that's B.S. and you know it. It is going down because the mm's are shorting it. The longs are staying put. there is no reason for it to go down. Everything is in place. The MM's are loading up until this stock takes off. That is when they make their killing. So we have no choice but to sit tight and listen to the bashers until they time comes for MM's to make their big money.

Very good points Winsum! I totally agree!

I found this on Superpages.com, but I don't know if it's the new office:

Q-Tv Inc
104 East 25th Street Floor 12, New York, NY 10010
(212) 328-1696

I called the number, but I received a recording saying it "is not in service". I don't know if that means it hasn't been activated yet, or it's disconnected. However, when they're disconnected the message usually says "no longer in service".

Diana, on superpages I searched "Q Television" and that's what came up. It was the only hit, so I tried it. I don't know if it's Q's or not, but without a working phone number, there is no way to tell. Unless one of our NY friends would like to journey to that address and see what's up!!!

So that means the NY "sales office" is just like the Q's signal. It's anonymous, unseen, and unable to be verified.

" We have opened an office in New York City and now have sales representation in the major advertising center in the US. Advertiser sales have begun..."

It must be door-to-door sales, because they apparently have no phones.

Man, I'm starting to wonder if FRANK is the one shorting this stock...

Good work, Winsum! It looks like we have a 'phantom' office in NY.

"Our sales and marketing efforts are reality. We have opened an office in New York City and now have sales representation in the major advertising center in the US. Advertiser sales have begun and response to date has been extremely encouraging."

I called directory assistance on the assumption that the website searchable may not be real-time updated and still no listing for any variation of Q or Triangle. So, we have an office that NOBODY can reach since it's not listed? Ok, not to mention that in the hotline message from June 25, the scheduled opening date of the New York office is August 1st. This might be why there's no listing, but why does that PR say 'opened' -- past tense?

I'm going to email Q about it, but I'm still waiting on my last email response. I won't be holding my breath on this end.

I hate being fed a spoonful of sh\t and told that it's pâté!

FRANK, SEND US A LITTLE NUGGET -- WHERE'S THE PR?

Anyone want to call & confirm this one for me? I'm holding and adding either way!

I spoke to a rep from TNN/QBID and was told that news was coming out soon. He would not elaborate, but he assured me that good news was coming. Not pumping this company, but it looks legit and the reward far outways the risk. Call the comapany yourseles and see if they will give you more info. The contact number is
(760) 322-1217. Good luck!

An easy 23% gain for those who buy now @.0066.

1Big, I believe that you were told that, but I don't necessarily believe that they'll do it. They've been parrotting that same stuff for months now.

But I agree, the possibilities far outweight the risk right now. But I'm not happy about the lack of info.

OK, to pass the time, let's have like an office pool.

What do you think will be discovered first?

1. Q's signal and NY sales office

2. CMKX's diamonds

3. My self respect as a shrewd "investor"

I opt for #4- Realizing he has lost all self respect, Frank is found with a garden rake and a sand-box bucket sifting for diamonds on CMKX's property to fund QTV's ongoing ficad.

HA. This might make you laugh.

ON JUNE 30TH I SENT AN EMAIL TO FRANK AFTER HE SUGGESTED WE DO. I SIMPLY SAID HOW HIGHLY PEOPLE THINK OF HIM, HOW WELL THEY ARE DOING, AND HOW I HOPE THEY SUCCEED. I ALSO ASKED 3 GENERAL QUESTIONS.
1. How many employees are there?
2. Is the website going to be revamped?
3. Can I look forward to a financial report in the near future?

I JUST RECIEVED A RESPONSE. I must add I was a bit excited seeing info@qtelevision.com as the sender. Anyway heres the response.

Kevin offered an interesting explanation earlier today:

In regards to the question about the 2 companies having matching P/R's would be this statement in the p/r's:

"Furthermore, a coalition of companies is considering other alternatives to aggressively combat this illegal activity."

Thus several companies are working together on the problem (saving resource and working together) - since the problem of Naked Short Selling problem exists with many companies...

LBTT -- Lifeline BioTechnologies, Inc.
Com ($0.001)

Company News and Press Releases From Other Sources:

Lifeline Biotechnologies States There is No Business or Economic Reason for Recent Share Value Decline

RENO, Nev., May 10, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Jim Holmes, CEO of Lifeline Biotechnologies, Inc., (OTC:LBTT) responding to inquiries by shareholders, advised today that management of the Company knows of no valid business or economic reason for the recent decline in the per share price of the Company's common stock.
Holmes went on to say, "All markets suffer from volatility, and this is especially true on the Pink Sheets. Our stock has had a long steady climb over the past year with a number of peaks and valleys in between. As most of our investors are aware, Lifeline has been a long time target of short sellers, including large volumes of illegal naked short selling, which over the long haul has been a major contributor as a depressant on the price of our shares. However, also over this period, we have announced some of the most significant achievements in our history, and we believe these bear, to a great degree, in the growth of our share value.

"It was our expectation that our problems with the short sellers would be reduced, and eventually eliminated, when the SEC and NASD issued new rules and regulations to block illegal activities within short selling. It would appear, however, that as of yet these rules have not been effective, because the short abuses have not stopped. As a matter of fact, it appears in some respect they have only gotten worse. For the past three weeks market makers who appear to be most exposed by the short positions in Lifeline stock have extended their illegal activities to selectively excluding the processing of large purchase orders for our stock. We are currently reviewing with legal counsel the steps we can take to deal with these latest activities."

Holmes continued, "By way of review, I would like to reiterate some the major accomplishments that we have communicated to the financial community over the past six months. These include:
