super, why is it all we hear from you is questions about future prices? You said it yourself that trying to predict prices is a futile endevour, so why ask?

I have a good feeling about tomorrow. My prediction is that PAVP will come out with PR tomorrow and it will be about the Fingerprinting technology. I also feel that as a result of the good news the price of PAVP will shoot up at least 30%.

this is Just a feeling (maybe ESP) -----
GOOD LUCK to everyone !!

Dream and your wishes will come true !

jeez, dont get so testy.

I ask cuz im curious what others think. of course its impossible to 100% right, but if i ask 100 people, and 99 of them say that .03 is attainable...that does mean something. it means that 99% of the people i asked think thats acheivable. it doesnt mean that it will happen, but when i hear that others think the same, then it lends SOME creedance to a theory. Thank you. GOD BLESS AND GOOD NIGHT.

super, I am anything but testy. My ponit is: No one will discuss price predictions simply because: A: it is just bad mojo, B: Simply too many variables to account for. C: It is one of the most frequent things paid pumpers do to lure the lemmings among us off a cliff. But mainly the mojo thing. If you want a hint as to the direction of this stock's price, then read the last PR.

This pretty much says why this company is getting so much recognition lately:

HOUSTON, Feb 17, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Beral Inc. has developed an acquisition strategy for ProActive Computer Services Inc. (PAVP: Pink Sheets) following the announcement that it has become an active shareholder of the company. Beral Inc.'s strategy is to restructure PAVP as a merchant bank or a holding company for valuable international assets and ventures. Mr. Andrew Racz (International VP of Finance) has identified several European financial institutions and investment management companies that would like to transfer their assets, specifically those worth at least $1M USD, into PAVP. Negotiations are proceeding well with these firms and details of the acquisitions will be announced shortly once they are finalized. Beral Inc.'s fee for their services consists of warrants issued by PAVP that are exercisable at $0.10 per share. Thus, PAVP's cash flow is unaffected by its contract with Beral Inc.

Beral Inc.'s fee for their services consists of warrants issued by PAVP that are exercisable at $0.10 per share

Aquisition alone would drive the price up, but add, exercisable at $0.10 per share, and one's mind begins to roam. However, we are playing with penny stocks which means anything can happen. GLTU

The only thing he mentioned was a clarification on the number of shares, but it might very well have some info on the ticker change also. He thought this would be happening very soon.

There is one bit of information I came across last night that I thought I would just run by everyone. This is in regards to the number of shares and float of this stock. Please let me know what you all think this means.

First of all, I got this info from pinksheets.com: Shares Outstanding: 34,800,000 as of 2004-01-27

Then I thought I would just do some history checking on volume. Here's what I found.

Open Close Volume
2/9/04: .0013 .0015 3,145,000
2/10/04: .0016 .0049 61,866,700
2/11/04: .0055 .008 31,604,200
2/12/04: .0095 .018 44,881,100
2/13/04: .023 .01 65,893,200
2/17/04: .009 .011 30,965,900
2/18/04: .0115 .0094 26,363,400
2/19/04: .0095 .009 12,070,300
2/20/04: .009 .012 60,978,600
2/23/04: .0145 .0147 72,057,300
2/24/04: .016 .0095 75,625,900
2/25/04: .01 .009 91,605,400
2/26/04: .009 .01 75,766,600
2/27/04: .01 .012 40,928,000
3/1/04: .014 .01 125,296,000
3/2/04: .011 .0092 36,995,000

I don't know how big of a deal this is or how bad it is, but one thing I think is that there has been some dilution going on here. If the figure from January 27 were still correct, it would mean that the entire shares outstanding traded over three times in the same dya on Monday. Plus the volume on days it went up big was only 44-65 million and these are the days when it usually has a lot of people daytrading.

Like I said, I don't really know how big of a deal this is, but I just thought I would point it out and see what everyone had to say about it.

I'm out-

Good morning everyone,

Funny how PAVP and DDSI move the same way. My ticker shows them both at 25% up.

Maybe some truth to that rumour...or just coincidence.

uh... don't be shy now... give us that PR.

I'm starting to think PR will have no effect. Too much anticipation has dissipated any 'surprise good news' effect. Before opening bell would have been perfect for me.

Anyhow... I see VFIN was at it again this morning. How I wish to turn on the news one day and see someone named V. FIN being let to jail in handcuffs... for pissing off so many people. LOL.

super, you cant really believe EVERYTHING you read. news will be coming, maybe not today, but we will get some. I always tell people, I only believe one person, some of the time. Specifically, I only believe myself, when I'm looking in the mirror! This way, its harder to get screwed

there are a lot of people who will say otherwise!! its tough, its NOT EASY, and its never going to be a cake walk. Different people have devised different strategies for trading. Maybe a different one is better for you. If you are new to this, you have to understand that you will incur losses at first, but you have to go on until you find what is right for you. Honestly, there are weeks when I agree, and others where this load of malarki really pays off. Sometimes, also, you really have to blame yourself for not making proper decisions. I did it with DDSI, we all do. Take your losses and go on!
