Reverse stock split - Common Shares Outstanding On May 22, 2003, the Company affected a one-for-two-hundred reverse stock split of its outstanding common stock. During this time, the trading symbol was changed to LBTT while the Company’s name remains the same.
The primary reasons for the reverse split was to reduce the outstanding shares in the public float, and to increase the low market price of the stock. Although management had achieved meaningful progress and had updated the public through press releases, the price of the shares had failed to respond favorably. The increase in outstanding shares over the past three years is the result of financing of Company operations through the raising of funds from the public. Management also believes that another contributing factor to the weak stock price is Naked Short Selling (NSS).
The Depository Trust Corporation (DTC), a national clearing company for publicly traded shares of stock that also represents the brokerage firm, is responsible for all shareholder account settlements. Brokerage firms have the legal right to loan your shares to other brokerage firms without your permission. However, there are current allegations being made that DTC has not been diligent in requiring settlements between brokerage firms. As a result, brokerage firms can have a shortage in stocks that they have loaned to other brokerage firms to sell, i.e. Naked Short Selling. This type of illegal loan transaction can go on for virtually indeterminate periods of time and has a net affect of depressing the stock price. Currently, nothing of consequence is being done by the government to curb this fraudulent activity.
Therefore, to reduce prospects of NSS, the Lifeline Biotechnologies Board of Directors is urging shareholders to take physical possession of their Lifeline shares in certificate form. If you elect to keep your shares with your broker, we urge you to send a letter to your brokerage firm and instruct them not to loan your shares without your written consent.
On May 07, Lifeline issued a press release titled “Lifeline announces reverse split of outstanding common shares”. In this press release shareholders were instructed to exchange their certificate. Shareholders not making such an exchange by July 15, 2003, thereafter and until the exchange was made, would not be entitled to any voting rights or dividends which might become available. Further, it requested and urged shareholders gain and retain physical possession of their Lifeline shares.

Article mentions that part of this documentary been presented to outside people, even cable companies reps etc. So I assume that it must be may this year at the earliest and New Orleans convention.

Does it concern anyone else that the Fall programming schedule is still not on the website? No matter what the problem is with announcing carriers, there is no reason (unless the webmaster is using one of those IBZT keyboards) that this info is not on the site.

Any company that has more than 500 shareholders and $10 million in assets is required to file annual and quarterly reports with the SEC.
These reports are integral to any investment decision since they contain information about the company, its management, its products, and audited financial statements. It started popping different pages. Too fast to keep track. I unplugged my DSL and had to reboot. I hit the link again and did the same thing. I also went to the www.qtelevision.com. That seemed to work fine.

it must be something with your system, ff. kbpkt's link won't work because of the trailing period, but your system shouldn't shut down over it. all you have to do is remove the last period. if not, your browser should just tell you that the site doesn't exist. good luck with it!
