I think that it is setting up for a good run. I would find it hard for anyone to dump this with great lingering news. But what it shows me the most is that this company has been pretty true to their word about pr. It might have been a little delayed but they were right on the money.

Well it just hit .01. From .0085 to .01 in 20 minutes. I think that if VFIN did sell 5mil at .095 there were plenty of buyers.

The Institution has committed to a $5M financing package for PAVP; consisting of $1M in cash to purchase equity in the company and a $4M revolving credit facility. PAVP would have liked to release the full details of the acquisition today, but due to unforeseen administrative delays it will be made public on March 9. PAVP has successfully purchased a public shell as stated in the February 26th press release. The company name and ticker symbol will also be provided on March 9. The fingerprint business will undergo a reverse-merger into this shell with current PAVP shareholders receiving spin-off shares in the new company. The spin-off distribution ratio (i.e. number of distributed shares in new company for each PAVP share held) as well as the shareholder date of record has not yet been determined. The company expects to release these details as well on March 9.
Addressing of Shareholder Concerns
PAVP has received several calls regarding the status of the name change to CortDev Inc. Fees were paid two months ago to complete this process. The company is still awaiting the new CUSIP number and ticker symbol, which should be assigned in a matter of days. As stated in prior press releases, the company is determined to complete this name change as soon as possible in order to accurately reflect its current business operations. Shareholders have also expressed concerns regarding the number of outstanding shares. According to the transfer agent, as of February 27th, 2004, there are 603,169,465 total issued and outstanding shares. This figure includes all restricted shares that have been issued to consultants and those held by the management team and insiders, including the CEO. In an effort to keep all investors in PAVP updated and well-informed with respect to current and future company developments, CEO Andrea Cortellazzi requests that all interested shareholders e-mail their full name and address (residence and e-mail) to cortdev@sympatico.ca. Congrats to all those that had got in on 0.009 and lower. I myself got in at an average price of 0.0118 a while ago.

A while ago meaning 2 weeks ago. I didnt have enough money to buy more at 0.008-0.009. But its ok, ill still make a profit on this one for sure! Three cheers for PAVP ! Hip-Hip-Hurray!!

Oh man! Emunahstock! You NEED computer access tomorrow AM!! Who can predict what's gonna happen? I know one thing for sure... you almost NEVER get a sell at the bid price. In my experience, at 0.015 bid, you need to sell at 0.013. I've done 3 times already... and this past Monday is a case in point. Thank you for the heads up on WGFL... I'll research a little tonight and dive in tomorrow AM. Oh what a happy day!! Man of steel... you happy? How about you Hippo?? salemm.

I was in at .01....this is a wonderful day. Patience is a virtue and almost always pays off when it comes to stocks...just let them come to you. So what is everyones take on tomorrow....you guys holding or in it for a couple weeks? This sounds like it could be good long term...imagine if it goes up to .5!!

Hippo Hippo Hippo, You da man. I guess for a new guy I have learned something today. Stocks go up on PR and stocks go down when there is no PR. But I think I have found my trading style these past two weeks and I am Richer for it. From now on I will no longer worry if stocks go UP or DOWN. Just trade them and put a smile on my FACE

Why get out at .012. I don't understand some people. Yes it is good to take profits. But there is going to be great news next week and every piece of info they have said is positive. I don't get it.

No. This stock will go up, yes! It WONT go up 500-700% Look back... Not two weeks ago this stock was trading at like 0.004. It already made a huge run BASED on the assumption that a lot of things were happening. Now that these things happen, this is just like a confirmation of the things that happened. We will go up. I DOUBT we will hit 0.05 within a week. I HOPE i am wrong!
