ok...reading the SGGM venture.....
200 billion shares of a comapany with a .10 PPS looks nice....
BUT...
the 60 day avge prices is only .0052$
and that is with a 60day avge volume of 11,388 shares.....

these are more restricted shares...don't start counting your dollars just yet....

i hope the drilling pulls up some diamonds this time...
good luck...

Old news, but telling.

Gold reserves located by St. George Metals - Alloying & Precious Metals
American Metal Market, March 7, 1991 by Christopher Munford

Gold reserves located by St. George Metals

NEW YORK -- St. George Metals Inc., Houston, said it has located new gold reserves at he previously worked Dean mine in Nevada.

Announcement of the find would seem to run counter to a decision last month by Reynolds Metals Co., Richmond, Va., to pull out of a joint exploration program with St. George. Reynolds said it was terminating its joint-venture agreement because no proven gold reserves had been located.

An idenpendent consulting firm recently identified one ore zone at the site as containing 6,300 tons of proven reserves grading 0.9 ounce of gold per ton on an average, the company said.

St. George and Reynolds had been exploring the site for several years by means of bulk sampling and surface drilling. Underground work has included reopening old adits and reworking closed haulage drifts.

The company said it is currently considering construction of a pilot ore processing facility at the property and is considering additional financing measures, including a search for a new partner.

Glass, I used to think you were a basher but not anymore. More than once you have shaken us back into the real world. Thanks. However, don't burst too many of our baloons.

New information at the drill site. Diamondiferous called by the drillers, not the geologist yet.

To burst a bubble, it is incorrect to put value on 200 billion shares of restricted stock in GSSM stock according to it's PPS as today. When those 200 billion shares eventually become unrestricted, they total float of GSSM is will be a lot higher, and therefore the price will be a lot lower. Too many dividends, and not enough diamonds. Still waiting patiently though with close to 20M. Patience is the key here.

I think this is the key line of the PR

There is no guarantee that further exploration or drilling will produce any economic benefit to the company or the shareholders of the company.

Hi Glassman, I totally agree with you on this point. But even at .0052 it comes out to $1 Billion dollars for 5%. Ultimately it will be diamonds and fully reporting that gives lasting value. I do hold that it is is naked shorted and expect that the value is much higher than .0003 or .0004. Time will tell. I can wait.

Roger is putting something together ultimately. I don't know what it is but it may take selling part of our claims to get to a freely traded stock at a proper valuation. Part of that has to include CMKX disclosing much of what isn't public knowledge now. The other part will probably include a reason to use the element of surprise.

Noah-I don't think UC will be at the races in Indy. You could avoid the hassle of travel over the weekend if that was your sole reason for going.

Ucad paid 3 million for 2% interest! Plus has a one year option to purchase 10% more for 15 million!
Source ht tp://www.pinksheets.com/quote/news.jsp?url=fis_story.asp%3Ftextpath%3DCOMTEX%5Cbw%5C2004%5C07%5C28%5C40513470.html%26clientid%3D168%26provider%3DBUSINESS_WIRE&symbol=UCAD

So actually when you do the math the company has a value of 150 million! Now a company is going to purchase 5% of the claims for $10 miilion plus a bunch of worthless stock!
So now I'd say the value is about 200 million!!

Plus where did this company get the money to purchase the rights. 10 million is alot of cash for a company with no history of revenue!!

After the 200 billion shares get diluted on the market you will have another .0001 stock to BUY!!

JUST MY TAKE ON THE SITIUATION!!

I think the sec should investigate all of these deals! Now cmkx works with UCAD, SGGM, and GEMM! Looks to me like they issue PR's announcing dividends of these wothless companies just to keep the price from going back to .0001 so they can dump the rest of the shares on the market for a better price!
UCAD, SGGM, AND GEMM have little history of producing any revenue!!
So WHY all of a sudden are all these companies coming up with money to do all this? My take is its all one company!

When all said and done shareholders of cmkx will have stock in 3 or 4 different companies with TRILLIONS of shares between them

Their history did not include Roger. It's that simple.
