No offense taken, noahltl. As a matter of fact, I didn't even read it that way. Assumed you wouldn't make fun of any handicap.

At least this part may not be far from the truth.

You can't inform the shareholders without informing the MM's and the competition.

That might be. To admit you're ok with being confused, and even think it's a good thing is unbelievable. Most of these wild theorist believe in some rediculous premise, but to say it's a good thing to be purposely confused by the company is a little too much for me. Most of the longs here believe they made an educated investment, they list, the amount of acres claimed, the potential for diamonds, RG, NSS theory, but to make an investment because being confuused is good, sorry, can't buy into that.
Back to, "he's dead Jim, he's dead.
Oh! That's ok, he only dead, he'll be ok. Dead is a good thing.

Well what this tell's me is D.R.G. could be floating like a butterfly and just might be getting ready to sting like a bee (rumble young man rumble). If this is just a game U.C. is playing it's either going to end up good, bad, or ugly. But so far it has been a game. From "Don't believe it unless it's in a pr" to "You should see what's on my desk".So I'm thinking planed.Didn't say master planed. But planed.Really we are where we were but basically with a 12 day furlough.Court adjourned.

Sorry, noah, I don't get it, and don't buy into it.
I know you did not buy because of the NSS, but now I'm sure the theorist will move the "squeeze of the century", from 8/20 to 9/24, from 9/24 to 10/6. Now I would say 10/6, unless changed, is the real "squeeze of the century", checkmate date.

Why is it that the theory of Urban selling 800 billion/1.6 trillion shares to line his own pocket so hard to accept? Then he pulls a few maneuvers to make things look good, and pays Mr. Glenn a handsome sum to legalize everything. This is a very simple theory, it ties everything together, and it fits Urbans profile. Why is this so hard to believe?

There is a difference in being uninformed and confused. I own some stock in Northfield Laboratories who is finishing up on testing of a blood substitute. I don't see their tests results yet. I don't know what their attorney is doing with the FDA. When they dumped a bunch of shares in the market, I didn't moan and groan, because I knew it would be ok. Turns out they bought a bunch of manufacturing equipment so they could be ready on approval. I didn't run around questioning them with other shareholders. I didn't scream for a PR. I just waited to see why they did it. And when they sold a bunch more shares, the PPS dropped 8.00. But I didn't sell. And I won't because I trust the company, after doing my DD.

It's not difficult to believe at all. You could expand it further and make it just as juicy as the Sterlings, Dr D's do with the positive spin. (Notice I took Zen off the list). Now what if, a guy had a company, issued a trillion shares, used the cash from the shares sold for his own personal gain. Had control of another company, through sweetheart deals to the other company he controlled, he sihpons off the assets, (valuable claims), to that company leaving the original trillion share company worthless. One day he says, well folks, we tried hard, it didn't work, BK, padlocks. game, set, match, check, checkmate, FINISHED, thank you for your support.

But that's just the point, there's nothing to expand upon. It's clean, it's simple, and it fits. The problem is that people don't want to hear it, thats why all of these wild theories are spun and latched on to.

I mean Will...Upside...longer shots than CMKX has come through before. If you follow horseracing, a 50:1 screws up your exacta sometimes.I mean DA Bears beat the Packers just last week after coach Smith called his shot.By the way,Upman who ya like with G.B. & the other "horse" team this week? Two good Q.B.'s.

Up, it's hard to believe because there is no evidence of it. Can you produce any? I'll be happy to look at it and reasses my opion. I think the OS is "0". Why is that hard for you to accept. Buying back all the naked shorts at .0001 after selling shares for .05 to .000?. That better fits what Urban is best known for. He is one of the most recognized men in the stock trading world right now. If he has pulled anything, there is no place he can hide. I can guarantee you that the last place a former prison guard wants to go is prison.

Then you can thank God you haven't invested $10,000, $20,000, $30,000 +, in this little venture. Your theory is closer to being right, reasonable, and much more acceptable then the ones the big investors belive in. What is unbievable is that everytime one of their predictions for this, that, or the thing happening comes and goes without "it" ocurring, they move the date, or come up with a new theory. There have been so many promises, predictions, happenings that were suppose to happen and didn't, and they are conveniently forgotten, burried, and never talked about again.

No, there is no evidence of it nor is there evidence of a naked short other than rumor and comments by Melvin. It fits a pattern though. Re-read the two lawsuits Urban was involved in a few years back. There were allegations in both cases of stock manipulation on both Urbans and his partners part. Is it easier to believe that this particular leopard has changed his spots or could history be repeating itself? I'm sorry, but to believe that a stock with 800 billion to 1.6 trillion shares issued has a float of 0 is ridiculous. There is no need to buy back any shares or gain a controlling interest. Who's going to buy up a majority interest with that many outstanding? My belief is that the float is darn near 100% of the outstanding. If he has in fact been lining his pocket through share dumping all along, he's a very rich man, why would he care if he loses his company? Speaking of being a rich man, look at his lifestyle. Never been with a solid money making company his whole life (as far as I know) but all of a sudden, he can afford funny cars, trucks, bikes, lavish mobile homes, etc. Come on, look at what's staring you in the face. At least think about it.

Highwaychild, Indy's gonna win and probably win big and I'm gonna hate every minute of it.

Once again UP, where are you getting that OS from. The only place it has been put out from is the OTC BB, whose information was proven wrong today. And I haven't seen anything that says Urban was found chargeable in those cases. I've been sued a bunch of times as a police officer, and a couple as a business man. But I was never found guilty of anything because I didn't do anything wrong.

I'm using the known share distribution amount and the reported dividend payout percentages. Let's assume it's only 400 billion, would you agree it's at least that? It still has no effect on what I posted.

Noah, they are selling hundreds of billions of shares of CMKX stock...it's right on the doggone charts man....

the NSS thing is PLAUSIBLE DENIAL, come on...

as far as the UCAD shares everybody is selling? that don't make NO sense dude, the volume is 19K today.....just the same as the 20 day MA and the 60day moving average...

isn't it just possible that there are dozens of people that are collaborating on the lies? could that possibly be prosecutable under RICOH?

ten people in different states all telling the same fake stories???

I can't agree on any OS UP, because the distribution amount and divy payout are now suspect. They have no credibity after todays actions and PR. It's back to square one on the OS. Nobody knows anything now. I can agree that there is a substantial number of shareholders, but I don't know if they are legitimate shares or not. No one can.

How do know that there are no NSS sales / buys? Just saying it isn't plausible doesn't prove anything. If there weren't any naked shorting going on, why did the SEC find it necessary to issue new regs? Come on, you know it's been a problem, and there wasn't a more likely target for it a few months ago.

A trillion shares naked shorted? At a generous 3 billion a day, that's almost a year and a half worth of trading days with nothing but short sales going through. Doesn't seem possible to me unless this has been building up for a very long time.

Well said Upside!! Urban does have the experience and track record. I wish I would have found those court records before I invested in this stock. I would NOT have bought in.
