed an aerial survey of all their lands, PLUS adjancent lands...
FYI, Debeer's holds a measily 55k acres of land, directly in the middle of our cliam area, that is worth 40-50 BILLION US DOLLARS...
Who is Wallace#1? He claims to be an older man, in his 70's...
Who is UCAD? United Canadian Minerals is a JV mining company that has linked with CMKX Diamonds in order to help recover many of the minerals and wealth on CMKX's property. UCAD has given us cash, stock and an advance knowledge of mining in exchange for a percentage of our mineral rights.
We are also getting a dividend of UCAD...
I can go on, and on, and on... But I won't.
My point is that someone 'outthere' is trying VERY HARD to show the negatives of CMKX.
Ask why they would try and do this? I am not trying to fight, in fact I haven't said ANYTHING remotely as mean or cynical.
I am presenting my opinion of Wallace#1 in regards to his stance and opinion of CMKX Diamonds.
He says it is 'wrong' that I said he has been here daily for three months... Okay how about ALMOST DAILY for two and a half months?
Because I can dig up posts going back to the first week of July Wallace#1, with your name on it. Today is September 26th, The first week of July makes it 10 weeks. OR TWO AND ONE HALF MONTHS of ALMOST DAILY posting. Or am I still 'wrong' on that point?
Notice how CMKX Diamonds has taken in MILLIONS of DOLLARS in the past six weeks, WHICH FOR A PINK SHEET IS INCREDIBLE, YET all someone asks is "Where did this money come from?" Always negative. I have YET to see a positive post in regards to the company. Even in light of CMKX Diamonds getting cash and stock...

It is easy to rag a company. I could even rag microsoft. Someone has a new product, or they will be divided in anti-trust, or the European Union refuses their operating system.
I can think of a hundred ways CMKX could fail, but pessimism doesn't destroy overcomers. Often it motivates them more.CMKX I believe is a winner.

I don't have much time to read Allstock threads as it is so when I have to read through the hyperbole you 2 post about each other it frustrates me to no end.
Wallace#1 you are always so negative about this stock that I bet if the company came out with a PR stating that they hit diamonds and their total valuation was $100billion you'd still say it was a scam. JBCak you are always so positive about this stock that I bet if the company came out with a PR stating that they were bankrupt and their land was valued at only $4.27 (enough for a BigMac combo) you'd say it was just a ploy by the company to expose the naked shorting McDonalds was doing with CMKX stock.
Wallace with you being so negative and with JBCak being so positve it makes you wonder if maybe you are the same person. Now wouldn't that be the biggest news this thread has seen in awhile.

Yes, I am PRO-CMKX however I understand that there is a rather large risk involved with pink sheets. I wouldn't say what you wrote if CMKX went bankrupt... All I have said is that doesn't it seem odd to find the same people posting about a stock they don't own? That's all...

Here are some 'facts'.
No one REALLY know's Wallace...
People have met Urban and Roger Glenn. They are REAL people. They have REAL jobs and are working to make their REAL company a success...
Currently our PPS is between 300% - 400% higher then our 52 week low of .0001 and hit a high of 1200% back in June, simply on NEWS! It still has held at between 300% and 400% of it's run up to 1200%
I am not a Pumper... however I am a shareholder... Something that I know a few posters here can't call themselves... Yet they are here.
Remember, BASHERS ONLY BASH A STOCK THAT IS WORTHWHILE...
